Supporting Soft Skills Development In The New Blended Learning Norm
π’2020 has been a challenging year for all of us as we adapt to new realities. The transition to remote learning has became the norm and will continue for the foreseeable future.
πTo support students who had their internship offer rescinded or wish to take up new oppprtunities, Skilio has linked a total of 40 companies to 225 students to complete 82 projects that were conducted remotely. Despite global health concerns, Skilio strongly believes in supporting soft skill development despite the changes in the mode of learning.
π¨π»π©π» Students also got the chance to use Skilio's soft skills analytics platform while embarking on the projects to reflect on their challenges faced and seek feedback from their peers and mentors to track their soft skills development.
πΏBeing advocates of soft skill development, we hope that our platform can benefit more people in future while embarking on a new experience.
