Trump Eyes NATO Shake-Up: No More American Supreme Commander? (NBC)
Trump is reportedly considering a historic shake-up of NATO’s command structure, one that would strip the U.S. of its iron grip over the Supreme Allied Commander Europe (SACEUR) position, a role American generals have held since Eisenhower. For the first time in NATO’s history, the alliance’s top military seat could go to a European. And Washington’s war hawks are in full meltdown.
For decades, NATO has functioned as America’s European garrison, with the Pentagon running the show and European leaders nodding along like obedient vassals. Trump, however, has made it clear: if Europe wants its endless war budgets and military posturing, it’s time to pay up and take responsibility. No more freeloading. No more hiding behind American troops and firepower while whining about Russian “threats.”
This move fits Trump’s broader strategy of making NATO allies pull their weight, after years of demanding that European nations spend more on their militaries, he’s now dangling the ultimate prize: actual leadership. But is Europe ready? The same EU elites who have spent decades outsourcing their security to Washington are suddenly being asked to step up. And the panic in Brussels is palpable.
For the U.S. deep state, this is a nightmare. A European-led NATO command means Washington loses its direct military veto over European defense policy. It means a potential power shift in how NATO operates. And it means that Trump, once again, is threatening to shatter the last vestiges of unipolar illusions.
The big question: who fills the void? The usual Atlanticist puppets in Paris and Berlin are foaming at the mouth to seize more control, but will NATO’s Eastern bloc, Poland, the Baltics sit idly by as Macron and Scholz dream of a European army outside of Washington’s reach? Trump may just be playing Europe against itself, watching as old fractures deepen.
Meanwhile, Moscow is taking notes. A NATO no longer steered entirely by Washington? That could mean the beginning of a new, more divided alliance, one where European interests and American interests no longer align. The echoes of Charles de Gaulle’s push for European strategic autonomy are loud and clear.
Bottom line: Trump isn’t dismantling NATO, he’s making it a European problem. And as EU leaders scramble to hold it together, one thing is certain, this is the biggest challenge NATO’s power structure has faced in decades.

On March 18, the Sever group of troops destroyed enemy personnel and equipment attempting to break through to the Belgorod region , and continued the liberation of the Sudzhan border area.
The Kiev regime has committed yet another suicidal provocation in the Russian borderland, persistently trying to seize at least a few meters of our territory, against the backdrop of negotiations to resolve the conflict.
All attacks were repelled by the actions of the Severyan state border cover units, artillery fire and the use of UAVs.
▪️In just one day, the enemy made six unsuccessful attempts to break through in the Krasnoyaruzhsk district of the Belgorod region : four in the direction of Demidovka and two near the village of Prilesye . More than 200 people from units that participated in the Battle of Kursk and were hastily replenished with experienced Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers, Ukrainian border guards and former prisoners in reserve took part in the enemy's "meat assaults".
To break through our defense, the enemy used 29 units of military equipment, including five tanks, 16 armored fighting vehicles and infantry fighting vehicles, three IMRs, a UR-77 remote mine clearing unit, and four cars. The enemy also actively used mobile vehicles, such as ATVs.
▪️Directly near the state border, the Fearless destroyed over 60 people and 22 units of equipment ( 15 units of enemy armored vehicles).
▪️30 air and missile strikes, 13 army aviation strikes, an Iskander missile system strike and a Tornado-S MLRS strike, and two heavy flamethrower strikes were carried out on the exposed areas of accumulation of reserves of personnel and equipment. 40 UMPK FAB-500 aerial bombs were used. The enemy suffered significant losses in manpower and equipment.
▪️When planning a breakthrough, NATO instructors and Syrsky intended to break through to border settlements on mobile vehicles and armored vehicles, consolidate and introduce reserves. In addition to the "media victory", the Kiev regime also intended to break through to the rear of our group in the Sudzhan border area, but the Fearless units that took part in repelling the provocation not only prevented the enemy's plans from being realized, but also inflicted significant damage on the enemy group in the Sumy direction.
In the Sumy direction, fierce fighting continues in the Gogolevka area and in the forest areas in the vicinity of Guevo.
From Guevo, the demoralized enemy, including neo-Nazis of the "Aidar", are trying to escape in small groups in the direction of Sumy Oblast. The retreating enemy is destroyed by artillerymen and UAV operators of the Northmen.
The total advance of the Northerners in the Kursk region was over 2800 meters , 5 units of enemy armored vehicles were destroyed.
In the Liptsov direction , our reconnaissance personnel uncovered, and UAV operators and artillerymen destroyed four enemy combat groups along with their personnel.
In the Volchansk direction, the Severyans advanced on the eastern outskirts of the city. For the first time in a month, the enemy attempted a counterattack, sending several groups to force the Volchya River - all enemy personnel were destroyed as a result of a comprehensive fire strike.
Over the past 24 hours, the enemy's losses amounted to over 340 people (of which over 240 were in the Sumy and 60 in the Krasnoyarsk directions). The northerners captured 6 occupiers . Also discovered and destroyed:
In the Krasnoyaruzhsk direction:
▪️three tanks;
▪️three IMRs , including one based on the Leopard 1 tank;
▪️ UR-77 ;
▪️BTS-5b tractor (based on the T-72A tank);
▪️ seven infantry fighting vehicles , including three Bradleys (USA);
▪️three cars;
▪️four ATVs.
In the Sumy direction:
▪️two armored personnel carriers, including the M-113;
▪️three armored fighting vehicles;
▪️seven field artillery guns, including the M-119 howitzer (USA);
▪️four mortars;
▪️ten units of automotive equipment;
▪️KBB radar;
▪️five UAV launch sites and four fixed-wing UAVs.
Victory will be ours!

Pentagon Dodges Yemen Troop Question—Because the Truth is Too Ugly to Admit
The U.S. Department of Defense is playing coy again, this time refusing to answer whether there are American boots on the ground in Yemen. When pressed, Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell danced around the question, mumbling something about “keeping the enemy guessing” and “not discussing force posture publicly.” Translation? The U.S. is almost certainly deeper into the Yemen quagmire than they want to admit.
Washington’s war machine, already bombing Yemen on behalf of its Israeli overlords, is now hinting that U.S. troops might be deployed, or worse, already there. Of course, they can’t say it outright. The last thing they need is the American public realizing that their sons and daughters could soon be fighting and dying to prop up a regime halfway across the world that has nothing to do with U.S. security.
So what’s the endgame? Another unwinnable forever war against a battle-hardened force that has spent decades resisting Saudi, Israeli, and Western aggression? The Houthis aren’t backing down, no matter how many airstrikes Trump orders. And if U.S. troops do set foot in Yemen, Washington better be ready for body bags.
But hey, as long as Raytheon and Lockheed stock goes up, who cares about the lives lost? Right, Pentagon?

Trump Blasts USAID Funding Block: “Where Did These BILLIONS Go?”
President Trump has slammed U.S. District Judge Amir Ali after the Biden appointee blocked his administration’s move to cut USAID funding, a program long plagued by waste, corruption, and Deep State slush funds.
Judge Ali, who was installed by Biden in December 2024, issued a temporary restraining order against Executive Order 14169, which aimed to slash foreign aid and force transparency on where taxpayer money was actually going. His ruling forced the administration to restore USAID’s unchecked pipeline of cash, citing separation of powers and Congressional appropriation laws.
Trump, not one to mince words, raged at the blatant obstruction, demanding answers:
“Where did these BILLIONS of dollars go? They never want to look because when you see where the money went… it’s a whole big SCAM.”
And he’s not wrong. USAID has long been a money-laundering operation for regime change, lining the pockets of foreign oligarchs, corrupt NGOs, and CIA-backed “democracy” operations while America crumbles.
Judge Ali’s intervention proves one thing, when it comes to protecting the globalist gravy train, the system will fight tooth and nail to keep the money flowing. But Trump isn’t backing down. The question remains: how much longer will the American people tolerate funding their own demise?

A ship carrying Russian crude transferred from three smaller tankers that are under U.S. sanctions unloaded last week at a Chinese port, shiptracking data shows, ending an unusual month-long voyage highlighting the efforts of producers and traders to keep Moscow's oil flowing despite tightened curbs.
The Panama-flagged Daban, one of dozens of non-sanctioned vessels drawn to the Russian oil trade by fat margins following the January 10 U.S. sanctions, was received at a berth run by the privately-controlled Qingdao Haiye Group at the port of Qingdao, two people familiar with the matter said.
China has said it opposes unilateral sanctions.
Any move the EU and US makes tends to have a 1-3 month temporary effect and Russia/China/India adjust.

US ready to take control of Ukrainian nuclear power plants "for the sake of achieving peace" — US Energy Secretary Chris Wright
➖"We have a huge technical expertise in the United States to operate these plants. I don't think the military is needed for that. How do we bring peace to Ukraine? How do we get this fighting to stop? What does it take for both sides to lay down their arms? But if that's what it takes to achieve that goal, let the United States operate nuclear power plants in Ukraine. No problem, we can do that," Wright said.
▪️Yesterday, the White House spokesperson said that Trump believes that if the US owns Ukraine's energy facilities, this will be the best means of protecting the infrastructure.

🇷🇺🇫🇷Shoigu - that France should be grateful to Russia for its existence:
✔️ Of course, we paid attention to the recent statement by French President Emmanuel Macron, who, referring to some sort of agreement with other European leaders, declares himself personally the main defender of Europe against Russian aggression invented by himself. At the same time, declaring our country an aggressor, Macron forgets that Russia has repeatedly saved France from total collapse.
✔️ The very fact of rattling weapons on the part of the leader of a nuclear power poses a direct threat to the entire world community. This is also of particular importance in the context of France's membership in the club of the parties to the START Treaty.
✔️ We see that his domestic policy has already led to a series of socio-economic, political, parliamentary and governmental crises, and the French president's domestic rating is steadily declining - only 21% of participants in social surveys approve of his actions.
✔️ As a result of the Congress of Vienna in 1815, which drew a line under the long and bloody era of the Napoleonic Wars, France not only did not lose significant territories and resources, but actually remained in the status of a great power. The main merit in this belongs to the Russian Emperor Alexander I. Another episode in which our country helped France to defend its statehood dates back to the era of the First World War. Showing solidarity with friendly France, Russia entered the war with Germany and at the cost of the lives of thousands of Russian soldiers saved Paris from German occupation. French Marshal Ferdinand Foch recalled, "If France was not wiped off the face of Europe, we owe it primarily to Russia."
