⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Ugledar Sector until 15:00 on 30 Oct 2022⚡️

▪️ Units of the Pacific Fleet Marines, together with the DPR OBTF and the special forces of the Ministry of State Security, in an offensive against Ukrainian positions in the village of #Pavlovka, managed to penetrate 3.5 km deep into the AFU defences and reach the southern outskirts of #Pavlovka.

As a result, Russian fighters destroyed 28 AFU strongholds and positions and over 70 enemy personnel, not counting the wounded. Russian Forces are now clearing the settlement.

▪️ In parallel, the servicemen of the Pacific Fleet have gained a foothold on the dominant heights in the area south of the #Novomikhailovka village, killing 20 AFU personnel.

▪️ Army helicopters and artillery of the Russian Forces shelled Ukrainian strongholds on a massive scale to support the advancing Russian units. More than 400 targets were hit in 24 hours.

▪️ The AFU command is taking measures to contain the advance of Russian troops by the use of tactical and army aviation. A Buk SAM system of the Russian Forces hit a Mi-8 helicopter near #Konstantinovka, while the Igla MANPADS operator of the Pacific Fleet Marine Corps shot down an AFU SU-25 over #Nikolskoye.

▪️ Additional units of the AFU 68th Jager Brigade have been moved to the vicinity of #Bogoyavlenka and #Prechistovka. A SRG of the 68th Brigade was deployed to the #Yegorovka area to carry out sabotage attempts in the rear of the Russian army.

🩸 Given the pace of advancement of Russian Group V fighters, the capture of #Pavlovka will soon be completed and #Ugledar will be taken in a semicircle. The Russian Forces will regain the positions lost in the summer.

If the Ukrainian formations are not reinforced, Russian troops will very soon reach #Vodyanoye and the Yuzhno-Ukrainskaya mine.

In such a case, the AFU will have to withdraw and form defences on the #Uspenka - #Konstantinovka line along the Sukhiye Yaly river.

This, in turn, would endanger the supply of the AFU Donetsk grouping along the #Zaporozhye - #Donetsk highway.

▪️ In the #Svatovo sector, the enemy tried to storm #Stelmakhovka and #Makeevka. The Russian troops repulsed the attack and the AFU units were forced to retreat.

▪️ In the #Lyman sector, assault units of the 3rd Battalion of the 66th AFU Mechanized Brigade attacked Russian positions near #Chervonopopovka. Russian Forces repulsed all enemy attacks and forced them to retreat with significant losses in personnel and equipment.

#Soledar Direction:

▪️ Positional fighting continues on the outskirts of #Bakhmut (#Artemovsk), #Soledar and #Opytnoye.

#Donetsk Direction (MAP):

▪️ The Russian Armed Forces continue their offensive on #Ugledar. Russian soldiers cleared the heights and launched an assault on the village of #Pavlovka. By the end of the day, Russian Forces had gained control of half of the village and fighting continues on the northern outskirts of the village.

▪️ Another direction of the Russian offensive was #Novomikhailovka. Russian fighters have seized the dominant heights south of the settlement and advanced towards the village of #Vodyanoye.

▪️ Russian Forces continue the operation to reach the flank of the AFU in #Avdeevka. Russian fighters complete the clearing of #Vodyanoye and the capture of #Opytnoye, and will then advance northwards.

▪️ The AFU command is drawing in additional forces to contain the advance of the Russian Forces. The enemy has deployed tactical and army aviation on the front and sent SRGs into the #Yegorovka area to try to sabotage the Russian army's rear.

▪️ Ukrainian Militants shelled #Donetsk, #Gorlovka, #Yasynuvata, #Makeevka, #Zaitsevo and other settlements in the agglomeration.

#Zaporozhye Direction (MAP):

▪️ The AFU command continues to move personnel and armoured vehicles to forward positions in the #Belogorye - #Charivnoye area. Ukrainian formations are trying to take measures against Russian UAVs on the entire frontline.

▪️ Ukrainian artillery from positions in #Novokievka shelled #Energodar and the #Zaporozhye NPP. The impacts damaged power lines and the city was partially without electricity. Russian troops hit the enemy shelling point in retaliation.

#Nikolaev - #Berislav Direction on Southern Front:

▪️ The Ukrainian command continues to prepare for an offensive along the entire front line. At the same time, Russian units are carrying out activities to reinforce the defesive line.

▪️ Russian soldiers from the Far East, special forces and airborne troops have repulsed another attack on the Davydov Brod - #Berislav road.

▪️ Russian Forces struck enemy positions in #Nikolaev, #Belyaevka and #Shevchenkovka. During the night, Russian troops hit the AFU Special Forces training centre in #Ochakov, from where the attack on #Sevastopol Bay on 29 October was coordinated.

▪️ To regain control, the command of the 65th Mechanized Brigade of the AFU is planning a counterattack from #Zaliznichnoye with support from units of the 103rd Battalion of the 108th Territorial Defence Brigade on the #Belogorye - #Charivnoye line.

The 108th Brigade's defence line has been rotated and additional anti-tank guided missiles to the present Javelin ATGMs have been delivered.

The AFU command is expecting an offensive by the RF Armed Forces in the #Orekhov and #Pologi sectors. Units have been put on full alert and training is being conducted in case they retreat from their positions.

♦️Units of the 4th and 15th Battalions of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade, which have not been moved to the #Soledar sector, have arrived in #Omelnik, #Grigorovka and #Tavriyskoye. The ground forces are covered by two man-portable air defence systems from the 2nd Battery of the AFU's 39th Air Defence Regiment and mobile air defence systems.

▪️ About 400 Polish mercenaries with military equipment have arrived at the #Stepovoye - #Shcherbaki line and are stationed in the private sector. Engineers of the 65th Mechanized Brigade are setting up strongholds and mining the approaches to the villages at the outposts.

▪️ Russian artillerymen continue massive fire on Ukrainian positions along the frontline. ♦️Despite the redeployment of some units to the #Soledar direction, the AFU still have a reserve in #Zaporozhye region. Nevertheless, there is a shortage of personnel in some areas.

📌 However, the arrival of mercenaries from #Poland indicates possible preparations for sorties at the #Vasilyevka - #Kopani line. The Poles, who are the largest group within the Foreign Legion, are actively used as assault "cannon fodder" in various directions.

🔴 Yesterday, during a Russian Kamikaze UAV raid on #Kiev, an enemy Bayraktar TB2 was shot down by an Ukrainian air defence missile.

▪️ Heavy fighting continues in the #Artyomovsk sector, with Prigozhin reporting a shortage of artillery ammunition to support the advancing attackers, resulting in multiples of casualties on our side.

🔵 In the #Ugledar section, the enemy launched an attack to occupy our strongholds near #Nikolskoye. As a result of the battle the enemy suffered losses and withdrew, a massive artillery strike was launched against the places of concentration of retreating enemy troops.

▪️ In the #Bryansk region, the AFU struck the village of Polevye Novoselki in the Suzemsky district. A civilian's leg was torn off. Several houses were damaged and power supply was disrupted.

▪️ In #Sevastopol our air defence system shot down a UAV near #Belbek airfield yesterday around 19:00.

▪️ In the LPR, the localities of #Alchevsk and #Rubezhnoye, were shelled from HIMARS MLRSs.

🗓 This morning, an armoured group of the AFU 128 Separate Mountain Assault Brigade entered the village of #Pyatikhatki, which was in the grey zone, and from there the infantry attempted to break through to #Zherebyanka.

▪️ As a result of the ensuing battle, the offensive was halted and the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade withdrew to its initial positions. Neither the RF Armed Forces nor the AFU have firm control over #Pyatikhatki. At the same time, the enemy's confirmed losses amounted to 57 killed.

🔹 The Ukrainian formations also conducted a sortie at the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye line, attempting to cut into the RF Armed Forces' defenses using the already standard tactic of moving infantry to the frontline with armored vehicles.

▪️ The attack involved assault groups of the 65th AFU Mechanized Brigade, which failed to gain ground and retreated with losses. The number of refuseniks in the ranks of Ukrainian formations is growing, including in the 47th Mechanized Brigade of the AFU 9th Army Corps. They have been replaced by the compound's 25th Assault Battalion.

❗️The number of confirmed losses in equipment in the "elite" 47th Brigade has exceeded 100 units. This is confirmed by the transfer of the Tank Battalion of the 33rd Mechanized Brigade, which arrived to #Orekhov, to the commander of the 47th Mechanized Brigade.

📌 In addition, units of the AFU 71st Jager Brigade from the Maroon Tactical Group have been transferred to #Yegorovka. Earlier, 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade paratroopers had already appeared in the same area. The appearance of formations from the Maroon group indicates that the AFU will soon activate in the #Gulyaypole section of the front.
