Following the worsening of the emergency situation in Italy, we are already implementing measures that could affect the company and customers.


What does this mean for you as a customer?

We do not expect slowdowns in activations, support and remote technical interventions through our channels (discord, tickets, live chat).

We have enough stock to activate hundreds of remote servers with instant activation.

In case of hardware failures, the resolution time may be slightly longer as access to the London datacenter is restricted to one person at a time.

We aim to guarantee resolutions within 24 hours anyway.

We will progressively update you about possible changes through all our social networks.

Since our old KVM node (256KVM-Pro) is constantly having problems, we offer all users the possibility to move to the new nodes which are much more stable.

Please send a ticket on the website to be moved, we will create a new server where you can transfer your data to.
