⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦 On Strengthening of the AFU in #Kharkov and #Sumy Directions - Situation until 11:00 on 21 July 2023⚡️
🔹 While there was a slight lull on the most part of the front, in #Sumy region the AFU continued to transfer forces to the border with #Belgorod and #Bryansk regions.
▪️ Recently, a tank column from #Sumy, as well as three self-propelled units, passed through #Trostyanets to the east. At the same time, the forced evacuation of citizens from #Slavgorod, #Grabovskoye, #Popovka in #Sumy region and #Volchansk in #Kharkov region continues.
▪️ The #Kharkov region authorities plan to evacuate about 194 thousand people from #Volchansk district alone. Resettlement points have been organised in the rear districts of the two regions.
▪️ After the attack of Chechen fighters in #Sereda on 15 July, detachments from the Sheikh Mansur battalion took a wait-and-see position in #Volchansk. Also, Chechen mercenaries showed up in #Smyach with D-30 howitzers and 120-mm mortars.
▪️ Also along the border in #Sumy region the number of subscribers with SIM cards of Polish operators increased. It is likely that detachments of Polish mercenaries have been drawn to the Russian territories.
▪️ Belarusian mercenaries from the Kalinovsky Battalion and the "Pogonya" formation have arrived at the junction of #Chernigov and #Sumy regions about a week ago. According to the interception data, a SRG from their formation conducted reconnaissance in the area of #Chernozemny town.
📌 Judging by the concentration of Ukrainian formations and mercenary units, in the coming weeks the AFU is planning to carry out massive attacks on the territory of the #Belgorod and #Bryansk regions. The sorties will probably be coordinated in time with the offensive in other directions.
