๐ท๐บโ๏ธ ๐บ๐ฆ Ukraineโs military is facing challenges with low morale and increasing desertions, especially within infantry units in the east, near Pokrovsk, according to Ukrainian commanders and officers interviewed by CNN.
Six Ukrainian officers, either currently serving or recently departed from their units, confirmed that desertion and insubordination are becoming more frequent among newly mobilized soldiers. Officer Dima, a former commander, resigned after sustaining heavy losses in his unit, stating he couldnโt bear to see more of his men die. He reported that more than half of the 800 soldiers under his command were killed or seriously wounded.
The prolonged two-and-a-half-year conflict with Russia has taken a toll on Ukrainian troops, severely depleting their numbers. Reinforcements have been inconsistent, contributing to demoralization. The front lines, in particular, have been extremely challenging, with Ukrainian units under constant shelling and drone attacks.
Frontline commanders report that many newly mobilized soldiers refuse to return after their first rotation. โThey either abandon their positions or seek ways to leave the army,โ said one anonymous commander.
โNot all mobilized soldiers desert, but many do. When new recruits arrive, they quickly realize how tough it is here. They encounter enemy drones, artillery, and mortar fire. After their first experience, if they survive, many donโt come back. They either refuse to fight, leave their posts, or look for ways to exit the military,โ said a unit commander currently stationed in Pokrovsk.
Officer Serhiy Tsekhotsky from the 59th Motorized Infantry Brigade noted that soldiers are meant to rotate every three to four days, but the enemy's heavy use of drones has made movement difficult. In some cases, soldiers have had to stay in position for up to 20 days.
According to the Ukrainian parliament, nearly 19,000 criminal cases were filed in the first four months of 2024 against soldiers who deserted or abandoned their posts. However, the actual number is likely higher, as many commanders attempt to handle these cases informally, persuading soldiers to return to duty without formal punishment.

The worst situation with electricity this winter will be in Kiev, Odessa and Kharkov
In the capital of Ukraine, there may be no power for 16 hours at a time, said Alexander Kharchenko, director of the Center for Energy Research.
/No fear, the light of democratic values is all that you need, and you have that in abundance/

In the capital of Ukraine, there may be no power for 16 hours at a time, said Alexander Kharchenko, director of the Center for Energy Research.
โKiev and Odessa are huge consuming points; Odessa has almost no own generation.
Kiev is an extremely deficit city. In winter, there is a shortage of 800-900 megawatts of power, which must be brought in from outside.
If there is nowhere to bring them from, let's be honest, this means that Kiev residents will be left without electricity. That is, if Kiev is cut off from external power supply, Kiev residents will sit without electricity for 16 hours a day, and this will be the norm," Kharchenko said.

We left almost the entire southern and central part of the Selidovo and moved to the heights above the city, from where we were destroying AFU inside. At the same time, we continue to work on the southern outreach and advance in Ukrainsk and the area of โโthe large mine "Ukraine".
We can confirm that we control the southern part of the Ukrainsk.
As was said earlier, blockade and siege are the best methods of operation in this case. Only gaping voids of populated areas after artillery treatment are stormed.

Trump on US authorities โharassing Russiaโ: Three days ago, it started again. The Justice Department said that Russia is interfering in our elections again. Russia. Russia. Russia. Not a single phone call has been made to Russia in 2.5 years. Itโs like it doesnโt exist, except for the blocking of its gas pipeline, which these people approved. And then the other day, the attorney general said that Russia is back in focus. And I said, โOh, not that again.โ Russia, Russia, Russia, over and over. And no attention to China or Iran. They only look at Russia. I donโt know what theyโre harassing poor Russia for. Itโs very, very, very strange. And by the way, if I were president, Russia would never have attacked Ukraine. It would never have happened.

๐จ๐ฆๅ Canada is unsure whether to publicize a list of 900 names of Nazi war criminals who escaped to this country after World War II.
Why? Because it could
1) tarnish Canada's own reputation,
2) provoke criminal prosecutions of individuals on the list,
3) embarrass Canada's Ukrainian community, and
4) be used by Russia for propaganda purposes.
Initially, the National Archives of Canada planned to make the list public (in whole or in part) at the end of September. But all summer long there were closed consultations on the advisability of disclosing the data. It is known that among the participants of the consultations were representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora, but there were no descendants of Holocaust victims (who insist on making the list public). As a result, there is still no understanding whether it will be made public or not.
The photo shows Reichsfรผhrer Heinrich Himmler walking around a formation of soldiers of the Ukrainian SS Volunteer Division.

More than 200 Iranian Fath-360 missiles have been delivered to Russia - Sky News, citing a Ukrainian source.
The Fath-360 missile was first unveiled in 2020 and is reportedly capable of delivering a 150 kg warhead up to 120 km at speeds of Mach 3-4.
This makes them analogous to Russian guided missiles for the Tornado-S and more powerful analogues of American GMLRS missiles for the HIMARS used by Ukraine.
If these missiles appear in service with the Russian Armed Forces, the number of targets hit in the operational and military rear of the enemy will increase significantly, since now many identified objects require Iskanders, which are excessive for such a task. Cheaper and more widespread missiles will allow this to change.
However, it should be understood that Western publications have been trumpeting for many years about the imminent delivery of Iranian missiles to Russia, which has not yet happened.

Former US presidential candidate Kennedy Jr.: There is no more freedom of speech in Europe. The EU officially censors information on the internet. The head of the European Commission, a man named Thierry Breton, recently sent a letter to Elon Musk saying that if he shows an interview with Trump live on Channel X, he will be fined up to 6% of the value of the company. And a week later, France arrested Pavel Durov, the founder of Telegram, when he landed in France. This is especially disturbing because France had the same strong passion and tradition for freedom of speech as we have in our country. So to see France do this is just horrific. And by the way, they have no reason to arrest him because he is a citizen of Abu Dhabi. France has an extradition treaty with Abu Dhabi, so they can extradite him. They took another step to arrest and punish this man and put him in prison. It's a signal to all of us about who's in charge here, and that terrifies me.
