We are extremely alarmed by reports that President of Venezuela N. Maduro and his wife were forcibly taken out of the country during todayβs aggressive actions by the United States. We call for immediate clarification of this situation. Such actions, if they actually took place, represent an unacceptable infringement on the sovereignty of an independent state, the respect for which is a key principle of international law.

π·πΊβοΈπΊπ¦The Russian army is advancing on the Dnipropetrovsk front
βͺοΈIn the Dnepropetrovsk region, Russian troops have stabilized the front line from Filia to Dachnoe, taking positions along a series of forest strips and storming a number of Ukrainian Armed Forces strongholds.
βͺοΈFighting continues in the area of Novopavlivka (most of the settlement is in the grey zone), and our forces are also attacking enemy strongholds in its vicinity.
βͺοΈFrom Zeleniy Gai, our assault troops are attacking Ivanovka.
β"The Russians have seized a number of positions southeast of Filia (in the direction of Novopavlivka), as well as the area of the settlement of Dachnoe", the Ukrainian military analysts admit belatedly.

π»πͺπΊπΊπΈMaduro's regular dancing helped convince Trump's team of the need for an invasion, - NYT π€¦ββοΈ
βͺοΈMaduro's regular public dancing and other displays of carefreeness convinced some members of Trump's team that the Venezuelan president was mocking them and trying to test what he considered a bluff, writes the New York Times.
βͺοΈTherefore, the White House decided to carry out its military threats when special forces broke into the capital and took Maduro and his wife to New York.
βͺοΈAt the end of December, Maduro rejected Trump's ultimatum to resign and go into a luxurious exile in Turkey, participants in the negotiations about the transfer of power told the NYT.
βͺοΈThis week, he again appeared on the stage, dancing to an electronic beat on TV, singing in English: "No to a crazy war".
βͺοΈA few weeks before that, American officials had already decided on an acceptable candidate to replace Maduro - at least temporarily: Vice President Delsi Rodriguez. The mediators convinced the Trump administration that she would protect and promote future American energy investments in the country.

π©π°π€‘ Danish Prime Minister Frederiksen - told Trump that NATO will protect Greenland from the USA:
I must say this to the USA quite directly.
It's completely pointless to talk about the need for the USA to annex Greenland.
The USA has no right to annex any of the three Commonwealth countries.
The Kingdom of Denmark - and, therefore, Greenland - is part of NATO and, thus, is subject to the alliance's security guarantees. We already have a defense agreement between the Kingdom and the USA, which grants the USA broad access to Greenland. And we, on the part of the Kingdom, have invested significant funds in ensuring security in the Arctic.
Therefore, I strongly urge the USA to stop making threats against a historically close ally, as well as against another country and another people, who have very clearly stated that they are not for sale.

πΊπΈπ»πͺ Trumpβs ego breaks the show.
Reporter: βDelcy Rodriguez) called what you did to Maduro kidnapping!
Trump: "That's alright. That's not a bad term!"
Iβll explain. So the US government and Maduroβs VP (and defense minister) made a deal prior to the regime change, and now are playing the political theater for legitimacy. They already knew that they will lead the country and waited.
So the way it works, Venezuelaβs government now, to not show that they were in on it, need to condemn USA and play a bit tough, then after a bit agree to work together. Thats what Delcy Rodriguez government tries.
But Trump breaks the political show constantly by saying βwe run Venezuelaβ and βweβre in chargeβ here too, he just ignores it as he knows theyβre his vassals now.
