Psalms 126:1-3
1] A Song of Ascents. When the LORD brought back the captivity of Zion, We were like those who dream.
2] Then our mouth was filled with laughter, And our tongue with singing. Then they said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them."
3] The LORD has done great things for us, And we are glad.
We will have our own version of this joy, laughter, and singing when the rapture trumpet sounds.

In these final days of the Church age, there are many Christians who still find it difficult to come to terms with the enormous freedom that we have in Christ: "Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus."
Let us never forget that we are justified by faith in Christ, accepted in Christ, fully justified by His grace, clothed in His righteousness, and redeemed from the curse of the Law through Christ Jesus our Saviour.

Righteousness outlines our relationship with God, for having been forgiven of our sins, we have been placed into right relationship with Him and it behoves us to live righteously before Him all the days of our life. And He has promised to uphold us with His righteous right hand, all the days of our life.
Peace is the status that we are called upon when dealing with our fellow men and Christian brothers so that as far as it depends on us, we are to live at peace with all men, reflecting the character of our heavenly Prince.
Joy should be the outer expression of our inner attitude of contentment, for the joy of the Lord is not only our strength but our eternal sufficiency.
Let us walk in righteousness, peace, and joy today, glorifying God in all we do.

Sadly, there are many that refuse to acknowledge their Creator and many that reject His offer of salvation. But refusal to acknowledge their Creator does not nullify His existence, and rejecting His offer of salvation through unbelief does not nullify the faithfulness of God to keep His Word: that whosever believes on the Lord Jesus Christ, whether Jew or Gentile, will not perish but have everlasting life.

Throughout both the Old and New Testaments, we can trace a small, unbroken remnant of believing Jews who trusted God and whose faith is reckoned to them as righteousness. During the Church~age there continues to be a small remnant of Jewish believers who, having trusted Christ as their Messiah, have become part of the One New Man in Christ and members of the Christian Church.
We pray that many unbelieving Jews will come to salvation through faith in Christ and become part of that blessed 'Israel of God'.

The hallmark of the Triune Godhead is seen within this gracious petition. It is the love of the Father~heart of God that sent His only begotten Son into the world to be the sacrifice for the sin of humanity ~ so that whosoever believes on HIM would not perish, but have everlasting life. It was the love that streamed from the Father~heart of God for a fallen race of sinners, that caused Him to give His only begotten Son of His love to be wounded for our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities, and to die for our sin so that we might live and be clothed in His righteousness.
