⚔️ Situation on the Fronts for the past Day

🔹#Svatovo - #Kremennaya Direction:

➖ Russian army forces, supported by artillery, hit AFU units in the areas of #Novoselovskoye LPR, #Masyutovka and #Krakhmalnoye in #Kharkov region.
➖ Also, as a result of air strikes, artillery and heavy flamethrower systems, up to 100 militants were eliminated in the areas of #Yampolovka in the DPR, #Stelmakhovka and Chervonaya Dibrova in the LPR.

🔹#Artyomovsk (#Bakhmut) Direction:

➖ The "orchestrators" have broken through the militants' defence southeast of #Berkhovka, an assault is underway on the northern outskirts of the village, and they have also approached close to #Yagodnoye.
➖ In #Artyomovsk, our forces have liberated the territory of the railway station in the north of the city. There are successes in Zabakhmutovka.
➖ Furthermore, there is information about the construction of fortifications and mining positions in the Chasov Yar area.

🔹#Zaporozhye Direction:

▪️ According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, air and artillery strikes were launched near #Ugledar, #Dobrovolye DPR, #Gulyaypole and #Yurkovka in #Zaporozhye region. The enemy suffered losses of up to 60 militants, one tank, two armoured vehicles and three howitzers.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Orekhov Section until 16:00 on 5 October 2023⚡️

🔹 Due to the failures in the assault on the #Rabotino - #Verbovoye line, the plans of the Ukrainian command have changed somewhat. The AFU began to prepare for defence in the autumn-winter period.

▪️ Heavy losses and a lack of serious successes forced the enemy command to concentrate on pinning strikes along the front in small groups in order to prevent the RF Armed Forces from moving to other directions.

▪️ North of #Orekhov, intensive training is under way for four assault units of the 3rd Battalion of the 82nd Air Assault Forces' Separate Air Assault Brigade. The new units will replace those currently stationed at #Verbovoye.

▪️ Just the other day, Russian fighters carried out a counterattack west of #Verbovoye with the support of artillery, as a result of which 12 militants of the 82nd Brigade were eliminated and another 25 were wounded.

▪️ To strengthen capabilities, the enemy moved units of 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade to #Yurkovka to assist the 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade. As part of the brigades, the tanks are being fitted with mine trails to overcome minefields.

📌 Judging by the plans, the AFU plan to attack in small groups from #Zherebyanka to #Marfopol in order to divert attention from the build-up of forces in the #Kherson direction, where pontoon-bridge formations have already been deployed.
