🔹#Soledar (#Bakhmut) Direction (MAP):

▪️ West of #Soledar (north-northwest of #Bakhmut), Wagner PMC assault squads occupied the village of #Zaliznyanskoye. Ukrainian units retreated from the settlement with heavy losses.

▪️ To the south (of #Zaliznyanskoye), fighting is taking place in Orekhovo-Vasilyevka, the settlement is partially under the control of the AFU. The 30th Mechanized and 17th Separate Tank Brigades and Territorial Defence forces of the AFU forces are backed by artillery from the #Malinovka side.

▪️ In #Bakhmut itself, fighting continues on the territory of the Artyomovsk Metal Processing Plant (AZOM). Vostokmash building has being occupied by Wagner PMC stormtroopers and they are moving deeper into the complex.

▪️ In the south (of #Bakhmut), the "Wagnerians" have advanced in the area of the destroyed monument to the MiG-17 aircraft behind Korsunsky Street andand are fighting in the direction of the Bakhmut Industrial College.

🔹#Donetsk Direction:

▪️ The Russian aviation and artillery continue to strike at the identified locations of the AFU in #Avdeyevka.

▪️ In #Maryinka, fighting continues in the area of Druzhba Avenue. The RF Armed Forces are levelling the frontline, gradually advancing in multi-storey buildings.

🔹#Zaporozhye Direction (MAP):

📌 The AFU made an unsuccessful offensive attempt on the #Pologi and #Orekhov sections of the #Zaporozhye front.

▪️ Northwest of #Pologi, Ukrainian militants unsuccessfully attempted to storm the positions of the 291st Motorized Rifle Regiment, resulting in the loss of two tanks and two BMPs and a withdrawal.

▪️ Another attempt was made in the #Novodanilovka area, but also there the Ukrainian militants were not successful.

Taken together, the AFU lost more than 40 people killed and at least eight armoured vehicles.

🔹#Kherson Direction on #SouthFront:

▪️ Russian artillery has hit AFU positions and concentrations in the areas of Kachkarovka, #Mikhaylovka and Zolotaya Balka settlements.
➖ The AFU terrorists responded with strikes on #Kakhovka, #Alyoshki and Novaya Kakhovka. Houses and outbuildings were damaged.

▪️ In the #Belgorod region, the AFU struck the village of #Shchetinovka, Belgorod district. A civilian with a shrapnel wound was taken to hospital. The shell damaged the roof of a farming enterprise, windows were broken and shrapnel cut the facade of the building. There is some damage to machinery.

▪️ In #Melitopol, an improvised explosive device detonated near the entrance to an apartment building in #Zaporozhye region. The head of the Priazovsky Police Department was killed and another officer was injured.
➖ Another IED went off in #Melitopol last night, with no casualties.
➖ The enemy continues bringing troops closer to the frontline in preparation for an offensive.

▪️ The LPR reported that the AFU struck Rovenki on the night of 27 April using seven Mugin-5 Pro UAVs, of which five were shot down and two detonated at an oil depot. The administrative buildings and technical premises of the oil depot have been damaged.

▪️ In the DPR, the enemy fired 153 munitions at civilians. #Gorlovka, #Mikhaylovka, #Panteleymonovka, #Novobakhmutovka, #Yasinovataya, #Yakovlevka, #Kashtanovoye, #Donetsk, #Makeyevka, #Aleksandrovka, #Nikolskoye, #Vladimirovka, #Stepnoye, #Petrovskoye came under fire. 🔹#Donetsk Direction:

▪️ In the #Zaporozhye direction the enemy conducted a limited reconnaissance battle south of #Orekhov last night. It was met with fire, suffered losses and withdrew.

🔵 In the #Ugledar section, the enemy launched an attack to occupy our strongholds near #Nikolskoye. As a result of the battle the enemy suffered losses and withdrew, a massive artillery strike was launched against the places of concentration of retreating enemy troops.

▪️ In the #Bryansk region, the AFU struck the village of Polevye Novoselki in the Suzemsky district. A civilian's leg was torn off. Several houses were damaged and power supply was disrupted.

▪️ At the #Vremyevka ledge of the #SouthDonetsk Front, fighting continues. Our troops hold key heights and conduct active defence. The AFU is failing to build on the initial successes despite the resources expended. The RF Armed Forces Command is reinforcing our grouping in this direction.

▪️ On the #Zaporozhye front, there are artillery duels, the enemy is regrouping.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, small landing groups of the AFU on islands in the floodplain of the #Dnieper River have resumed their operations, and artillery duels are taking place. Despite the withdrawal of part of the AFU units to other parts of the front, the enemy, through the IPSO Centers, conducts information activities, throwing in information about the imminent mass landing across the #Dnieper. This is currently impossible due to swamping of the terrain. Our units are returning to their previous positions as the water recedes.

▪️ In the #Belgorod direction, the enemy has concentrated about 21,000 personnel along the entire border section, stretching it along the line of contact, and is shelling Russian territory. It is pulling in reserves. The border on our side is being reinforced by Akhmat, the enemy is preparing provocations using our uniforms and equipment.

▪️ In the #Kupyansk sector of #Kharkov region, the AFU is concentrating forces, including armoured vehicles and UAV companies. Fighting is taking place.

▪️ In the #Svatovo - #Kremennaya area, the enemy hit our troop convoy due to a command error. There are local battles going on.

▪️On the DPR the enemy fired 220 rounds of ammunition. #Gorlovka, #Lugansk, #Mikhaylovka, #Panteleymonovka, #Donetsk, #Yelenovka, #Vladimirovka came under fire. Two civilians have been wounded.

▪️ The RF Armed Forces hit targets in #Nikolayev region overnight with the help of Geraniums.

▪️ The #Zaporozhye Front (#Orekhov direction) reported that around midnight the AFU launched offensives under heavy artillery fire. A daytime battle reconnaissance attempt in the area of #Rabotino settlement ended in the destruction of an AFU tank.

▪️ On the #Vremyevka ledge, fighting continues, the enemy made no progress, even by throwing tanks into the battle.

▪️ In the #Kherson direction, Russian aviation struck the enemy's bank of the #Dnieper River. The AFU intensified their activity. They threw SRGs on islands in the river floodplain and sent bombing drones to the area of #Alyoshki. In Novaya Kakhovka, the RF Armed Forces used small arms to fire on enemy UAVs.

▪️ In the #Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) direction fighting continues on the flanks to the north and south of the city, with the AFU engaging company tactical groups and armoured vehicles.

▪️ South of #Maryinka, the RF Armed Forces have advanced to #Mikhaylovka.

▪️ In #Kursk region, an enemy UAV attacked a communications tower and flew into an administrative building. A fire broke out afterwards.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Kherson Direction until 19:00 on 22 August 2023⚡️

🔹The AFU made another attempt to land in the island zone on the #Dnieper River after an artillery preparation. At the Golaya Pristan site, the enemy advanced on two boats to #Belogrudy Island.

▪️ Heavy artillery fire of the RF Armed Forces destroyed one boat with a landing party of five militants, and the other boat went back. Immediately after the strikes by Russian troops, Ukrainian formations retaliated against the alleged firing positions.

🔹To the east, AFU formations in two boats landed on #Melky Island southwest of #Kherson, where they immediately began to equip an observation post. Artillery and mortar crews covered them with fire.

🔹In the northeast of the #Kherson region, two high-speed boats will be delivered to the vicinity of #Mikhaylovka in the near future. At the same time, in #Novovorontsovka and #Apostolovo, the training of a 120-man assault detachment of the AFU's 121st Territorial Defence Brigade has been completed.

📌 Judging by the renewed activity, the AFU intends to attack again the defence line of the Russian army on the left bank of the #Dnieper. This time, special attention is being paid to the Golaya Pristan section, where the cannonade continues unabated and the AFU is engaged in counterbattery warfare.

🔹1. #Zaporozhye Direction:
▪️ In the area of #Pyatikhatki the enemy demonstrates sluggish activity without serious attempts to break through the front. The enemy is still unable to occupy the village.
▪️ In the area of #Rabotino the enemy continues attempts to advance to the heights between #Rabotino and #Verbovoye. #Verbovoye is under full control of the RF Armed Forces.
▪️ In #Rabotino itself, the enemy controls the north and a part of the centre. The RF Armed Forces hold positions on the outskirts. Part of the south and centre is grey zone.
▪️ The enemy failed to break through #Rabotino to #Novoprokopovka.
📌 The combat effectiveness of the AFU's 82nd Brigade has noticeably decreased after the fighting of the last two weeks.

🔹2. #Vremyevka Ledge:
▪️ In the area of #Urozhaynoye and #Staromayskoye, positional fighting continues. The enemy cannot advance further south.
▪️ In the area of #Novodonetskoye and #Novomayorskoye, limited attacks continue. Both settlements are under the control of the RF Armed Forces.
▪️ The enemy is also preparing to resume attacks near #Priyutnoye.
📌 In general, the enemy was unable to break through the front here as well.

🔹3. #Artyomovsk:
▪️ The enemy, after a series of tactical failures in recent weeks, again resumed intense attacks on# Kleshcheyevka and was able to creep back into the southern part of the village.
▪️ Fighting for plantations and heights in the area of #Kleshcheyevka also continues.
▪️ The enemy's activity in the direction of #Andreyevka and #Kurdyumovka also continues.
▪️ In the area of #Berkhovka, the RF Armed Forces continue to improve their positions near the #Berkhovskoye Reservoir.
💥 Also today, the enemy shelled #Konstantinovka occupied by the AFU. 17 civilians were killed and 32 wounded. The strike was allegedly delivered by an air defence missile from the direction of #Druzhkovka.

🔹4. #Svatovo - #Kupyansk:
▪️ Fighting continues in the forest area west of #Kremennaya. We have not yet made significant advances in the area of #Torskoye and in the direction of the #Seversky Donets.
▪️ West of #Svatovo, the RF Armed Forces continue to press the enemy in the direction of #Oskol, maintaining a slow pace of advance.
▪️ There is also still pressure on the enemy near #Sinkovka and #Petropavlovka. There are no breakthroughs to the outskirts of #Kupyansk, there is a slow pushing of the enemy.
