⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦🔎 Situation in the #Bakhmut Direction - Analysis of Changes on the Southern Flank⚡️
🔹Before we start analysing the situation, I would like to point out the haste of the AFU's "victory relay" about the alleged complete capture of #Kleshcheyevka. It is obvious that the enemy is pursuing the goal of disrupting the logistics for supplying the #Bakhmut grouping of the RF Armed Forces, in connection with which it is trying to cut off one of the arteries feeding the city. The route from #Semigoriye and #Kodema to #Kurdyumovka and #Kleshcheyevka.
❗️By attacking in the #Kleshcheyevka - #Andreyevka - #Kurdyumovka strip, Kiev not only intends to ruin the southern flank, but also to cut into our defence line, blocking the #Bakhmut - #Gorlovka route.
🔹Despite the fact that the situation in the #Kleshcheyevka area is extremely difficult, there is every reason to believe that control over the settlement will be regained. As Boris Rozhin accurately 👉 notes, as of 18.09.2023, the southern and central parts of #Kleshcheyevka are under enemy control. The part where our units pulled back from is still in the grey zone and under our fire control. The positions of the RF Armed Forces are currently located along the northeastern border of the settlement and behind the railway. This information is confirmed by our sources on the ground.
🔹At the moment, the enemy has not yet managed to gain a foothold in the central part of the village, due to the destruction of most of the buildings. Plus it is still being shelled by our artillery. In #Andreyevka the situation is similar. Most of the destroyed village is in the grey zone, and the positions of our forces are along the railway line. The AFU are actually occupying the adjacent plantations and the western outskirts of the settlement.
🔹Given the fact that #Kurdyumovka is under our control, advancing on #Andreyevka and the southern part of #Kleshcheyevka, the enemy fears to be hit in the flank by the reserves transferred from #Kodema. The AFU are clearly afraid of storming #Kurdyumovka in front of them, due to the echeloned mining of the line of contact in this area. Although the fighting here is not subsiding.
🔹One of the reasons for the temporary success of the enemy's attacks in #Kleshcheyevka are the systematic strikes on the #Kodema - #Zaytsevo route, which is actually used to supply the RF Armed Forces stationed there. The enemy's artillery, corrected by UAVs, poses a problem for our logistics, as we have repeatedly reported.
🔹Despite the fact that the AFU has been striking the #Soledar area with enviable regularity, the solution for us at the moment may be a sharp manoeuvre that would allow us to stretch the enemy's forces in the north and in the area of the #Berkhovskoye Reservoir. At the same time reducing their activity in the south. Although it is already obvious that the nearest problem for us could be the strikes of long range artillery on the supply channel of the northern flank in the #Popasnaya - #Soledar strip. The enemy will not storm our positions from the side of #Minkovka in the direction of #Zheleznodorozhnoye, fearing losses of personnel and equipment.
📌 Returning to #Kleshcheyevka, we note that due to the intensity of the fighting, this village has become one of the symbols of the summer-autumn counteroffensive of the AFU, which, like the dominant heights to the west of it, has repeatedly passed from the RF Armed Forces to the enemy and back again. So there is no need to jump to conclusions, it is time to work on mistakes and, looking at the enemy's tactics, to launch an effective counterattack.

💬 We remind you that the enemy has prepared for a throw, understanding that with the onset of cold weather and autumn thaw the intensity of combat operations will be significantly reduced. According to our data, the Command of the "Soledar" Operational-Tactical Group received an order from the AFU General Staff to take full control of the #Gorlovka - #Bakhmut road section between 3 and 5 October and create conditions for further offensive in the direction of #Otradovka - #Zaytsevo with the task of covering #Bakhmut from the southeast and reaching the E-40 #Bakhmut - #Svetlodarsk Road.
🔹 The Enemy completed preparations for an offensive on the southern flank of #Bakhmut by the end of 28 September. The plan of the Command of the "Soledar" OTG assumes simultaneous entry into battle of assault squads from the 92nd Assault and the 93rd Mechanized Brigades with the task to break through the tactical defence zone of our troops and to seize the border 2 km west of #Zaytsevo - #Otradovka villages and 1 km north of Nikolayevka-Vtoraya village by 5 October.
✅ The Direction of the main strike is the #Andreyevka - #Otradovka strip. During the first day the AFU intends to engage two squads from the 1st and 3rd Assault Brigades and the 1st Echelon of the 92nd Brigade with the task of breaking through our defence and seizing the line up to 1.5 km southeast of #Andreyevka.
🔹 The Enemy expects to maintain offensive activity through regular replacement of the 92nd Brigade's Assault Squads. In preparation for the offensive in this direction, the enemy has concentrated large forces. In total, up to 67.5 thousand militants and about 1.5 thousand units of equipment are concentrated on the #Soledar - #Bakhmut direction, including the #Seversk Reserve Grouping.
✅ The Direction of the second strike is #Kleshcheyevka - #Zaytsevo, where the enemy plans to continue offensive actions by the forces of three Assault Squads of the 93rd Brigade. In turn, the units of the 28th Mechanized Brigade and the "Lyut" Brigade were assigned the task of covering the right flank of the attacking Squads of the 92nd Brigade along the line northeast of #Kurdyumovka and west of Nikolayevka-Vtoraya. The units of the 3rd Separate Assault Brigade "Azov" were tasked to form defence nodes on the Belaya Gora - Nikolayevka-Vtoraya section as the 92nd Brigade advances.

The plan of the Command of the "Soledar" OTG assumes simultaneous entry into battle of assault squads from the 92nd Assault and the 93rd Mechanized Brigades with the task to break through the tactical defence zone of our troops and to seize the border 2 km west of #Zaytsevo - #Otradovka villages and 1 km north of Nikolayevka-Vtoraya village by 5 October.
🔹 The Enemy expects to maintain offensive activity through regular replacement of the 92nd Brigade's Assault Squads. In preparation for the offensive in this direction, the enemy has concentrated large forces. In total, up to 67.5 thousand militants and about 1.5 thousand units of equipment are concentrated on the #Soledar - #Bakhmut direction, including the #Seversk Reserve Grouping.
🔹 The Reserve of the advancing forces includes the 42nd Separate Mechanized Brigade, as well as 9 Battalions from the General Army Reserve, 22nd, 28th, 93rd Mechanized, 80th Airborne Assault, 5th Assault, 17th Tank Brigades. These units have been transferred to #Konstantinovka.

🔹As a result of the detonation of an unexploded shell, one teenager in the Kalininsky district of #Gorlovka, who was trying to disassemble it, was killed, and three more were injured. In the Nikitovsky district, two women were killed and five more people were injured. In addition, several houses and a cultural center were damaged, the shells also damaged power lines, and the villages of #Golmovsky, #Nikitovka and #Zaytsevo were cut off from power.
🔹In the Kuybyshevsky district of #Donetsk, a man was killed as a result of a direct hit by a shell on a house. In the Kirovskyi and Petrovsky districts there is damage to civilian infrastructure, without any casualties.
🔹 One man received shrapnel wounds as a result of the explosion of an unknown explosive object in the #Kommunarovka area of the Starobeshevsky district. In #Yasinovataya, the building of the local distribution zone was damaged.
