❗️Smotrich: “We need to bring down 10 buildings in Dahiye in response to every drone.”
A heated clash reportedly erupted inside Israel’s security cabinet during a five-hour meeting on Sunday, according to a Ynet report published on 25 May, as Israeli officials debated how to respond to increasingly deadly Hezbollah drone attacks from south Lebanon amid talks of a possible US-Iran agreement.
According to Ynet, Israeli Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich told Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu: “We cannot defend ourselves to death. We need to bring down 10 buildings in Dahiye in response to every drone.”
Netanyahu rejected the proposal, replying: “What are you suggesting? That every time there is a drone, we bring down 10 buildings?” Smotrich answered: “Unequivocally, yes. Wars are won through deterrence and exacting a price.”
The report said Netanyahu pressed the Israeli military to rapidly develop defensive solutions against explosive drones after several Israeli soldiers were killed on the Lebanon front.
During the meeting, Israeli army chief Eyal Zamir reportedly said: “You cannot work with tweezers. A different equation has to be created,” adding that it should include strikes on buildings in Beirut and Tyre “in order to deter.”
According to Ynet, the discussions took place as Israel grows increasingly concerned over the emerging US-Iran negotiations and the possibility of an agreement that could halt fighting with Hezbollah while limiting Israel’s military escalation in Lebanon.
The meeting also followed the killing of Israeli soldier Sgt. Nehoray Leizer in south Lebanon in a Hezbollah explosive drone attack.

Ebrahim Azizi says the US BEGGED for a ceasefire and names the channel:
"It was early in the second week of the war that the Americans, through this same Mr. Asim Munir, presented proposals. I witnessed it firsthand — the request for a ceasefire, the request for negotiations, and even that famous 12-point proposal came from the American side to Iran."

🖥 "This was a deliberate act of mass murder. Consequently, it is a war crime, a crime against humanity," - former British parliamentarian George Galloway in an interview with RT about the targeted strike by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on a college in Starobilsk.
“It’s quite possible, but I must say that, in my opinion, the strike on the dormitory was extremely precise. I believe it was absolutely deliberate. They deliberately targeted these children in the dormitory. This was a deliberate act of mass murder. Consequently, it is a war crime, a crime against humanity, and in the future, it should be investigated and punished accordingly.
I don’t think there was anything accidental here. I think Palantir, in its perverted and vile manner, might consider the job well done. You tried to kill all these children - and you succeeded.
As for the question of whose weapons these are. Well, we know who supplies this weapon, and Russia would have every right to respond.

🇺🇸🇮🇷🇨🇳 The US faced a tungsten shortage after record-breaking missile expenditure in Iran, where China holds a monopoly on tungsten - NBC News
- Tungsten is used in fighter jets, bombs, shells, and missile systems, making it indispensable for defense.
- In the US, tungsten mines have not been operational since 2015, and the Trump administration is trying to reduce dependence on Chinese supplies.
- China has dominated the global tungsten industry for decades, producing more than 80% of the world's reserves and using more than half of them.
- Tungsten is indispensable, and its shortage has been exacerbated by the US and Israel's war with Iran. Restoring ammunition reserves could take up to four years.
- Last year, amid the trade war with the US, China imposed export controls on critical minerals.
- The US cannot revive its production due to years of inactivity and loss of expertise.
