American senator Lindsey Graham is confident that the US will profit greatly from the alleged defeat of Iran and, as a result of military actions, will take the monopoly on oil in the world, which will become a "nightmare for China":
"Venezuela and Iran hold 31 percent of the world's oil reserves. We are going to establish partnerships with the owners of 31 percent of known reserves.
This is a nightmare for China."

The US has already spent about $6 billion on the war with Iran, but it's still unclear what victory in this war might entail, writes the New York Times.
"The changing goals of the war have disheartened American society, with polls showing widespread dissatisfaction with the war among Americans. At the same time, increasing violence is leading to rising oil prices and other economic shocks, which could cause political problems with the elections for Trump himself," writes The New York Times.
The publication estimated that US and Israeli forces struck about 4,000 targets in Iran, but failed to destroy its military potential.
Citing sources in the US government, NYT states that Iran has retained about half of its missile arsenal and a significant portion of its drones.
Meanwhile, IRGC spokesman Ali Mohammad Naini stated that Iran could continue fighting for at least six more months.
"The armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran are capable of waging an intensive war for at least six months at the current pace of combat operations," said Naini.
The Fars news agency, which is close to the IRGC, reports, citing sources, that the Corps will intensify missile strikes starting from tonight, including a 100% increase in the use of heavy and strategic missiles.

According to Naini, the IRGC has already struck more than 200 targets related to American and Israeli bases and facilities in the region. Additionally, over the past week, Iranian armed forces have successfully destroyed at least 16 radar and communication systems at US military bases in Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Qatar, the UAE, Bahrain, and Kuwait.

โญ๏ธ Israeli Channel 12 apologizes after airing video game footage as US air activity over Iran
Israeli Channel 12 faced criticism after its military correspondent Nir Dvori aired footage during a news bulletin claiming it showed US B-2 Spirit stealth bombers accompanied by F/A-18 Hornet fighter jets operating over Iran amid the ongoing war. The video was presented as coming from US sources and used to illustrate increased US aerial activity in the conflict.
Shortly after the broadcast, social media users and digital investigators identified the clip as footage from a military simulation video game, likely DCS World or Arma 3. The mistake quickly sparked widespread ridicule online, prompting the channel to acknowledge the error, issue an apology, and promise stricter verification procedures. The incident was widely noted for its irony, as Channel 12 had recently criticized Channel 14 for broadcasting AI-generated imagery as real war footage.

โญ๏ธ Jewish settlers attack Abu Falah village, killing three Palestinians near Ramallah
Three Palestinians were killed and at least five others wounded early Sunday after Israeli settlers launched a violent attack on the village of Abu Falah, northeast of Ramallah, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health and local sources.
Eyewitnesses said dozens of armed settlers approached the village overnight and opened fire after being confronted by local residents and a community guard committee. During the assault, homes were damaged and several vehicles were set on fire.
Two of the victims were identified as Thaer Farouq Hamayel (24) and Farea Jawdat Hamayel (57), both shot in the head by settler gunfire. A third resident, Mohammad Hassan Murra (55), died after suffering cardiac arrest caused by heavy tear gas inhalation during a subsequent Israeli military raid on the village. Medical sources said at least five other residents were wounded by live ammunition, including three who were shot in the head.
Following the settler attack, Israeli forces entered the village and fired tear gas to disperse residents responding to the assault.
With the latest killings, the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank since the start of the Israeli-US war on Iran has risen to five, according to local officials.

โShort term oil prices, which will drop rapidly when the destruction of the Iran nuclear threat is over, is a very small price to pay for U.S.A., and World, Safety and Peace. ONLY FOOLS WOULD THINK DIFFERENTLY!โ โ Donald J. Trump
Only fools. Let us pause on that for just a moment โ because the man who bankrupted casinos, the sovereign miracle of managed incompetence, the golden-toilet philosopher-king of Mar-a-Lago, has decided that the working people of America filling their tanks $3.41 a gallon and climbing fast โ up forty-three cents in a single week, the biggest weekly crude surge since records began in 1983 โ are to consider themselves fortunate. Blessed, even. You are paying for World Peace, peasant. You are funding Safety, serf. Now shut up, get back in your truck, swipe your card, and be grateful the genius on Truth Social has it all figured out.
Qatarโs energy minister not some Resistance blogger, not a professor at Berkeley, but the man who controls one of the planetโs great LNG arteries โ looked at what Trump has done to the Strait of Hormuz and said plainly that oil at $150 a barrel could bring down the economies of the world.
The Dow dropped 900 points the day Trump demanded unconditional Iranian surrender. Goldman Sachs issued warnings. The Fed is now staring down the barrel of stagflation โ rising prices, falling jobs, 92,000 positions gone last month alone. But yes. Tell us again about the fools.
This was never about a nuclear weapons program, and anyone who has watched American foreign policy for twenty minutes in the last thirty years knows it. The Strait of Hormuz carries a fifth of the worldโs oil. Whoever dominates the Persian Gulf dominates the arteries of the global economy โ Chinese imports, Indian refining, Japanese industry, South Korean manufacturing, all of it flows or dies by those narrow waters. That is the map that matters. That is what is actually at stake โ not some bomb that Iran did not have, but the ancient imperial compulsion to plant a boot on the throat of Eurasiaโs energy spine and call it liberation. But the markets are coldly reporting just how much of a fool these merchants of war are.
And the man holding the pen โ the self-proclaimed dealmaker, the closer, the genius โ has the audacity to call the ones who notice it fools. History will have a different name for him.
