Foreign mercenaries struck near Kharkov
Russian troops attacked a suburb of Kharkov where many foreign mercenaries and equipment had arrived, Sergei Lebedev, coordinator of the pro-Russian Nikolayev resistance, told Sputnik.
He noted that according to local residents, roads in the city have been blocked, with only military vehicles and ambulances being allowed to pass through.
In response to the Ukrainian attacks on civilian targets, Russian forces regularly carry out precision strikes on locations of Ukrainian personnel, equipment, and mercenaries, as well as on infrastructure such as energy, defense industry, military administration, and communications facilities.

"It was reported yesterday that a large number of foreign mercenaries and military equipment arrived in Lyubotin," Lebedev added.
He noted that according to local residents, roads in the city have been blocked, with only military vehicles and ambulances being allowed to pass through.

🇷🇺⚔️ 🇺🇦 Ukraine still cannot determine the cause of the F-16 crash and the pilot’s death, reports the Wall Street Journal.
U.S. officials state that Kiev has found no evidence that the aircraft was downed by friendly or enemy fire, nor due to mechanical failure.
The WSJ, citing an official, writes that a Russian missile exploded near the F-16 fighter shortly before it disappeared from radar. The explosion may have damaged it or forced the pilot to maneuver too low to the ground, leading to the crash.
The fatal crash on the first day of combat deployment of the fighter jets has raised concerns about the haste in training pilots and their involvement in combat just weeks after their arrival in Ukraine, according to U.S. and Western officials.

September 6, 2024, around 22:00 Moscow time, Russian troops launched several strikes on the enemy's logistics route in Pokrovsk (Krasnoarmeysk).
The bridge on the way out of the city in the direction of Pavlograd along the E-50 highway was completely destroyed.
This route plays a key role in the logistics of the Ukrainian forces, ensuring the transfer of equipment, weapons and personnel to the Pokrovsk sector of the front. The bridge, as part of this infrastructure, was a strategic object, and its destruction seriously complicates the supply of Ukrainian units and disrupts the established logistics routes of the enemy group.

ВС РФ вышли к Горняку и штурмуют Украинск с юга — ситуация на Кураховском направлении к исходу 6 сентября
Русские войска продолжают штурм Украинска на нескольких участках, причем ВС РФ вышли к нему и с юга. Противник опубликовал видео из города, на которых отчетливо слышна стрельба как в его северной части, так и со стороны полностью освобожденной Лесовки. Южнее ВС РФ вышли к окраинам Горняка. Существенно наши бойцы продвинулись и в Желанном Первом.
Сегодня стало известно об освобождении крайней северной части Красногоровки после того, как ВСУ отошли из укрепрайона, находившегося между этим городом и Галицыновкой. Продолжились бои и в Селидово, куда противник перебросил новые подкрепления. ВС РФ, в свою очередь, отошли из южной части города на перегруппировку.
