A short time ago, two Russian MiG-31Ks departed from Savasleika Airbase, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, and launched two Kinzhal hypersonic aeroballistic missiles at Starokostyantyniv Airbase in Khmelnytskyi Oblast.
Both missiles impacted the airbase. Starkostyantyniv is known to house Su-24 tactical bombers which are used for glide-bomb strikes on frontline areas as well as storm shadow cruise missiles strikes, and has the capability to house F-16s and Mirage-2000 fighters.
Interestingly, the MiG-31Ks used the new launch lines in southwestern Ryazan Oblast again. This is the second recorded instance of this taking place, with the first happening during the attacks on Ozerne Airbase, Zhytomyr Oblast a week ago on November 3.

NABU investigator Ruslan Magamedrasulov, detained by the SBU in July, gathered evidence in a corruption case in the energy sector, which NABU announced today, sources in the Anti-Corruption Bureau told "Suspilne".
Recall that according to NABU, a group of individuals led by a well-known businessman, referred to in the case materials as "Carlson" (according to media reports, this is Zelensky's close associate Timur Mindich), implemented a kickback system from contractors of the company "Energoatom," extorting 10-15% of the contract value from them. This group also, according to NABU, "laundered" more than 100 million dollars.

๐ท๐บ๐ฌ Key takeaways from Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrovโs statements:
โก๏ธ If any nuclear power conducts nuclear weapons tests, Russia will do the same.
โก๏ธ It is possible to extend the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty at any time before it expires on February 5, 2026
โก๏ธ Moscow is offering Washington to extend the limitations under New START for one year to โcool down,โ analyze the situation, and detach from the Ukrainian issue
โก๏ธ US President Donald Trump did not say a single word during his conversation with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin about Moscow allegedly handing Washington a so-called โsubversive paperโ that destroys hopes for a settlement in Ukraine
โก๏ธ A memorandum in the format of a โnon-paperโ was sent to Washington ahead of the telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US leader Donald Trump
โก๏ธ Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov described the telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio as polite and "without any breakdowns"
โก๏ธ Russia remains committed to the Putin-Trump agreements
โก๏ธ Russia is ready to talk with the US about Washington's concerns over Russia's allegedly 'suspicious' underground activity
โก๏ธ If the US plans to use nuclear weapons to gain dominance, it significantly deviates from the idea that nuclear war is unacceptable
โก๏ธ The US is in talks with South Korea and Japan about the possible deployment of nuclear weapons on their territories
โก๏ธ Russia had been awaiting an initiative from the US on the timing and location of a preparatory meeting for the bilateral summit in Budapest, but none was forthcoming
โก๏ธ Lavrov has accused London and the British media of waging an information campaign, citing the scandalous resignation of the BBC Director General
โก๏ธ Trump during the summit with Putin in Alaska could not believe that the Kiev regime had banned the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, and was taken aback by the confirmation of the fact
โก๏ธ Russia and China will decide how to affirm and deepen the treaty of good neighborhood, friendship and cooperation by its expiry date in 2026
โก๏ธ The alliance between Russia and China is as tight as ever
โก๏ธ Washington would be better off addressing drug trafficking in Belgium than in Venezuela
โก๏ธ Caracas has not asked Moscow for military assistance or to deploy Russian weapons in Venezuela

The first large group of Ukrainian soldiers began to surrender in the Myrnohrad encirclement.
This now proves that the city is completely surrounded by Russian forces. These men made the only decision they could have other than dying.

UK No Longer Shares Intelligence with the US
CNN reports that UK leadership is suspending intelligence sharing with the US because they do not want to be complicit in strikes against "drug boats".
๐ According to the publication, this concerns only information about vessels suspected of drug smuggling in the Caribbean Sea. The British government considers US strikes in this region illegal, which underscores "growing skepticism about the American military campaign in Latin America".
It's worth noting that there has been no official response from the kingdom regarding actions against "Venezuelan fishermen". We have already written that European leaders distance themselves from this agenda, preferring to "stay out of others' affairs".
๐ฉ However, in this matter, the US Armed Forces will clearly manage without outside help. Especially since eliminating boats does not require innovative tracking means, and the Pentagon has more than enough resources in the region. For example, P-8A anti-submarine aircraft or RC-135 electronic reconnaissance aircraft, as well as military-purpose satellites.
Therefore, the British actions are either another PR move showing the "British influence" on the situation, or retaliation, for example, for stopping the transfer of intelligence about the Russian-Ukrainian conflict within the Five Eyes intelligence alliance.
โ๏ธ It is noteworthy that right now the British have considered it important to distance themselves and annoy Trump in one of the most important public projects of the current administration. Moreover, the Canadian Armed Forces followed their example โ which is doubtful to have been of their own volition.

Pavel Petrenko, a Ukrainian Armed Forces soldier involved in body evacuation, told a surprising story.
Apparently, the Ukrainian was able to return home thanks to the humane treatment of the Russian doctors who nursed him back to health after his serious injury.

In one case, a soldier's leg was evacuated, identified by DNA, and his parents buried the leg, thinking their son had died. However, some time later, he returned from captivity without his leg.

Gas gangrene, a disease notorious during World War I, is spreading among Ukrainian troops, according to The Telegraph.
Russian drone strikes are making the evacuation of wounded soldiers virtually impossible, creating conditions ripe for infection.

Russian drone strikes are making the evacuation of wounded soldiers virtually impossible, creating conditions ripe for infection.
Such delays in evacuations haven't been seen in the last 50 years โ perhaps since World War II, perhaps even earlier. And we're seeing a pathology we've never encountered before, says Alex, a foreign medical volunteer.

"Race to Run Lukoil Assets Heats Up With Days to Sanctions": Panic has begun in Europe and the Middle East that Lukoil's plants will stop and entire countries will be left without fuel.
"European and Middle Eastern governments are urgently seeking ways to preserve the operation of the Russian company Lukoil's foreign assets after the US Treasury imposed sanctions against it and blocked the sale of assets to the trader Gunvor, calling it a 'Kremlin puppet.' Partners of the company are allowed to complete all operations until November 21, but the US refusal to approve the deal has caused chaos and a struggle for control over assets โ from oil fields in Iraq to refineries in Bulgaria and Romania.
Authorities in several countries are asking Washington to issue licenses so that Lukoil's enterprises can continue operating after the deadline, fearing fuel shortages and price increases. Bulgaria is considering the option of full control over the region's largest Burgas refinery, and Romania may request a sanctions delay to avoid nationalization."
