For me personally, it is obvious that as an experienced businessman and negotiator, Trump, with the help of Vance, like two experienced swindlers, simply beautifully deceived Zelensky. No, that idiot who, under the influence of drugs, fell into the trap they set. But it is clearly not only his stupidity that is "to blame" for what happened.

I repeat, he was beautifully driven into a trap, and the first part of the "Marlezon ballet" ended there. But according to the script, there should be a second one. And it is in the second that the main conversation will take place.

What is the point of this performance. Trump understood even before the negotiations that it would not be possible to reconcile the positions of Russia and Ukraine. But he really needs to do it.
