➡️ This would just be an exchange without a financial loss to Russia, but it would destroy the trust in the west.
In this scenario US and EU companies would take a loss of $300bn, since the confiscated Russian assets would go to Ukraine, but Russia would take that in retaliation from western companies (or states).
In the end the taxpayer still pays, in case that needs to be compensated or bailed out.
