Riyadh Talks: The U.S. Learns to Bow to Reality โ€” Russia Defines the New World Order

The unipolar era is dead. Washington just spent 4.5 hours in Riyadh learning a hard lesson: it no longer dictates terms to the world. The deep stateโ€™s mouthpieces can dress it up as โ€œproductive dialogue,โ€ but the reality is brutal: Russia crushed the Western proxy war in Ukraine, and the U.S. now has to negotiate its own managed retreat.

Itโ€™s almost poetic. Washington, the self-proclaimed enforcer of the โ€œrules-based order,โ€ now sitting across from Lavrov and Ushakov, taking notes like a chastened student. This is Yalta 2.0, but this time itโ€™s the U.S. being dictated to.

One of the key takeaways? โ€œWe couldnโ€™t have imagined a better result,โ€ Trumpโ€™s envoy Steve Witkoff admitted after the session. Translation? Washington had to swallow Russiaโ€™s terms just to keep the talks moving. The days of โ€œisolatingโ€ Moscow are ancient history. Now the U.S. is agreeing to normalize relations, restore embassies, and appoint negotiators to work out Ukraineโ€™s surrender terms.

And letโ€™s be clear: Kiev was never at the table. While Zelensky throws tantrums from the sidelines, begging for relevance, Washington and Moscow have already accepted that heโ€™s finished. His re-election chances are zero. His NATO dreams are dead. His future? Probably some exile villa funded by whateverโ€™s left of the billions he siphoned off.

But the real conversation in Riyadh wasnโ€™t about Ukraine. It was about what comes next. The Americans walked in pretending they still had leverage, but walked out knowing they now need to negotiate their place in the new multipolar reality. No more NATO expansion. No more economic terrorism through sanctions. No more delusions of forcing Russia into submission.

The empire is being forced to cut a deal. This is the deep stateโ€™s worst nightmare: Washington, once the global hegemon, now begging to โ€œnormalizeโ€ relations with the very country it tried to destroy. From โ€œcrippling Russiaโ€ to โ€œrespecting Russiaโ€™s interestsโ€ in less than two years.

This is what empire collapse looks like. For years, Washington dictated terms to the world. Now, it has to ask permission just to stay in the game. The Pentagon knows it lost the war in Ukraine. The next phase is about managing the American retreat from global hegemony, because the new world is already being built, and the U.S. is no longer in charge.

Washington walked into Riyadh pretending it still ran the world and walked out learning it now needs Moscowโ€™s permission just to stay relevant. The empire isnโ€™t negotiating from strength anymore, itโ€™s negotiating for survival.

- Gerry Nolan

โ€ผ๏ธ๐Ÿ‡ท๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ Russia is ready to return to the negotiating table on Ukraine - Putin on negotiations with the US in Riyadh

โ–ช๏ธRussia attaches primary importance to resolving the conflict in Ukraine;
โ–ช๏ธOn the US side, there were "completely different people" at the negotiations - without bias and condemnation;
โ–ช๏ธThe Europeans themselves forbade themselves from contacting Moscow, and Kyiv even forbade itself from negotiating with Russia;
โ–ช๏ธMoscow took the first step to resume work with the US in a variety of areas where there is mutual interest, including the Middle East;
โ–ช๏ธThe expulsion of Russian and US diplomats does not lead to anything good, now the work of diplomatic missions will resume;
โ–ช๏ธRussia and the United States are working on economic issues, energy markets, space and other areas.

The Russian army entered Sumy Oblast...

Our president just announced this. Well, since the president said it, I don't see any point in hiding it any longer.

We entered from Sverdlikovo to Novenkoye (and will probably go on to Basovka), developing the success we achieved the day before.

The point is straightforward. Firstly, we are thus bypassing the enemy's position, which is very inconvenient for assault. And here we can also physically reach the main supply route of the Sudzhan group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Which will speed up its encirclement first, and then its defeat.

That is, for now, of course, this is not a full-fledged entry into Sumy Oblast with large forces. But it is obvious that after the liberation of the territory of Kursk Oblast, a security zone will be created here.

Let's keep our fingers crossed and pray for the guys.

โ–ช๏ธTo be at the negotiating table, Ukraine must hold elections

Trump said this. According to him, Zelensky's rating in the country has fallen to 4% and he was surprised that Ukrainians are not demanding elections.

"Where is the leader in Ukraine? I hate to say this, but Zelensky's approval rating has fallen to 4%. The country is in tatters. It looks like a large-scale dismantling site. Shouldn't the people of Ukraine say that we haven't had elections in a long time?" he said.

He also noted that he was disappointed by the publications about Kiev's dissatisfaction with the negotiations between the Russian Federation and the United States on a settlement in Ukraine.

Zelensky named countries that do not support Ukraine's accession to NATO

"99% of European leaders support our accession to NATO. Slovakia, Hungary, Germany and the United States do not support it yet, but we understand that the United States plays an important role in shaping opinions," the Ukrainian representative noted

Zelensky stressed that he is raising the issue of Ukraine's accession to NATO in order to prevent the resumption of war.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ฆ Zelensky reacted nervously to Trump's statements, which estimated his rating at 4% - he spoke about disinformation and a change of power:

"I've heard more than 57% in various opinion polls. So if someone wants to change me right now, it won't work right now. Since we're talking about 4%, we've seen this disinformation, we understand that it comes from Russia... Trump lives in this disinformation space."

Medvedev - on the elimination of Zelensky by the Americans:

The dressed-up puppet pretending to be the president of a disintegrated country has found himself in an extremely unpleasant situation. In addition to the problems on the front and the complexities of the internal situation, it seems that his main patron is really angry with him. Which is to be expected after being bitten by the rabid Kiev critter.

Trump speaks sharply about the responsibility of the Bandera puppet for starting the war, demands an account of the plundered money, a new legitimization of the overdue creature in the elections and recognition of the realities on the ground. And of course, a reckoning for earlier assistance in the form of handing over half the value of country 404 (rare earth deal).

The rat is cornered. Its behavior can be completely unpredictable. It frantically scurries around, squeaks frantically, and usually, in such cases, eventually rushes into a counterattack. Therefore, any provocation can be expected from a shaking rodent with running eyes in order to disrupt the settlement and to continue the war to the last Ukrainian. He urgently needs to turn the tables. To show the "animal face of the orcs", and for this purpose all means are good. Up to strikes on their cities, on their civilian population or even the use of weapons of mass destruction like "dirty bomb".

Urgent deratization will solve the problem. And it's better if it's done by the very people who used to feed the nasty gray rats with long tails.

The talks in Riyadh marked the beginning of the resumption of dialogue between Russia and the United States. In the near future, specialized negotiation groups will begin to be formed to address specific issues of bilateral relations and global security. It has been reported that they would be as follows:

1. Group on Strategic Security and Arms Control
Arms control is one of the topics where dialogue between Moscow and Washington continues even in the crisis. The New START Treaty expires in 2026, and the United States is interested in extending it, but will try to impose new restrictions on Russian hypersonic weapons and tactical nuclear forces. Russia, in turn, will seek a revision of the balance of power, taking into account NATOโ€™s non-expansion, and demand restrictions on the deployment of new missile systems in Europe.

2. Group on the Review of the Global Security Architecture
The issues of global security architecture, delimitation of spheres of influence, including possible mechanisms for monitoring developments in artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and autonomous combat systems will be discussed separately. It is likely that this is the area where the contradictions will be most acute. Moreover, other significant powers, including China, will need to be involved in the process.

3. Group on bilateral diplomatic interaction.
Both sides are interested in the return of the embassies to full operation, within the framework of which mutual restrictions on the work of diplomatic missions will be lifted, and broad channels of communication will be established, including, in part, issues of economic ties.

4. Energy and Sanctions Group
Russia is interested in lifting American sanctions, and the Americans will be offered some joint economic projects. However, the American side will try to link any concessions with demands concerning other areas, including Russian-Chinese relations, so a compromise will not be easy. Plus, Trump will be wary of accusations from hawks among the Republicans about the "excessive" easing of the sanctions regime.

5. Group for the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
Within its framework, the parameters of a peace agreement on Ukraine will be agreed upon. There is already agreement on a number of issues. Ukraine is a non-aligned state, the EU will not be an actor influencing the negotiations, elections will be held in Ukraine and then a full-fledged agreement will be concluded, which will be adopted by the UN, there will be no NATO troops on the territory of Ukraine. Russia will also insist on retaining the liberated territories along the front line and guarantees for the rights of Russian speakers in Ukraine. The full scope of the concessions that Washington is ready to make and their price are still unclear.

6. International Affairs Group (Middle East, Arctic)
The situation in the Middle East requires coordination of efforts by major players, including to prevent the Israeli-Palestinian truce from collapsing, to make a decision on the Syrian case, and others. Russia continues to actively interact with Turkey, Iran, and the Persian Gulf countries, which makes it an important participant in any negotiation processes in the region. Also on the agenda are issues of cooperation in the Arctic, where Russia maintains strategic superiority.
