Messiah 2030 project. Fourteen hours spent on slides yesterday plus three hours editing the outline, plus three hours this morning working on the thumbnail and a few pics I wanted. Just finished shooting. Now starting to edit.

2 Tim 4:1-4
1) I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom:
2) Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching.
3) For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but according to their own desires, because they have itching ears, they will heap up for themselves teachers;
4) and they will turn their ears away from the truth, and be turned aside to fables.

Truth can be known. Error loves to deflect challenges to its teachings with the plea that nobody knows for sure. If they don't know for sure, why are they teaching the point?

Weigh the arguments not the people. Here is one of the major weaknesses of the modern evangelical church. They live in the subjective realm. They want to FEEL, not THINK. But we have an obligation to use our God-given reason on the God-given revelation, on the discernable facts of history, etc.

Now the high-watchers are changing the biblical feast of trumpets from the new moon to the moon at the feet of Virgo the virgin. This is departure from the Scriptures. When men keep adjusting a debunked theory until they run out of options, that tells you that they are married to their mistaken theory and will be loathe to be corrected by facts and reality.

1 Cor. 13:6 "Love does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth."

2 Cor 4:17 For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, works for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory,

It is a tragic shortcoming of our day that certainty is regarded by many as a sin. This is contrary to the nature of God, the nature of his revelation in nature, and the nature of his revelation in the Bible. Truth can be known with certainty. This must be embraced in principle. In practice we will make mistakes. But if we hold the certainty of truth in principle, then we can be corrected to certain truth given time, opportunity, and effort. If we don't believe in certain truth, then we are condemned to be blown and tossed by every wind of doctrine.

Gal 5:13 For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another.

Perspective!

We live in the most exciting era since the 1st coming of Christ. Prophetic convergence is pounding the world like a hurricane from hell. Apostasy is sweeping Christendom, including evangelicalism. The faithful are engaged in a battle for the ages. The rapture will rock the world.

Practice Occam's razor (the elegant solution) in all of your biblical studies and conclusions. In a nutshell, the principle of Occam's razor says that the simplest solution that answers all of the data is the correct solution.

James 4:7, Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.
