⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Frontline #Summary for the Morning of 19 October 2023; pub. 08:02⚡️

🔹In the #Zaporozhye Direction, with artillery support, attacked near #Novoprokopovka. Ukrainian positions in the settlements of #Plavni, #Kamenskoye, #Orekhov, #Rabotino, #Novodanilovka and #Malaya Tokmachka are under fire. The Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the Russians in #Lugovoi, #Zherebyanki, #Nesteryanka, #Kopany, #Sladkaya Balka, #Ilchenkovo, #Verbovoy and #Novopokrovka. An increase in the intensity of mutual shelling on the western flank in the Vasilievka area may be a harbinger of intensified ground combat operations. (Fig. 1)

🔹In the #Ugledar Sector, the Russian Armed Forces launched a counterattack from Novodonetsky. No success. Under the attacks of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in #Blagodatny, #Urozhainy, #Zolota Niva, P#rechistovka, #Ugledar and #Vodyanoy (not to be confused with the settlement of the same name northeast of Donetsk). RF Armed Forces - in #Priyutny, #Zavetny Zhelaniya, #Staromlynovka, #Novodonetsky, #Novomayorsky, #Pavlovka and #Nikolsky. Here mutual shelling intensified on the eastern flank. You can also expect activation on the ground. (Fig. 2)

🔹On the #Donetsk Front, with the support of long-range weapons, Russian troops again carried out offensive operations in #Mariinka, in the Severny region (a settlement west of #Avdeevka), on the southern approaches to #Avdeevka, near #Stepnoye (not to be confused with the settlements of the same name in the Zaporozhye and Ugledar directions) and #Novokalinov. LBS has not changed. #Under shelling by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Novomikhailovka, Alexandropol (a settlement west of #Donetsk), the city of #Krasnohorivka, #Nevelskoye, #Pervomaisky, #Berdychi and #Ocheretin. RF Armed Forces - in #Aleksandrovka, #Staromikhailovka, #Donetsk, #Peski, #Opytny and the village of #Krasnogorovka. (Fig. 3)

🔹In the #Bakhmut Direction, an attempt by Russian troops, with artillery support, to counterattack at the railway line in the #Kleshcheevka area. Under attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in #Andreevka, #Bogdanovka, #Minkovka, #Zvanovka, #Vasyukovka, #Razdolovka, #Vesyol (a settlement northeast of Soledar), Vyemka, Sporny and Verkhnekamensky. RF Armed Forces - in #Ozaryanovka, #Kurdyumovka, #Bakhmut, #Yagodny, #Berkhovka and #Yakovlevka. (Fig. 4)

🔹In #Lugansk Direction, Russian troops launched an offensive near Makeyevka and Nadezhda. With artillery support, they attacked in the area of Ivanovka (a settlement east of Kupyansk) and Sinkovka. The Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding their positions. The Russian Armed Forces attacked the locations of Ukrainian troops in Belogorovka, Berestovy, Peschany (a populated area southeast of Kupyansk-Uzlovy), #Peschany (a populated area east of #Kupyansk-Uzlovy), #Podol and #Petropavlovka.
