Just sharing what I have been able to find related to filing a “Common Law” court case or Complaint against lenders or debt collectors who are accessing TDA accounts or participating in birth certificate securities fraud.

In my state which is GA the Magistrate court is a Non-Court of Record. It appears the next step to remedy the dismissal of my Counterclaim against Midland Credit Management is to file a new case in Superior Court.
