In the thousands of discourses that The Buddha gave in his 45-year teaching career, the essence of his message lies in the Noble Eightfold Path - the method in which humans can achieve happiness in our own lives. Ranging from our cognition, our jobs, to self-development, His directions of the Eightfold Path are as clear and relevant in our lives as they were when he taught them centuries ago.

Join us at to discover what these 8 components are, and how we can use them to guide our way of life!

Your Friends, Your Enemies & You

When overwhelmed by our negative emotions, we tend to act on impulse and say or do things that we later regret. Reacting to our afflictive emotions, such as anger and hatred, may cause problems in relationships, especially with people we care about. So how can we go about dealing with these emotions when they arise?

Join us this Thursday to explore how these negative emotions affects our lives and how we can choose to respond instead of react!
