The truth of the gospel is dependent on God's love for us and the distinguishing mark of a child of God should be our love for one another. If God loved us so dearly ~ should we not obey His command and love one another?
May we endeavour to fulfil God's command which was given to us all from the beginning ~ to love one another: "And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it."

JESUS was the pure Message from God, as well as the Messenger of the New Covenant. He came to the lost sheep of the House of Israel to cut the New Covenant in His blood. He came with a message of repentance, which Israel refused to hear. But, to the faithful remnant of those who believed, the Lord Jesus was sent by God at the appointed time: "As many as received Him, to them He gave the power to become sons of God."
Jesus did suddenly come to His Temple, just as Malachi claimed, and one day in the future, He will return once more ~ suddenly.

May we seek to imitate our precious Saviour, and gather the God~given strength we need for each day from the indwelling Holy Spirit ~ through prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving. And may we work tirelessly while it is still day ~ for the night is fast approaching, when no man will be able to work.

May we rejoice in the liberty we have in Christ while learning to be considerate towards the need and sensitivities of others. May we recognise that there are actions and behaviours that may be OK for us while they are not for others. May we respect the choices and decisions of others who lack the freedom we enjoy in our Christian life and be careful not to judge others who, for some reason, are less emancipated in their faith.

One thing that never ceases to amaze me is how Christians are wowed by rapture- or tribulation-dating theories that present a dizzying array of information that appears to fit seamlessly. How do they not notice or care that one or more of the starting assumptions are flawed?
A logical presentation is worthless in and of itself. Every error that roils the church is logical. That is why they are successful. This is the genius of error. We need to focus on starting presuppositions. If the starting presuppositions are wrong, then the theory is wrong, no matter how precise the presentation seems to be.
Every theory, for instance, that counts 49-year Jubilee cycles is wrong before it leaves the gate. The Bible gives us a 50-year Jubilee cycle with two Sabbath years in a row to close the cycle.
The cool pattern proposed in various videos vanishes in hurry if you use the biblical Jubilee instead of a 49-year Jubilee. Assuming the same start date of 1406, counting seventy Jubilee cycles of 50 years each would push the start of the tribulation out to 2095, way out past our current era, and way out past where prophetic convergence is pointing. And the cool string of events on Jubilee years would vanish, though other cool events would likely fit the new Jubilee pattern, and more could be made to fit by fudging dates one or two years β which is par for the course.

God's gracious plan of redemption was formulated in eternity past and began to be played on the world scene when Adam sinned. God loved the world so much that in His goodness and grace He purposed to save ALL Who would trust in Jesus for the forgiveness of their sins. We are saved by grace through faith in Christ and it is fitting that the final sentence in God's book of redemption should be:
"The grace of the Lord Jesus be with you all. Amen."

God did not send a confusing message. He gave one, single, unified message of hope through the prophets of Israel. As great world kingdoms rose to power and declined into obscurity, one single, integrated, supernaturally inspired message of hope was conveyed to humanity through the chosen prophets of God's ancient people, Israel, for long ago God spoke many times and in many ways to our ancestors through the prophets.
But the sentence explodes into the most astonishing truth of all: "In these last days he has spoken to us by His Son, Whom He appointed Heir of all things, and through Whom also He made the universe."
Having been spoken to in the Scriptures, by firstly the prophets and then by Jesus Himself, should we not hunger for the Word and study to show ourselves approved, to our benefit and his glory?

Who Are "These My Brethren"?
In Matthew 25, in the account of the sheep and goats judgment, we read about a third group of human beings that many find mysterious---"the least of these my brethren." Who is this mysterious class? In this brief video we answer this question from the contextβ¦

When David recognised his own lustful sin, he offered his own sacrifice of a broken spirit and a contrite heart, and like David, we know that God will not despise such an acceptable sacrifice. But like David, we too must approach the throne of grace in brokenness of heart and contrition of spirit, for such is well~pleasing and acceptable to our holy God.

ο»Ώο»ΏA faithful missionary couple returned on the same ship that brought Teddy Roosevelt home from a safari in Africa.
Crowds and reporters clamored to see Roosevelt;
no one was on hand to welcome the missionaries.
ο»Ώο»ΏIn reviewing their arrival, the husband was somewhat bitter:
"It isn't fair. Roosevelt comes home from a hunting trip and the entire country comes out to meet him. We get home after years of service and nobody was here to meet us."
ο»Ώο»ΏHis wife had the right answer: "Honey, we aren't home yet."

May we never take for granted the sacrifices-the commitments- that others have made so that we might enjoy the blessings of the Gospel today!

This was the most important day of Pilate's life. His hour of grace had come. The King of Love was teaching Pilate that everyone who responds to His voice and accepts that Christ is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, will not be condemned. But the one who rejects the Truth of His Word is condemned already.
Did Pilate respond to Christ's offer of salvation? Maybe! Did he hear the truth and believe on the Lord Jesus? Maybe! The more important question is have we heard His voice and are we willing to testify to the truth? As Paul wrote in his first letter to Timothy: "This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners."

The Jubilee Cycle β According to the Bible
