Iran's Expediency Discernment Council chairman Sadeq Larijani said Tehran's intervention in support of Lebanon constitutes a formal declaration of a new strategic doctrine, under which attacks on any component of the Restance Axis will trigger a response that extends beyond geographical boundaries and reshapes regional equations.
Larijani said Iran has entered a new phase in which it no longer waits for threats to emerge before acting to preserve its regional position, but instead takes the initiative. He also warned that any expansion of the conflict or attack on critical Iranian infrastructure would be met with a comprehensive and deterrent response.

Russia calls on all sovereign governments to condemn Kiev's terrorist attacks on passenger trains, Maria Zakharova said.
The diplomat noted that taking out one's anger on the civilian population will not be able to reverse the situation on the battlefield and prevent the defeat of the Kiev junta.
The strikes on the civilian population by Ukraine are accompanied by Zelensky's demagogy about the desire for peace, Maria Zakharova said, commenting on the attack by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the Moscow-Simferopol passenger train.

โช๏ธ An assistant locomotive engineer was killed, and the locomotive engineer was injured. Passengers were not hurt.
โช๏ธ The scheduled train traffic in Crimea was suspended due to UAV attacks, and passengers of four trains were transported from Kerch to Simferopol by buses.

Meanwhile Israel remains entirely dependent on US weapons and air defenses, the peace deal Trump is pursuing would leave Iran in a stronger financial position with a residual nuclear capability, and Iran's closure of the Strait of Hormuz has handed Tehran a powerful new lever.
