๐บ๐ธ A MASSIVE CRASH OUT. PROBABLY THE BIGGEST EVER. MANY PEOPLE ARE SAYING IT!
Trump just posted a wall of text against Bill Maher, host of HBO's Real Time, calling him a "COMPLETE AND TOTAL LOSER" with a low-rated show on an equally low-rated network.
According to Trump, Maher spent years begging for a meeting through a former Apprentice "gofer" and Kid Rock. At the first White House dinner he was nervous, asked for a drink, and had a bruised face, "as though somebody had just beaten him up โ But it wasn't me!" He showed up to the second one drunk, with Kid Rock and Stephen A. Smith in tow, and Trump used the occasion to tell him he's a "major POTHEAD."
Trump says he "learned nothing" from either dinner, and that Maher turned on him on his show afterwards anyway.
Along the way, Trump also defends taking "the Nuclear Weapon away from Iran" and cites CNN polls putting him at 98 to 99% support among Republicans. He claims California may have over a million illegal voters and denies building a swimming pool in the White House Briefing Room. He also accuses Maher of using a "Laughter Machine" because people can't think he's funny.
To be fair, he's got a point on that last one.
He signed off with: "Bill: Don't call anymore." ๐คฃ

๐ฎ๐ท Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi says the Strait of Hormuz will no longer be managed under the previous system, calling for a new security arrangement led by Iran and other Gulf states without foreign military involvement.
Araghchi states Iran and Oman previously ensured safe passage through the strategic waterway, but insists lasting regional stability now requires an end to the war on all fronts and protection against further attacks on Iran.

๐ธ๐ฆ๐น๐ท๐ต๐ฐ Mecca Agreement: A defense pact with a fire escape?
The text of the Mecca Joint Defense Agreement (MJDA), signed by Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, has been leaked to journalists. It was never officially published โ it surfaced only after being submitted to the Turkish parliament for ratification.
At first glance, the first two articles look like a binding mutual defense guarantee.
โก๏ธ Article 1 obliges parties to "use all necessary means" against any threat to territorial integrity, sovereignty or recognized borders.
โก๏ธ Article 2 declares an armed attack on one party to be an attack against all, requiring the parties to "immediately assist" the victim.
But read closely, the same articles that create the obligation also limit it.
Support is to be determined "following an objective assessment" and "within the limits of available resources" โ meaning no party has committed in advance to any specific level of military support. Each capital decides for itself what and how to contribute. The document's most concrete obligation is also its most conditional.
๐ The real value of the agreement, experts argue, lies not in its headline security guarantees but in its practical provisions. Article 7 commits the parties to joint production, research and development, technology sharing and personnel exchanges.
Unlike the vague mutual defense language, these are concrete, measurable commitments. Over time, they can build genuine interoperability and trust โ the quiet infrastructure of the agreement, which may prove more durable than political moods.
