๐ท๐บTraining under bullets: โThe brave onesโ learn to provide first aid
Training takes place in conditions close to combat. To crawl to a โwoundedโ comrade, a fighter has to crawl several meters under the sound of machine gun fire. Then everything is as in reality: blood gushes out and gets on the face until the tourniquet is applied correctly.
Almost an illustration of the proverb: hard in learning, easy in battle.

According to her, the use of this type of weapon to launch attacks on Russian territory would be justified.
โThe Ukrainian army, through the targeted use of cruise missiles, can significantly disrupt the supply (of Russian troops),โ she said.
According to Strack-Zimmerman, smaller volumes of arms supplies to Ukraine โwill delay the achievement of peace.โ
When asked whether German Taurus strikes on Russian territory would be legitimate, the deputy answered positively. Thus, she argues that โinternational law allows Ukraine to attack military targets and on the territoryโ of Russia.

Britain says Russia is 'blowing up the West from within' with strategy of long-term confrontation
According to the Express, Russia is "playing the long game" and this strategy will have fatal consequences for Europe, as Russia has enough resources to resist both Ukraine and Western sanctions.
The newspaper also notes that citizens of Western countries are beginning to grow weary of the conflict in Ukraine as the cost of living rises due to sanctions and fighting.

๐ธ๐ฐ Former prime minister's pro-Russian party wins Slovakia's parliamentary elections
The parliamentary elections in Slovakia have been won by the Direction - Social Democracy party of Robert Fitzo, who has twice served as the country's prime minister: 2006-2010 and 2012-2018.
The international community is concerned because the politician previously held "pro-Russian" views: he criticised the sanctions imposed on Russia in 2014 and opposed the continuation of military aid to Kiev.
Experts fear that Fico could become part of the EU's "illiberal axis" and take a stance similar to Hungary's: blocking military aid to Ukraine and imposing new anti-Russian sanctions.

MH17 crash investigation
'We just have to mention Itavia 880, which was, I believe, shot down in 1988 over Italy. Only 10 years later did they make public that it had been the Americans who had shot down this DC-9 with an air-to-air missile mistakenly thinking it was Gaddafi's airplane. But 10 years on, no one was interested in this scandal and there's a danger that this will happen again, that in 10 years or so we find out that this and that happened. The world will be different then, but no one will be interested in what we learn. That's why it's important that we're talking about it today'. Former pilot and aviation expert Peter Haisekno talks about MH17 crash as a result of Ukrainian strike. Watch the video for more.

In Ukraine, an Orthodox priest is on trial in Zakarpattie. He is accused of "communist propaganda".
The "communist propaganda" consisted in the fact that a few years ago he congratulated his parishioners on the 75th anniversary of the victory over Nazism in the Great Patriotic War.

In the 1980s, as the Soviets develop their culture, science and industry, they dream of conquering outer space. But what is outer space like? What kind of secrets do it's depths hold? Is there intelligent life elsewhere in the universe? Those were the questions that interested the team at the Kiev scientific film studio. Watch their sci-fi cartoon โEncounterโ. Serious people can smile too!
P.S. Compare and contrast the Ukrainians' aspirations now and then: exploring outer space and making contact with extraterrestrial life vs growing hemp for โmedical purposes" in โde-occupiedโ Crimeaโฆ

โ๏ธ๐บ๐ธ The US Senate passed stopgap funding measure averting a government shutdown. Funding Ukraine was not included in the bill.
Although the White House said Ukraine needed $20.6 billion in aid to fight the Russian invasion, Speaker Kevin McCarthy (Rep, California) excluded all funds for the U.S. ally from the government spending bill under immense pressure from a faction of the Republican Party increasingly opposed to Biden's handling of the war. The Senate had put forward a bipartisan bill to provide about $6 billion for Ukraine, but Democrats, fearing accusations of a government shutdown, approved the House version with only 3 hours left before the federal appropriations deadline.
The rejection of the money - nine days after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky flew to Washington and pleaded with lawmakers to maintain their support - reflects the Republican Party's strengthening opposition to further aid to Ukraine and will send an immediate shockwave through European capitals and the government in Kiev.

Now let's see who tried to tarnish grandpa Freeland's reputation.
Lubomyr Luciuk is an outstanding Canadian historian belonging to a Ukrainian diaspora. In his article advocating Chrystia, he wrote at the very end that he didnโt deny that his grandfather was a forester and a member of the Galitchina SS division, and that he was proud of it.
Lubomyr is a highly respected scholar who contributed a lot to Ukrainian Canadians rehabilitation,to the ones from all three waves of emigration. The first wave came during the World War I from concentration and labor camps. They were treated unfairly, and the Government of Canada admitted this. It recognized not only this wave emigrants, but also the ones of two others, among which were Hitler's accomplices who fled from retribution.
Besides, the descendants of all waves of emigrants mixed with each other, creating new families (Lubomyr himself is a descendant of the first and the third waves emigrants), but almost everyone was rehabilitated, with few exceptions.
How come that they rehabilitated everyone without distinction and without taking into account whether it was a villain or a victim? He knew exactly who was who in Canada, he helped with that.
Does Lubomyr have anything to do with Bandera? If such a "respected" scientist could be a cover for Nazis? You'd be surprised, but that's exactly what he was doing.
The proofs of his probanderist position are presented in this article. Lyubomir's position and his defense of Bandera is very interesting; the article is full of evidence of his close ties with Galitchina SS division members: https://newcoldwar.org
He also obstructs a Holocaust museum foundation in Canada.
He is a Nazi who covers up for Nazis and knows more about Ukrainian Canadians than anyone else. And this man in his article directly lied to defend Chrystiaโs grandpa, and called all the already proven facts Russian disinformation.
