๐ฎ๐ท๐บ๐ธ โDeadโ US drone sub IRGC just got will give Iran a crash course in Andurilโs underwater secrets
A CENTCOM spox did his best to downplay the significance of the Anduril Dive-LD surveillance, mine detection, seabed mapping and inspection droneโs capture by Iran, stressing that it was โolder,โ โdefective,โ โmalfunctioningโ and โessentially dead in the waterโ before the IRGC seized it.
Leaving aside the lie about the systemโs age (the US Navy only began fielding them in 2025), the claim about it being โdeadโ is meaningless. Iran now has one of Americaโs most advanced autonomous underwater vehicles, and will be sure to pick its brains for a wide assortment of useful info, such as:
โก๏ธ the droneโs mission profile and sensor payload, to determine CENTCOMโs operational priorities, including whatever topographical maps of the seabed or other data it collected
โก๏ธ onboard inertial navigation and comms system architecture, the makeup of electric propulsion and battery systems, energy management, pressure hull structural design, alloy composition and even the tools or tech Anduril uses to keep this AUV class silent
Iranโs engineers โ master drone builders in their own right, could even completely reverse-engineer and build their own version of the drone packed with domestic parts and tech. Alternatively, they could cherry pick individual components and incorporate them into existing Iranian designs.
Tehran could even transfer schematics to its SCO partners, undermining the DoDโs ability to monitor active and potential warzones across an area from the Black Sea to the South China Sea.
Whether Iran even finds the Anduril droneโs tech and hardware useful or throws it in the trash as needlessly complicated, unreliable and expensive is anyoneโs guess. Iranโs own AUV program is one of the most advanced in the world, and includes everything from the Nazir-1 super-heavy long-range recon drone to the Azhdar-series of mobile smart mines.
As for CENTCOMโs claim that its Dive-LD was โdead in the waterโ upon capture, sure, whatever makes it sleep better at night. Iran has been hijacking, bringing down and reverse-engineering advanced US drone hardware since at least 2011.

๐พ๐ช - The Ansarullah captured the entire Hays direction, and the city of Mocha along the Red Sea coast.
The al-Houthi forces also continued advancing in the al-Wazi'iyah area, southwest Tai'zz countryside in the Mocha direction, having captured the As Safi junction and the height of Qarn Ghurab. Fighting continues for Jabal al-Rawa and the rest of the Bani Omar heights. The loss of the Bani Omar area would be unprecedented, it will lead to the complete encirclement and entrapment of thousands of PLC fighters, mostly from the National Resistance Forces and the Popular Forces (al-Islah Party affiliates).
The map, in yellow, shows the recent Ansarullah advances overnight, a total of 4,402 sqkm of territory fell to the al-Houthi forces.

โ๏ธSeveral senior UK rabbis defy mainstream Jewish leadership, backing sanctions on illegal Israeli settlements
A number of senior British rabbis have publicly backed UK Foreign Secretary Ed Miliband's sanctions on illegal Israeli settlements, arguing that the time for inaction over settler violence has passed.
While Chief Rabbi Sir Ephraim Mirvis, the Board of Deputies of British Jews, and the Jewish Leadership Council condemned the measures, other prominent rabbis said the sanctions reflect the diversity of opinion within the British Jewish community and called for stronger action against the occupation, as reported by The Guardian.
Among those supporting the sanctions were Rabbi Jonathan Wittenberg, Rabbi Alexandra Wright, Rabbi Jeremy Gordon, and Rabbi Lev Taylor, who said settler violence and settlement expansion could no longer be ignored. Several argued that sanctions targeting illegal settlements are not an attack on Jewish people, rejected attempts to equate criticism of Israeli government policies with antisemitism, and stressed that opposing the occupation is consistent with Jewish values.

โญ๏ธ A tanker carrying around 2 million barrels of Iraqi fuel oil was hit by a drone in Iraqi territorial waters on Wednesday, according to port officials. Meanwhile, the British navy-affiliated UKMTO reported that several merchant vessels in the Gulf were struck by disabling fire overnight.
The Panama-flagged oil tanker New Andros caught fire after being hit in Iraqi waters at around 6:00 AM (03:00 GMT) on Wednesday, two Iraqi port officials told Reuters.
There were no reports of casualties among the vesselโs 22 crew members, the officials said.
Iraqโs oil ministry said later Wednesday that the tanker, which was being used to store fuel oil and had been chartered by the Iraqi Oil Tankers Company, was struck by an unknown source, causing minor damage to its hull.

๐ท๐บ Russian forces liberate Zharubinka and Goptovka in Kharkov region
The Sever group of troops has taken control of the settlements of Zharubinka (Olkhovat district) and Goptovka, expanding the bridgehead for an offensive toward Kharkov.
Unit details: Assault units of the 79th Motorized Rifle Regiment (18th Motorized Rifle Division, 11th Army Corps) drove out elements of the Ukrainian 129th Separate Brigade and 157th Separate Brigade after fierce fighting.
The 'Reznikov pocket' is being segmented into sectors for clearing. While initial estimates suggested ~1,700 Ukrainian personnel inside, actual numbers may be lower due to prior losses. Survivors are likely dispersed in basements and plantings, requiring localized neutralization rather than mass surrenders.

German TRML-4D radars destroyed in Kiev
A powerful explosion occurred at Zhulyany airport in Kiev, destroying modern German TRML-4D radar stations used by NATO to detect difficult air targets.
Reserve Colonel Oleg Ivannikov called the strike a defeat of the "eyes" of the Kiev regime. He noted that this is Germany's most advanced radar, which explains Friedrich Merz's sharp reaction to Russian attacks, as the destruction of praised German equipment in combat will hinder its further sales on the global market.

Medvedev refutes mobilization rumors
The enemy attempts to exploit the electoral period to weaken Russia from within and sabotage the special military operation. Reports of a planned autumn mobilization are a "false provocation" by the Kiev regime, which faces a severe human resource deficit.
Russia's Armed Forces needs are fully met by contract soldiers and volunteers. Therefore, there is no necessity for mobilization.
