▪️ Reinforcements have arrived at the forward positions of the 1st Battalion of the AFU's 65th Mechanized Brigade in #Preobrazhenka, and a group of Ukrainian Special Operations Forces has been moved to #Volnyanka.

▪️ Armoured vehicles and weapons are concentrated near #Orekhov, where an enemy assault force is being formed. The positions of the 16th Battalion of the AFU's 58th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade have been established on the #Vasinovka - #Omelnik - #Yegorovka line.

▪️ The transfer of several units from the direction of #Kherson continues. Now at least two battalions of the AFU are moving into the combat zone.

▪️ In the past 24 hours, a convoy of 80 units with personnel (about 1,500), 14 Kozak MBMs, six D-20 152-mm howitzers, five M777 155-mm howitzers, two 120-mm mortars and 11 MT-12 Rapira anti-tank guns passed through #Dnipropetrovsk from Krivoy Rog area.

#Gulyaypole Sector:

▪️ Several sabotage groups with a strength of 35 to 40 men have been formed near #Komsomolskoye, #Gulyaypole and #Malinovka to infiltrate the rear of the Russian forces.

#Zaporozhye Direction (MAP):

🔹 After Ukrainian formations were able to cut into the RF Armed Forces' 1430 regiment defence yesterday, the Russian fighters regrouped and launched a counterattack, recapturing the lost positions and capturing a group of members of enemy units.

▪️ Zaporozhye Front reports that the AFU attempted to attack north of #Rabotino several times, but the Russian servicemen repulsed all enemy advances. From early morning, the AFU formations are mostly engaged in the evacuation of the wounded and those killed in battle, using forest belts to cover armored vehicles.

▪️ Voin DV reports that in the course of counter-battery warfare a 'nomadic' tank near Malaya Tokmachka, an infantry fighting vehicle near #Novodanilovka and one D-20 howitzer near #Preobrazhenka were destroyed. Also, the crew of a Verba MANPADS shot down a Su-25 attack aircraft. Also recently, a Su-27 and Su-25 have been hit.

▪️ In addition, the movement of AFU 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade units was once again noted near #Pyatikhatki. The 128th Brigade forces attempted to enter the village, but were instantly hit by Russian artillery and aviation.

📌 Nevertheless, in the coming days, the activation of units of the AFU is expected, including the possible involvement of the strategic reserve forces. On 9 July, the formation of an unidentified formation with the Wolfhound armored personnel carrier in service will arrive from the #Soledar direction on 9 July.

❗️At the same time, Ukrainian infobars will launch a large-scale information operation to create panic around the #Zaporozhye NPP. Furthermore, attempts to force the #Dnieper at #Energodar are not excluded.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Zaporozhye Direction until 17:00 on 1 September 2023⚡️

🗓 In the last two months, the main battles unfolded south of #Orekhov, where the AFU after the unsuccessful assault on #Rabotino concentrated on #Verbovoye.

🔹 All yesterday, combined assault groups of 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade and 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade attacked the village with the support of artillery. At one point they even managed to get close to the western outskirts, where they were covered by the artillery of the RF Armed Forces.

▪️ The Ukrainian paratroopers retreated, and the unit involved in the fighting refused to go into another "meat" assault and left the position.

🔹 On the morning of 1 September, the attack was resumed by several units, but this time the AFU could not come close to #Verbovoye. The advance has stalled again.

❗️What’s more interesting in this case is how active enemy aviation is at the site. Over the past day, ten Su-25/27 and MiG-29 aircraft from the air bases of #Mirgorod, #Kanatovo and #Dolgintsevo were noted, which hit not only the frontline, but also the depth of the front at #Molochansk and #Tokmak with HARM missiles and MALD decoys.

📌 Civilians are being forcibly evacuated from the settlements of #Stepnogorsk, #Yegorovka, #Preobrazhenka, #Novopavlovka and #Gulyaypolye. And if this is not surprising in the suburbs of #Orekhov, then #Gulyayole is pulled out of the action, pointing to a possible activation of the AFU in the area.
