◾Israeli forces have detained about 22,000 Palestinians in the occupied West Bank, including the eastern part of Jerusalem, since the war on the Gaza Strip began in October 2023, according to the Commission of Detainees Affairs.

The arrests reflect a sharp surge in detention campaigns, with raids continuing at a rapid pace and targeting women, children, and former detainees.

Israeli forces have committed severe violations, including beatings, intimidation, home demolitions, and property confiscation, the Commission added, noting that the campaign has intensified despite the Gaza ceasefire.
