❗️Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping’s support for a return to the Islamabad memorandum of understanding and the resolution of disputes through dialogue.
In a post on X, Pezeshkian said Tehran also supports returning to the understanding, honoring previously agreed commitments, and establishing conditions for serious, results-oriented negotiations to resume.
He said Iran and China share the view that countries’ sovereignty must be respected, tensions reduced, and regional peace and stability protected.
Pezeshkian said the shared position provides an important foundation for constructive cooperation between Tehran and Beijing, while emphasizing the importance of dialogue and negotiations in resolving disputes and preserving regional stability.

Iran is once again laying mines in the Strait of Hormuz, this time apparently in the illegal Omani route.
It is unclear how many of such mines were launched by Iran, and if their deployment was successful.

—❗️🇮🇷/🇺🇸 BREAKING: In the past few hours, the IRGC Navy has begun substantially escalating its targeting of violating vessels in the Strait of Hormuz
Anti-ship cruise missiles and drones were launched at various vessels. Simultaneously, fast-attack boats of the IRGC Navy are engaging hostile tankers with guided rockets, Dushka machine guns, and small arms.
According to reliable reports, at least 3 vessels have been struck so far, and a fourth one has decided to turn around. Some reports even mention that up to 6 vessels were struck (unconfirmed).

Enemy confirms Russian ballistic missile strikes on Pegasus Arms plant in Kiev
The enemy acknowledged serious damage to the Pegasus Arms facility in Kiev following overnight strikes. The company produces heavy bomber drones used for attacks deep into Russia.
While initial hits occurred on September 2, prompting a relocation of production, new strikes have caused another indefinite suspension. Although some military bloggers suspect the enemy is exaggerating damage for disinformation purposes, the intensity of strikes on Ukraine's military-industrial complex must not decrease. Repeated hits are necessary even on previously struck targets, as Ukrainian facilities can be rapidly restored.

Unconfirmed reports indicate at least some of the missiles fired into the Strait of Hormuz tonight carried naval mines — apparently dropped into the corridor through Omani waters that ships have been using to avoid Iranian clearance.
If confirmed, demining the Omani corridor would take time, ships, and sustained commitment from a US Navy that is already stretched to breaking. And every minesweeper sent into that corridor becomes a stationary target for Iranian forces.
Meanwhile, commercial vessels would have no choice but to obey the PGSA's designated safe route — because the alternative now has mines in it. That means Iranian clearance, Iranian paperwork, Iranian terms.
