Hi everyone, this is an official communication regarding the issue that some of our customers are experiencing.

Due to a malfunctioning driver our raid system failed and our SSD's inevitably got corrupted, we've tried everything in our power to recover the data that's why we decided to wait some days before publishing an official communication.

The nodes affected by this issue are the KVM-B1 an KVM-B2, all other nodes are operational.
Unfortunately after all the effort we've put to try to recover the data, we've come to the conclusion that the data has been lost permanently.

Obviously, after the incident, we took steps to prevent a problem of this size from happening again.
In 3 years of activity we had never had such a big problem and such a prolonged down time.

We hope that you have made backups and that you can recover from this incident as soon as possible.

To apologize for this, we will be offering an additional 20 days free of charge to all those affected.

We're aware of the huge damage this is causing and you can understand we're being damaged too from this.
Your servers will be re-created and details will be provided to you by email soon.

We are truly sorry and look forward to continue providing you services.
