The head of the defence committee, General Andrei Kartapolov, has responded to the question of whether it is time to re-launch Russia's new missile: 'The decision is up to the supreme commander-in-chief, but I think it would not be unreasonable to launch the Oreshnik, or even more than one.

๐ท๐บโ๏ธ ๐บ๐ฆ And now we know why Ukraine carried out the drone strike on Russia's civilians this morning...
The National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine claimed that the "massive drone attacks on Moscowโs outskirts are a 'signal' to Putin about the need to cease airstrikes."
This statement was made by Kovalensko, the head of the "Center for Countering Disinformation."
The attacks were intended to push their conditions for a ceasefire "in the air and sea" during todayโs talks with the U.S.
However, their reasoning seems more like a reckless gamble than a serious attempt to negotiate terms.

๐ท๐บ Russian Ministry of Defense statement regarding the Kiev regime drone attack this morning:
๐ด @DDGeopolitics | Socials |Donate | Advertising
On the night of March 11, ahead of U.S.-Ukrainian negotiations, the Kiev regime launched a massive strike on civilian infrastructure in the Russian Federation using unmanned aerial vehicles to demonstrate Ukraineโs ability to continue hostilities.
Thanks to the professional actions of air defense crews and electronic warfare systems, the Kiev regime's strike was thwarted.
A total of 343 Ukrainian drones were detected and shot down, including six Ukrainian attack UAVs intercepted near the Kursk nuclear power plant.
As a result of debris and downed Ukrainian UAVs falling on residential and economic infrastructure, there are civilian casualties, both killed and wounded.

Today in Jeddah there is a decisive summit to end the Ukrainian conflict, writes The Guardian.
But, according to him, Europe's security depends on three key conditions:
๐ โEurope cannot allow a ceasefire that will give Russia time to regroup, strengthen and attack again,โ Yermak emphasized.
The EU, meanwhile, is discussing a โฌ150 billion loan for its own defense and โฌ20 billion to help Ukraine.
๐ "Only the unity of Europe and the determination of the United States can lead to a peace that is fair and lasting," Yermak said.

Kursk direction at 16:00 11.03.25: SUDZHA LIBERATED - current map...
According to my information, the front line currently looks something like this.
That is, formally Sudzha (within the administrative borders) has already been liberated. What has not been liberated are the suburbs of Goncharovka, Zaoleshenka and Zaoleshensky.
Moreover, our attack aircraft are determined to finish liberating them today on the shoulders of the enemy.
The enemy is no longer resisting much and whoever can is fleeing to the Sumy region.
Well, what can I say - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!!
We keep our fingers crossed and pray for the guys.

US-Ukraine talks in Saudi Arabia: Putin-Trump plan - new details...
More and more details. Judging by this screenshot, Russia is ready to conclude a truce with further negotiations only after the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from its Constitutional territories (including part of the right-bank Ukraine of the Kherson and Zaporizhia regions), as well as the resignation of Zelensky and the transfer of power to the head of the Verkhovna Rada Stefanchuk.
That is, first the withdrawal of the army of the Zelensky regime to the conditionally future border and the resignation of "zeli", and only then NEGOTIATIONS with Stefanchuk.
Let me clarify the last point. According to the Constitution of Ukraine, in order not to hold elections, but at the same time any agreements were legal (that is, to speed up the process), only Stefanchuk can sign them today.
But then the Rada will still have to adopt everything, by a constitutional majority, since this is a change to the Constitution of Ukraine.

๐บ๐ธ๐บ๐ฆ "Concessions are inevitable": The US does not want to hear about returning the 2014 or 2022 borders to Ukraine
Washington is no longer considering restoring Ukraine's former borders, Sky News reports, citing the American delegation currently in Saudi Arabia.
Now the US wants to see how far Kyiv is willing to go in concessions for the sake of peace, the article says.
๐ "It looks like the Ukrainians will have to make some pretty painful concessions, but there is hope that when these negotiations are over, we will see and understand what form the ceasefire will take," โ the sources are quoted as saying.
โ๏ธ Ukrainian officials, as always, deny everything, but it seems that behind closed doors Kyiv is already hinting that it does not have much of a choice. The National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine earlier said that today's attacks by Ukrainian drones in the Moscow region are "a signal to Putin about the need to cease fire in the air."

๐ How Putinโs Greater Eurasia proposal could save the continent from West's hegemony
Eurasia needs a continent-wide structure akin to the African Union or CELAC, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. What is he implying?
The origins of the Greater Eurasian Partnership (GEP) concept:
GEP, a concept proposed by Russian President Vladimir Putin in 2015, would replace the outdated "Greater Europe" (from Lisbon to Vladivostok) plan.
What could GEP provide to the continent?
๐นA network of free trade zones
๐นInter-bloc trade and economic partnerships
๐นExpanded settlements in national currencies & independent payment systems
๐นDevelopment of Eurasian transport corridors
๐นA foundation for indivisible security on the continent
๐นTerritorial integrity, economic sovereignty and cultural and social protection for member states
๐นA common platform to settle disputes and prevent conflicts
From common trade to common security: How did GEP evolve?
๐ธ2015: Putin proposed GEP as part of the path to a just, multipolar world order based on equal and mutually beneficial cooperation.
๐ธ2016: He named the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) as a key integration hub, stating the project is open to all, including the EU. Moscow "holds no grudges" but wonโt play a one-sided game, he warned.
๐ธ2017: Putin described GEP as a "civilizational project" that would transform Eurasiaโs political and economic landscape. "We must set an example for a joint, innovative, and constructive future."
๐ธ2022: Amid Western sanctions and asset freezes, Putin called for a comprehensive GEP economic strategy, stressing that more nations are pursuing independent policies.
๐ธJune 2024: Putin urged expanded settlements in national currencies, independent payment systems, and transport corridors within GEP.
๐ธThe same month Putin emphasized GEP's role as the socio-economic foundation of a "new system of indivisible security" and instructed the Foreign Ministry to advance international agreements accordingly.
๐ธMarch 2025: Russia is not imposing anything but rather initiating a discussion on a vision for Eurasiaโs continental structure, which could serve as the foundation for a future security architecture, stated Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

๐ Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrovโs interview to the US bloggers Mario Naufal, Larri Johnson and Andrew Napolitano (Moscow, March 12, 2025)
Key talking points:
โข I think what is going on in the United States is a return to normalcy. <...> The fact is that a normal administration without any, you know, unchristian ideas came to power and the reaction was such an explosion in the media, in the politics all over the world is very interesting and very telling.
โข When we met in Riyadh with Marco Rubio, Mike Waltz and Steve Witkoff they suggested the meeting and they said, look, we want normal relations in the sense that the foundation of the American foreign policy under the Donald Trump administration is the national interest of the United States. But at the same time, we understand that other countries also have their national interest.
โข It is very well understood that countries like the United States and Russia would never have their national interest the same. They would not coincide maybe even 50 or less percent. But when they do coincide this situation must be used to develop this simultaneous and similar interest. But when the interests do not coincide and contradict each other then the responsible countries must do everything not to allow this contradiction to degenerate into confrontation, especially military confrontation which would be disastrous for many other countries.
โข The beginning of the special military operation was a decision because all other attempts, all other alternatives to bring things into some positive dimension failed for ten years after the illegal coup in Kiev, in violation of the deal signed the night before and guaranteed by the Germans, French and Poles.
โข I don't think the Americans would drop from NATO. At least President Trump never hinted that this might be the case. But what he did bluntly say was that if you want us to protect you, to give you security guarantees, you pay what is necessary.
โข But President Trump doesn't want to provide these security guarantees to Ukraine under Zelensky. He has his own view of the situation which he bluntly presents every now and then, that this war should never have started โ that pulling Ukraine into NATO in violation of its Constitution, in violation of the Declaration of Independence of 1991, on the basis of which we recognized Ukraine as a sovereign state. For several reasons including that this Declaration was saying no NATO, no blocs, neutral status. Another thing which this Declaration also confirmed and solidified - all rights of Russian and all other national minorities are to be respected.
โข Europe and the UK they certainly want this to continue. The way they received Zelensky in London after the scandal in Washington, it's an indication that they want to raise the stakes and they are preparing something to pressure the Donald Trump administration back into some aggressive action against Russia.
โข It's not about the territories, it's about the people who were deprived of their history by law. Territories are important only because people live on these territories. The people who live on the territories are descendants of those who for hundreds of years were building Odessa & other cities on those very lands who were building ports, roads, who were founding those lands and who associated with the history of this land.
โ๏ธ The Americans know that we would not betray our commitments, legal commitments, the political commitments which we develop with China.
