๐บ๐ฆFashion giant Zara is closing its stores in Dnepropetrovsk, and the exit from Odessa and Kharkov is in question.
The Inditex company, which operates Zara and six other brands, has terminated lease agreements with the shopping centers in Dnepropetrovsk.
The company is still leasing retail spaces in Odessa and Kharkov, but its operations there are also in question.
The reason is shelling, unstable operation of shopping centers, and a drop in the number of customers, which is making the business unprofitable.

โโ๏ธ๐บ๐ธ/๐ฎ๐ท NEW: The chief of Iran's Atomic Energy Agency, Mohammad Eslami, says Iran could consider 'diluting' its stockpile of 60% enriched uranium, but only in exchange for a blanket removal of all economic sanctions
Iran has previously offered this concession, but it was deemed insufficient by the U.S. because the uranium would stay inside Iran and could easily be re-enriched to 60% if Iran would choose to do so.
From the Iranian perspective, this would be an acceptable deal, provided that the U.S. presents Iran with ironclad guarantees, either in the form of legislation passed by congress or an official treaty with the participation of reliable mediators.

โ๏ธIsraeli property manager tied to illegal biolab in Las Vegas now free pending trial
Ori Solomon, the Israeli citizen and property manager facing federal charges connected to an illegal biolab at a Las Vegas short-term rental, has been released from custody while awaiting trial. Solomon must surrender his passport, remain in the country, notify the court before leaving Clark County, and is barred from possessing any firearms or weapons. The man charged in connection with the possible illicit biological lab operation allegedly had a hefty cache of firearms stashed in his house that were illegal for him to have, according to a federal criminal complaint. He also faces state charges for improper disposal of hazardous waste.
Authorities discovered the lab after a tip from someone who worked at a Sugar Springs Drive property managed by Solomon. Investigators recovered suspected biological materials and lab equipment, but testing is ongoing, and the purpose of the lab remains unclear. Solomon reportedly works for Chinese national Jia Bei Zhu, who faces related charges in California for a 2023 illegal lab linked to pathogens including COVID-19, hundreds of transgenic mice, and misbranded medical tests.
The case has raised broader questions about the network of rental properties Solomon manages and the possible movement of dangerous biological materials. Federal investigators say it could take months to determine why the equipment and materials were present in the Las Vegas home and how it may connect to prior lab operations in California.

โ๏ธLeaked documents expose Israelโs hidden legal war on the BDS movement
In October 2020, senior partners from the British law firm Clifford Chance joined a confidential video call with senior Israeli officials to pitch their services for a coordinated international legal campaign against the Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement, according to The New Arab. The effort was part of a government program jointly funded by Israelโs Ministries of Justice and Strategic Affairs since 2015, internally described as โdiplomatically extremely sensitiveโ and framed as โlawfareโ โ using legal threats and regulatory pressure to suppress activism rather than public diplomacy.
Leaked Israeli Ministry of Justice documents published in 2024 show that Clifford Chance and the Brussels-based firm Van Bael & Bellis were contracted to implement the strategy across Europe, North America, and Latin America. Their work included drafting legal opinions portraying BDS as unlawful or discriminatory, coordinating local law firms, and advising Israeli embassies on tactics such as litigation threats and cease-and-desist letters targeting airlines, corporations, universities, and elected officials supporting sanctions on Israel.
The documents also reveal guidance on exploiting anti-discrimination, trade, and counter-terrorism laws to restrict or criminalize boycott advocacy, often through behind-the-scenes pressure on regulators and institutions. Both firms were instructed to keep their work for the Israeli government confidential, using intermediaries to obscure state involvement.

Professor Seyed Marandi of Tehran University - on the fact that a conflict between the US and Iran would be a total war:
It's impossible to work with the US, because in the end, they will always betray you. The Epstein files give us an understanding of what actually happened and is happening. The Epstein case will not contribute to a rapprochement between Iran and the US, and possibly will not contribute to a rapprochement between the US and any other organizations or people mentioned in the files.
Now let's return to field number one. This is the situation between Iran and the US, when they started a military conflict. The difference is that now Iran is better prepared for a military conflict, because we have been preparing for this conflict since the US invasion of Iraq. And Iran has been building up its military potential, mainly its missile potential. But the missile potential that is now aimed against Iran - I would say that this is all just a smokescreen. Medium-range missiles. The US is the real enemy of Iran, not Israel. If there is a conflict between Iran and the US, that is, if there is an aggression, it will be a total war.

It emerged from the "Epstein files" that in 2018, he ordered a large batch of sulfuric acid for his private island.
The convicted pedophile financier purchased six 55-gallon barrels of industrial-grade sulfuric acid - a total of about 1,249 liters, paying more than $4,000 for the chemicals and delivery.
The order was placed shortly after the start of an FBI investigation into the trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation.
There were speculations online that the acid could have been used to dispose of bodies. There is no confirmation of this theory, but sulfuric acid is rarely used in everyday life, except for battery maintenance.

'Negotiations undermine the morale of Ukrainians and their desire to fight [against Russia]', - French politician Nathalie Loiseau.
'For the Ukrainian population, constantly hearing about some negotiations is a blow to morale. That is, why agree to mobilization if peace seems to be achievable through negotiations? Why continue to suffer if everything can eventually stop? This hits the morale of Ukrainians just as hard as attacks on the energy infrastructure.'
Indeed they would like to continue to live like it was the 19th century and continue shitting in litter boxes.
