▪️ Late last night we received information about a serious advance of our troops in the #Liman direction. Our units of the 144th Motorized Rifle Division advancing from the area of #Chervonopopovka, have gained up to 2 km in the direction of #Yampolovka - #Ternoye and have consolidated their positions.
▪️ And, judging by the preparation and nature of the operation, this is clearly only its first stage.
▪️ Then there may be further advances to the south of the attack point (to create a "northern claw" to encircle the AFU near #Seversk) and to the west - forcing the #Zherebets river line, to begin the operation that we talked about on the pages of this blog, as a very likely goal of the winter offensive campaign in this direction a few weeks ago.

🔹#Kupyansk Sector:
▪️ The AFU command has ordered the personnel of the 106th Battalion, 109th Brigade and 40th Composite Territorial Defence Battalion on the #Gryanikivka - #Petropavlovka - #Sinkovka line to the highest level of combat readiness due to more frequent sorties by the Russian troops.
▪️ A sabotage group has been sent to the Kislovka area to monitor the activities of the Russian troops at the line.
🔹#Liman Section:
▪️ Fighters of the Russian Armed Forces' 3rd Motorized Rifle Division, supported by artillery, are attacking the positions of the 66th Mechanized Brigade of the AFU in the area of Balka Zhuravka. Fierce fighting is taking place near the heights.
▪️ Almost at the same time, fighters of the 144th Division stormed the defensive lines of the 19th Composite Territorial Defence Battalion and took control of three fire positions. In one area, the RF Armed Forces practically reached #Yampolovka.
▪️ In addition, RF Armed Forces assault groups advanced on the positions of the Territorial Defence to the southwest of #Dibrova in the area of #Serebryanskoye Forestry. The Territorial Defence militants withdrew to reserve lines for regrouping.
▪️ On the #Ternoye - #Yampolovka line the forward strongholds are reinforced by the 13th Batallion of the 95th Separate Air Assault Brigade with a tank platoon. Ukrainian UAVs are active in the areas where the RF Armed Forces are advancing. The command of the 66th AFU Mechanized Brigade is planning a counterattack in the direction of #Ploshchanka - #Chervonopopovka.

▪️ Russian forces hit AFU positions in the villages of #Klyusy and #Gremyach in #Chernigov region, as well as in #Volfino and #Studenka in #Sumy region.
▪️ In #Kharkov region, the RF Armed Forces struck enemy facilities in #Volchansk, #Strelechya and #Ogurtsovo.
▪️ In the #Starobelsk direction, Russian troops targeted concentrations of AFU personnel and equipment in #Dvurechnaya, #Makeyevka, and #Ternoye.

🔹Russian Forces launched an offensive a few days ago at the #Chervonopopovka - #Kremennaya line. The defensive lines of the 66th Mechanized Brigade, 25th Separate Airborne Brigade and 19th Composite Battalion of the Territorial Defence were crushed. AFU losses in killed and wounded exceeded hundreds.
▪️ As a result of the broad front attack, the fighters of the RF Armed Forces have advanced almost to #Yampolovka and, in the #Dibrova area, have knocked out the militants of the AFU Territorial Defence to the south and southwest of the settlement and expanded their zone of control in the #Serebryanskoye Forestry.
❗️ Judging from the talks of 25th Separate Airborne Brigade members, the Russian offensive was unexpected for the AFU. The Ukrainian militants withdrew from their forward lines, abandoning their weapons and ammunition.
▪️ Now units of the 144th Motorized Rifle Division of the RF Armed Forces are consolidating on the occupied lines. Active artillery duels are taking place. The AFU formations are regrouping at the #Yampolovka - #Ternoye line.
▪️ Several tank units from the 3rd Battalion of the AFU's 17th Tank Brigade, as well as reinforcements from the 25th Airborne Brigade of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces, which hold positions near Balka Zhuravka and in #Yampolovka, have arrived in the area of #Ternoye.
🔹#Lisichansk Sector:
▪️ Russian assault troops have carried out an offensive on #Belogorovka, bringing the village under the control of RF forces. An cleansing is currently taking place.
➖ During the battle a company of the 81st Separate Airmobile Brigade consisting of 160 militants was encircled and almost completely destroyed. Some survivors fled their positions.
📌 The simultaneous advance of Wagner's PMC assault troops from #Soledar, the 144th Motorized Rifle Division of the RF Armed Forcesin the #Liman area and the liberation of #Belogorovka create the conditions for reaching #Seversk and encircling it operationally from the south, north and east.
A further offensive by RF forces in this direction would challenge the AFU's ability to hold the city. The settlement is located in the lowlands and is practically undefendable.
