The British and the French intend to disguise the transfer of nuclear weapons to Kiev as a Ukrainian national development.
"We are talking about the covert transfer of European components, equipment, and technologies in this field to Ukraine. One option under consideration is the French small-scale warhead TN75 from the M51.1 submarine ballistic missile," the message said.

Answering a question from RT about France and Britain’s plans to transfer nuclear weapons to Ukraine:
I will be blunt and state the obvious.
Reports from the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service that France and Britain intend to hand over nuclear capabilities to the Nazi regime in Kiev change the situation entirely. This isn't just about tearing up the NPT or some other niceties of international law. This is a direct transfer of nuclear weapons to a country at war.
There should be no doubt whatsoever that in such a scenario Russia would be forced to use any means at its disposal, including non-strategic nuclear weapons, against targets in Ukraine that threaten our country. And if necessary, against the supplier nations now implicated in a nuclear conflict with Russia.

The video shows the 22-year-old calmly approaching the patrol car moments before the explosion.

In Ramat HaHayal, a subterranean garage is being transformed into a 200-bed protected medical facility as hospitals evacuate non-fortified wards.
Other major centers across the country like Beilinson, Rambam, Ichilov and Sheba already have missile-proof underground units.
In "peacetime" these function as parking lots. However in "wartime" they can be activated within hours to house fully equipped hospitlization wards, intensive care units and trauma centers, all protected against missile attacks.
