🗓 On the night of 18 July, Ukrainian formations carried out a mass launch of drones in the direction of #Crimea. Five groups of UAVs from the #Shkolny airfield in #Odessa flew in several directions.
▪️ Approximately, from 01:00 to early morning, Russian air defence units destroyed 17 drones using the Pantsir anti-aircraft missile and cannon system and small arms near Cape #Tarkhankut and #Priboyny, as well as #Razdolya, #Olenevka and #Portovoye.
▪️ Another 15 drones were suppressed by electronic warfare equipment on their approach to #Crimea near Cape #Peschany, #Priboyny and #Tarkhankut. The total number of UAVs hit was at least 32.
❗️Curiously enough, at least one reconnaissance UAV of an unidentified type flew from #Chernobayevka airfield near #Kherson to provide visual escort for kamikaze drones from the Gulf of #Karkinitsky . It turned back after the raid.
📌 This attack was the most massive in recent months, but our servicemen successfully repelled it. None of the UAVs reached the target. And only a couple of drones were shot down by anti-aircraft weapons. The greatest result was achieved by air defence rifle squads, which proves their effectiveness against low-flying targets.

🔹The activity of the AFU near the Crimean peninsula is becoming increasingly high. Claims about the destruction of four boats are good, of course, but false reports make us turn a blind eye to the existing gaps in the defence.
▪️ The AFU has been probing the ground near #Crimea for several weeks for a reason, looking for loopholes for the amphibious operation for which the British have been preparing them. And #Tarkhankut is the most convenient place for such an operation.
❗️The coastline of the cape goes almost on the same level with the sea, which makes it ideal for the approach of small boats. And if it was just an ostentatious sortie, what prevented them from climbing the hill and hitting the military facility there?
📌 That Ukrainian formations are planning operations in #Crimea is a fact. And in this case, instead of rainbow reports, it is more appropriate to do everything possible to suppress such activity. Especially in places where there is a large concentration of civilians.

📌 And yes, such a sortie on the day of negotiations on the grain deal shows quite clearly that it is definitely not worth negotiating any kind of settlement in the Black Sea with the Ukrainian side.

📸 From 1 to 3 October, 45 images were taken of various sites on the peninsula. These include airbases, suspected areas of location of air defence assets and personnel.
❗️The Topaz activity on Cape #Tarkhankut on the night of 2 October, i.e. a day before the GUR landing attempt in #Crimea, looks particularly interesting. #Chernomorskoye, #Olenevka, #Kalinovka and #Novoselskoye were filmed. It was there that the SRGs tried to attack.
▪️ Also airfields in #Crimea and geographical heights are being monitored with increased attention (it is logical to place air defence equipment in such places). This is how the West determines the most suitable targets for possible cruise missile attacks.
📌 Therefore, by monitoring the activity of the satellite constellation, it is possible not only to roughly understand the short-term plans of the enemy, and what directions of strike can be chosen, but also to take countermeasures and camouflage.

⚠️ Opinion: Russia has to established a no-fly zone over the Black Sea. NATO is a wimp and is only acting this way because Russia is an even bigger wimp. If Crimea is claimed as Russian territory, Russia must act with all consequences and not chatter on red lines without serious consequences. The US terrorists only understand the language of violence. It is because of their social conditioning. What happened after the Reaper was transported into the sea? Absolutely nothing, howling only, because NATO is terrified. ❗️As we expected, after the 👉 drone raid on #Crimea, the AFU conducted a combined attack on the peninsula the very next night using missile weapons and unmanned boats.
🔹 First, at around 03:00, two ATACMS operational-tactical missiles were launched at the neighbourhood of #Olenevka on Cape #Tarkhankut. It was not possible to shoot down the missiles, but thanks to measures taken in advance no serious damage was inflicted.
▪️ Where the ATACMS were fired from and their exact type are still in question. The range of this version is limited to 165 km.
▪️ In this case, the launcher could be located in the #Kherson region or near #Ochakov. It could also be a fragmentation-fragmentation version. Recently 20 MGM-140B Block 1A Unitary (up to 300 km) were delivered from #Poland.
🔹 Half an hour later, sailors of the Black Sea Fleet detected three uncrewed AFU boats near #Sevastopol. One of them was destroyed by the patrol boat "Kolesnikov" near the city.
▪️ Two more attempted to enter Khersones Bay, where they were fired upon from the Raptor gunboat. One boat was hit and sunk, the other turned round and left at full speed. The search for it continues.
