No risk, no reward

The Market is getting out of hand.
They are now confidently forecasting that the Fed might reduce rates by 50 basis points (0.50%) on September 18. However, I believe the Fed will surprise them with a smaller cut of 25 basis points.

1. We are now nearing support region of 7.8~7.9 (Expect to find bottom)

2. IO is going no where (selling has slowed)

3. Volume dropped (Strong sell "but" OI is not giving in)

4. Strong liquidation is spotted (the bottom is in)

Summary: I see we are at bottom or nearing the bottom.
Can expect the swing up to the nearest resistant level possibly 8.2 and beyond.
