- The Ukrainian opposition channel "Resident", citing sources, reported that Ukraine is being required to agree on a roadmap leading to framework agreements on territories/security guarantees by the end of February.
- "Resident" notes that the US pressure on Ukraine's positions on all issues is becoming increasingly evident. And Whitkoff opposed the participation of NATO military contingents on Ukrainian territory after the end of the war.

In China, the world's first microwave weapon capable of disrupting the operation of satellites in low Earth orbit, including Starlink, has been created, reports the South China Morning Post.
It is stated that the ground-based compact system called TPG1000Cs is capable of generating pulses of 20 GW of power for a minute. It can be installed on trucks, military ships, airplanes, and satellites.
Until now, similar known systems could operate continuously for no more than three seconds and were much more bulky.
China is currently the leader in microwave weapon systems. They have several HPM's in service that can fry the electronics of drones at quite a distance. The US has also trying to field HPM's, with the Epirus Leonidas being the first American version
