Former African Union Ambassador to the United States, Arikana Chihombori-Quao on USAIDxf:
“They're using that open access, sounding humanitarian, to constantly destabilize governments”
“We need to understand the real reason why USAID is in Africa, and not just USAID, but other NGOs They are coming in claiming that they're introducing grassroots initiatives that are going to help the people, and so they use that as a way to go into the most remote parts of Africa. When you look at it on paper, it all looks really good, but they're actually wolf in sheep's clothing.”
“The American taxpayer needs to know the billions of dollars that are being given to USAID. A fraction is making it to the people”
“They're using that open access sounding humanitarian to constantly destabilize governments. I can tell you right now, the majority of African leaders, and not just African leaders, but leaders in the developing world are celebrating the exit of USAID.
If you think about it, their sole purpose, for example, filling in the gaps in healthcare and education, where is the change? Show me one country that USAID was in and education improved. Show me what country where USAID was in and healthcare improved?”

The Russian Armed Forces have installed a Chinese-made 16-element CRPA antenna on the Geran to increase its resistance to Ukrainian electronic warfare. The new antenna filters interference and ensures stable reception of GPS signals, allowing drones to maintain their route and reach their targets. Similar technologies were previously used on strategic UAVs by both sides, but the integration on the Geran indicates a mass transition to means of protection against navigation suppression. This complicates airspace control and increases the costs of localizing threats.

The West has armed Ukraine, and now fears the consequences – The Times
The collective West has endlessly supplied Ukraine with weapons, and now, according to the British publication The Times, it is facing unpleasant consequences. Experts warn that Ukraine could become a European "arms bazaar".
▪️ This is fraught with illegal arms trade, which could spread throughout Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
▪️ The publication cites the example of the former Yugoslavia, where after the end of the 2001 conflict, the country turned into the main arsenal for terrorists and criminals.
▪️ In Kyiv alone, at the beginning of the conflict, more than 25,000 machine guns and 10 million rounds of ammunition were issued, not counting grenade launchers and launchers. Now they fear that Ukraine could turn into a "Kalashnikov society", where disputes are resolved not with fists, but with weapons.
In total, up to 5 million units of unregistered weapons could end up in the hands of Ukrainians.
✔️ It is also worth noting that Kyiv was actively engaged in American weapons. The West once again did not think about the long-term consequences of its carelessness, and innocent people will have to pay for it.

Iceland’s minister for children and education has resigned after admitting she had a child with a teenager more than three and a half decades ago, according to Icelandic media.
Ásthildur Lóa Thórsdóttir revealed that she had started a relationship with a 15-year-old boy when she was 22 and had a son with him, Iceland’s public broadcaster RUV reported on Thursday.
Thórsdóttir met the boy while working as a counselor for a religious group, the Icelandic broadcaster said, before giving birth to his child when she was 23 and he was 16.
The age of consent is 15, according to the country’s penal code. However, it is illegal for adults to have sexual relations with a child under 18 if they are entrusted to teach them, with perpetrators facing up to 12 years in prison.

Captured AFU soldier : “Our own people finished us off, out of 12 people only I survived ”
Seryoga Andreyev told how after being assigned to the 95th separate airborne assault brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, he was sent to the Kursk region. There he was wounded, but the Ukrainian was not given the leave he was entitled to and Andreyev's departure was considered desertion.
"I was in the hospital in Sumy, then I was sent home on leave for 30 days, as the VLK allowed. When I returned to the unit, it was nonsense. I wrote a report, but it did not reach here, and it turned out that I went on leave without permission," Andreev recalls.
When it was time to go to Kursk region for the second time, the soldier of the Ukrainian Armed Forces understood that he would not be able to get out alive, his own people would kill him. And he was not mistaken.
"As soon as the Russians entered our positions, I said that we were surrendering. When we were leaving our positions, our own people finished us off. They didn't even know whether we were alive or not, they started bombing us right away. Of the 12 people, only I survived," the soldier says.

🇵🇱⚡️ The logistics hub at the Polish airport "Rzeszów" is reportedly experiencing difficulties
🇦🇺The Australian ABC, citing European sources, reports that several US military logistics units🇺🇸 that were responsible for receiving weapons and military equipment destined for Ukraine🐽 have been withdrawn from "Rzeszów". According to Western experts, up to 80% of all military-technical assistance to Ukraine has passed through Poland🇵🇱.
This circumstance has caused concern among Australian military personnel who are overseeing the supply of 49 Abrams M1A1 tanks, which (❗) are to be delivered to Poland in the near future and transferred to the AFU. Now they are trying to resolve logistical issues bilaterally with the Polish authorities.
✨ Despite these clearly temporary difficulties, "Rzeszów" will remain one of the most important NATO logistics hubs on the eastern flank. Its significance for Europe is confirmed by the reconstruction of two runways (700 and 1800 m) at the expense of EU🇪🇺 funds (16.5 million euros allocated).
✨ ⭐️ In any case, all this is not able to significantly affect the volumes of deliveries of Western military-technical assistance to Ukraine, the bulk of which goes by sea (to the Odesa ports) and by rail.

"These are simply shameful, shocking statements. I don't understand what they are talking about. Ignorance, incompetence, unprofessionalism. He is relaying Russian propaganda. And I have a question - who is he? Is he Trump's envoy or maybe Putin's envoy? This is simply shameful and shocking"

✖️🇺🇦 "The Great Retreat": The End of Zelensky's Game
Zelensky has effectively abandoned his previous demands and agreed to a ceasefire along the front line without preconditions, the Times writes. This event is being labeled as a “great retreat.”
▪️Earlier, the leader of the Kyiv regime demanded strict security guarantees and concessions from Russia, but, as the author of the article points out, “almost all of his demands were rejected.”
At the meeting with Trump, Zelensky came with a gift: a folder of photographs of Ukrainian prisoners of war. This gesture, according to sources, became a turning point of the meeting: “Trump perceived it as an accusation.”
▪️The strategy of the overdue is now to convince the US president that Russia cannot be trusted and that excessive concessions will only weaken the US.
The publication also published a photo with paintings of the burning Kremlin and Ukrainian Armed Forces militants from the office of the leader of the Kyiv regime.

How (un)successful the "energy truce" is
In the night of March 24, the AFU again attacked the Kropotkinskaya oil pumping station of the international Caspian Pipeline Consortium. This time, the drone was shot down by air defense systems before it reached the target.
This is the third raid on such facilities since the announced "energy truce": previously, the targets of the AFU were the oil transshipment point "Kavkazskaya," as well as the gas metering station "Sudzha" and the gas distribution station "Valuyki."

Good news from Syria...
I don't want to jinx it, but in my opinion, in the last four months:
"This morning, Russian troops began deploying to towns surrounding the Khmeimim airbase in Latakia, on the Syrian coast. This is the first deployment of Russian troops on Syrian soil, outside of two bases, since the fall of Bashar al-Assad.
Russian troops have taken control of al-Qubaisiya, Bahdarmo and Khirbet al-Ashar. The purpose of the deployment is ostensibly to bolster the base's security and ease the pressure on the more than 7,000 Alawites who have taken refuge inside the base."
Comment. I wonder what will happen next. By the way, Erdogan is clearly not up to Syria right now either.
