Like Abraham, we are all not only called to be saved by faith but also to live by faith, even though we may not understand some of the painful circumstances we are called to undergo. James encourages us to consider the various trials we encounter as a joy, knowing that the testing of our faith produces endurance and develops godly patience which causes us to grow more and more like our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.
May we remember the beautiful picture of Abraham's offering of his only begotten son and give thanks to God that He was ready and willing to sacrifice His only begotten Son on the Cross for our redemption.

The pastures of God.”

If Iran 🇮🇷 wants to control the capital of Israel and the Temple Mount, then maybe It’s time that Israel dismantles their mosque and their golden dome.

Titus was one of two men to whom Paul wrote personally and into whose hands he entrusted the furtherance of the gospel of Christ as his own departure drew ever closer. May we read, mark, learn, and inwardly digest all we can from this little epistle to Titus so that we may also be equally equipped to share the knowledge of the truth, which is according to godliness, with those that are lost in their sins... and give Christian encouragement to our fellow~bondservants in Christ.

Paul prayed that each believer would walk worthy before the Lord, be granted spiritual wisdom and insight, and develop a contented and thankful heart. He also asked that these believers would be granted the power that only comes from above ~ an inner strength that is perfected in us as we depend on the Lord in all things. Paul's intercession spans the centuries and continues to be answered by God for all who abide in Christ and trust in the Lord with all their heart. May this prayer be answered in our lives and the lives of those we love. May we live as unto the Lord ~ with sincere faith, godly love, and a glorious hope that is laid up for us in heaven.

Although this entire psalm catalogues his overflowing grief and grievances, nevertheless his prayer begins and ends with a proclamation of God's trustworthiness, and an entreaty for God's deliverance. David knew that his God is the first and the last, the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end of everything, for God alone can be trusted.

The truth of the gospel is dependent on God's love for us and the distinguishing mark of a child of God should be our love for one another. If God loved us so dearly ~ should we not obey His command and love one another?
May we endeavour to fulfil God's command which was given to us all from the beginning ~ to love one another: "And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the commandment, just as you have heard from the beginning, that you should walk in it."

JESUS was the pure Message from God, as well as the Messenger of the New Covenant. He came to the lost sheep of the House of Israel to cut the New Covenant in His blood. He came with a message of repentance, which Israel refused to hear. But, to the faithful remnant of those who believed, the Lord Jesus was sent by God at the appointed time: "As many as received Him, to them He gave the power to become sons of God."
Jesus did suddenly come to His Temple, just as Malachi claimed, and one day in the future, He will return once more ~ suddenly.
