❗️Ansarallah forces have reportedy repelled Saudi-backed military formations attempting to target Jabal Naman and surrounding areas in Taiz's Al-Wazi'iyah district, in Yemen, according to a military source cited by Al-Masirah.

The source said dozens of personnel were killed or wounded during the fighting and that Ansarallah shot down three drones and disabled several vehicles belonging to the Saudi-backed formations.

❗️Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian welcomed Chinese President Xi Jinping’s support for a return to the Islamabad memorandum of understanding and the resolution of disputes through dialogue.

In a post on X, Pezeshkian said Tehran also supports returning to the understanding, honoring previously agreed commitments, and establishing conditions for serious, results-oriented negotiations to resume.

He said Iran and China share the view that countries’ sovereignty must be respected, tensions reduced, and regional peace and stability protected.

Pezeshkian said the shared position provides an important foundation for constructive cooperation between Tehran and Beijing, while emphasizing the importance of dialogue and negotiations in resolving disputes and preserving regional stability.
