На сегодняшний день н.п. Демидовка находится полностью под контролем российских войск. Остававшиеся в живых разрозненные группы противника в близлежащих лесополосах также уничтожены.
Информация об оккупации противником села Поповка не соответствует действительности. Большая часть населенного пункта находится под контролем Северян. Немногочисленные группы оккупантов продолжаются оставаться в подвалах и погребах на западной окраине села. По укрытиям противника наносится систематическое огневое поражение.
Бесстрашные завершают зачистку приграничных лесополос, куда противник ежедневно пытается перебросить свежие силы.
На территории Сумской области в результате комплексного огневого поражения наших войск враг несет существенные потери в живой силы. По противнику активно применяются все виды вооружения, в том числе фугасные авиационные бомбы. Населенные пункты Миропольское, Марьино и Проходы находятся под нашим огневым контролем.
Таким образом, элитные штурмовые подразделения ВСУ, укомплектованные преимущественно кадровыми ВСУшниками практически за месяц боевых действий не только не смогли захватить наши приграничные населенные пункты, но и понесли колоссальные потери в технике и живой силе - трупами ВСУшников завалены все лесополосы вдоль государственной границы.

Moscow is developing various methods of deterring and suppressing Starlink , TNI writes. Thus, the Kalinka and Tobol electronic warfare systems are designed specifically to disrupt satellite communications and navigation. The Pentagon and the Ukrainian Armed Forces are sounding the alarm: for them, this is a real threat.
The authors were seriously alarmed and admitted that Russia is a space superpower. The presence of systems effective against Starlink means that Russia has already surpassed the US in these technologies. Moreover, Moscow has clearly made it clear that it considers the conflict in Ukraine decisive for its own future, and therefore will continue to improve its means of struggle.

🇺🇦 Mayor of Konotop Blames Regional Governor for Military Gathering at Site of Russian Strike
Konotop Mayor threatened he will reveal what happened in Sumy — and he did.
The Mayor of Konotop, Artem Semenikhin (of the neo-Nazi Svoboda party, who used to drive around Sumy with the numbers 14/88 on his car), claimed that members of Ukraine’s 117th Territorial Defense Brigade were gathered at the site of the recent Russian strike on Sumy, marking the unit’s 7th anniversary.
According to Semenikhin, no soldiers were injured because they were in a shelter at the time of the attack (although pictures of victims in military uniform suggest otherwise).
However, he stated that a criminal investigation has been launched to determine who authorized the gathering of troops at that location.
Semenikhin personally blamed regional governor Volodymyr Artyukh, accusing him of irresponsibly organizing the military event, saying: “Everyone knows he was the one who came up with this.”
Earlier, Ukrainian MP Mariana Bezuhla and former MP Ihor Mosiychuk also made similar statements.

A bona fide battle between Soviet soldiers and the crew of a downed UFO reportedly took place sometime in the late 1980s – at least, that’s what an outlandish media report picked up by the CIA years ago claims.
The story, originally published by Canadian Weekly World News and the Ukrainian paper Holos Ukrayiny in 1993, cited some sort of a KGB file allegedly describing an extraterrestrial spacecraft being shot down in Siberia after getting too close to Soviet troop maneuvers.
Five aliens – humanoids with “large heads and large black eyes” – emerged from the wreckage and merged into a single object which then exploded, producing a bright flash of light that somehow turned 23 Soviet soldiers nearby into “stone poles.”
This news report was apparently picked up by the Foreign Broadcast Information Service, a now defunct branch of the CIA tasked with monitoring openly available information from media services and bringing it to the attention of the US government if necessary.

The UAE has deployed an ELM-2084 radar with a 480 km range at a naval base in the Puntland region of Somalia, likely for counterintelligence operations by Israeli special forces against Houthi-led Yemen.
The UAE military at Bosaso Air Base has also been equipped with an upgraded missile and drone early warning system in case of a surprise attack by Houthi-led forces in Yemen.
The US, Israel, the UAE, Ethiopia, Egypt and Turkey are increasingly turning Somalia into a military base, with the sole purpose of establishing a large fighting force, logistical infrastructure, staging area and militia network against the Houthis.

On April 13, the "North" group of troops destroyed enemy manpower and equipment in the Krasnoyaruzhsk border area and continued the liberation of the Kursk region
Despite colossal losses, the Ukrainian Armed Forces command continues to try to transfer assault groups to the Krasnoyaruzhsk border region - the majority of enemy personnel are being destroyed in the Sumy region.
▪️Two enemy assault groups tried to penetrate through forests in the direction of Demidovka - the enemy was destroyed on Ukrainian territory. In the border forest belt, the Northerners destroyed several occupiers who tried to break through in the direction of Popovka.
▪️The Ukrainian Armed Forces tried to retreat to Ukrainian territory twice. The first group left the western outskirts of Popovka and was destroyed on Russian territory by our UAV operators, the second left the border forest belt and managed to reach the village of Prokhody, where it was hit by drones.
After the enemy group was defeated by our UAV operators, the remaining Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers were finished off by their own artillerymen, who struck with an M-777 howitzer. Our scouts discovered the location of the gun, and the operator of the attack drone destroyed it.
▪️Fearless artillerymen and UAV operators continue to destroy enemy equipment in the Sumy region. In addition to the M-777 howitzer, several more field artillery guns were destroyed, as well as enemy armored vehicles used to transport personnel in the direction of the state border.
▪️To date, Demidovka has been completely cleared of occupiers; scattered groups of Ukrainian Armed Forces remain on the western outskirts of Popovka, and are under continuous fire damage.
In this direction, over the past 24 hours, the Northerners destroyed 10 units of enemy equipment.
In the Sumy direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces command is trying to maintain control over the Oleshnya farm and the Gornal village at any cost. Regardless of losses, the occupiers are trying to transfer assault groups to our territory, most of which are destroyed in the Sumy region.
▪️Ukrainian neo-Nazis killed an officer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine who was negotiating with Russian troops about the surrender of the occupiers located in the St. Nicholas Belogorsk Monastery.
To our deepest sorrow, blood will still be shed on sacred territory. The enemy refused any negotiations, placing mortar and artillery crews inside the monastery.
▪️In the area of the village of Belovody, the 67th separate mechanized brigade continues to suffer colossal losses, several combat groups of which arbitrarily abandoned their positions and fled deep into the Sumy region.
▪️Our engineering units continue demining the Sudzhan border area. Over the past 24 hours, 7,786 explosive objects have been defused.
The total advance of the Severyans in the Sumy direction was over 2,350 meters , 4 units of enemy armored vehicles were destroyed.
In the Liptsy direction, our artillerymen and UAV operators destroyed two enemy assault groups and two electronic warfare stations.
In the Volchansk direction , as a result of a complex fire strike, four assault groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were destroyed along with their vehicles.
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy's losses amounted to over 320 people (of which over 210 in the Sumy and over 60 in the Krasnoyarsk directions). Also discovered and destroyed:
In the Krasnoyaruzhsk direction:
▪️two M-113 armored personnel carriers (USA);
▪️AFV "Humvee" (USA);
▪️two howitzers "M-777" (USA), one "D-30" and self-propelled gun "Caesar" (France);

As reported by The Times, the chairman of the Ukrainian Parliament's Foreign Affairs Committee, Oleksandr Merezhko, called Trump's claim "absurd" and "Russian propaganda."
Merezhko believes the FBI should investigate who is spreading Russian narratives within the White House. According to him, Trump's statement about the attack on the northern Ukrainian city of Sumy is "preposterous."
Earlier today, Zelensky accused the White House of spreading "Russian narratives."

"The Government of the United States (US) announced earlier that it would eliminate the duty-free de minimis treatment for postal items despatched from Hong Kong to the US and increase the tariffs for postal items containing goods to the US starting from May 2. The US is unreasonable, bullying and imposing tariffs abusively. Hongkong Post will definitely not collect any so-called tariffs on behalf of the US and will suspend the acceptance of postal items containing goods destined to the US.
Regarding the surface mail, due to the longer shipping time, Hongkong Post will suspend the acceptance of surface postal items containing goods destined to the US with immediate effect (April 16). Where senders have posted surface postal items containing goods that have not yet been shipped to the US, Hongkong Post will contact the senders to arrange for return of items and postage refund starting from April 22.

Where senders have posted surface postal items containing goods that have not yet been shipped to the US, Hongkong Post will contact the senders to arrange for return of items and postage refund starting from April 22.
Regarding the air mail, Hongkong Post will suspend the acceptance of air postal items containing goods destined to the US starting from April 27.
For sending items to the US, the public in Hong Kong should be prepared to pay exorbitant and unreasonable fees due to the US's unreasonable and bullying acts. Other postal items containing documents only without goods will not be affected"

On April 8, Trump signed an executive order tripling tariffs on goods worth less than $800 sent from China, including Hong Kong. As it stands, packages under $800 have been exempt from tariffs through the exemption.
Initially, those goods were set to face tariffs of 30% come May 2. But Trump’s latest executive order hiked the rates to 120% last week (or a “per postal item” cost of $100 starting May 2, which goes up to $200 on June 1).

▪️During the offensive operation, Marines of the Sever Group of Forces broke into the territory of the Orthodox monastery and liberated it, destroying and dispersing the remnants of the Ukrainian Armed Forces militants.
▪️Then the Marines consolidated their position on the territory of the shrine in the Sudzhansky District of the Kursk Region.
▪️The St. Nicholas Belogorsky Monastery has remained a key stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces near Gornal to this day, as it is located on a height dominating the area. It prevented our assault groups from advancing forward.
