🔹 There are no significant changes. The Ukrainian HQ notes the activity of Russian troops. The AFU expects a renewed offensive in the #Zaporozhye region.

▪️ As part of preparations, additional firing positions and strongholds have been equipped at the #Belogorye - #Charivnoye line, as well as in #Komsomolskoye and #Lyubitskoye. The personnel of the 253rd Battalion of the 129th Brigade has been set on full combat readiness.

▪️ Reinforcements formed by detachments of mobilised men have arrived in #Uspenovka and #Lugovskoye. Several SPG-9 anti-tank grenade launcher crews prepared in #Omelnik have arrived at the front line.

▪️ The positioning area of the brigade artillery group of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces' Mountain Assault Brigade, which has received Western-made artillery systems, is located in #Tavriyskoye.

📌 The Ukrainian command is gradually building up its grouping in #Zaporozhye. Kiev is planning (again) a counteroffensive in late spring and early summer. Intensive training of mobilised troops is being carried out at training grounds near the administrative centre.

The operation to reach #Crimea and the Azov Sea will be preceded by massive artillery and fire preparation, including HIMARS MLRS deployed along the front.

Rocket attacks will be carried out against all major cities in #Kherson and #Zaporozhye regions, as well as #Armyansk and# Dzhankoy. The main objective of the Ukrainian command is to reach #Genichesk and the Crimean peninsula to cut off land communications.

Ukrainian formations are completing preparations for the announced offensive. In the #Zaporozhye region, comprehensive training has been conducted with reserve units on entering the designated area and organizing communications in the field.

🔻A battalion of the 116th Mechanized Brigade of the AFU's 10th Army Corps arrived at the #Orekhov section. In addition, the command of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade has begun moving assault groups to the frontline. One of the brigade's units arrived in #Shcherbaki.

▪️ In #Omelnik, a forward command post for a group of troops was equipped. The other day, Ukrainian signalmen established a closed communication channel between the 108th Territorial Defence Brigade and the country's leadership in #Kiev for interaction during the offensive.

🔹The #Gulyaypole section has been reinforced by paratroopers of the Ukrainian Air Assault Forces' 46th Airmobile Brigade. At least one battalion of the compound was being manned in #Pavlograd,#Dnepropetrovsk region.

▪️ A group of Ukrainian special operations forces arrived at the Belogorye - Charivnoye line. Special Forces of Operation sniper teams are equipping firing points at the frontline.

🔹Over the past few days, fuel, ammunition and military equipment have been actively transported through the island of Khortytsya to the #Zaporozhye direction.

🔹 According to the latest information, the command of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade has organized the transfer of an anti-tank artillery battery with an attached motorized infantry unit to the #Shcherbaki - #Novoandreyevka line (16 km to the west and 5 km to the southwest of the #Orekhov settlement respectively) to reinforce the assault units in this area.

🔹 Personnel and military equipment are concentrated near the settlements of #Primorskoye and #Novoyakovlevka (21 and 35 km to the southeast of #Zaporozhye);
Separate units are redeployed from the settlement of #Omelnik (50 km southeast of #Zaporozhye) to forward positions.

🔹 Among the AFU's 2nd Mountain Assault Battalion of the 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade officers spread information about high casualties among the personnel and high intensity of attacks of Russian troops on AFU positions. So in one of the battalion units the combat losses amounted to 57 servicemen.

🛩 Also, the enemy used up to 5 Su-25 aircraft operating from airfields in #Dnepropetrovsk region for strikes on the positions of the RF Armed Forces in the #Orekhov section, the air cover was provided by 2 MiG-29 aircraft.

⚔️ In the direction of #Vremyevka ledge, the enemy attacked by assault groups from the 35th Separate Marines Brigade and 231st Separate Battalion of 128th Separate Tank Brigade with the task to reach the road #Rovnopol - #Staromayorskoye (65 and 83 km to the southwest of #Donetsk) by the end of the day and block this road direction, to mine the road bed and put out anti-tank weapons systems.
❗️ Without success.
➖ In order to prevent counter-attacks by Russian units in the area, mines and explosive ordnance were planted in the area of a wooded area, provisionally named "Topol".

🔹In #Rabotino, the assault units of the AFU's 47th Mechanized Brigade, again redeployed to the frontline, are trying to capture the village completely. The fighting is still going on in the southern outskirts, where the AFU is throwing infantry groups in, but artillerymen are working on them.

❗️The enemy's initial plan to establish control by Independence Day was thwarted. Meanwhile, the Zaporozhye Front reports that losses as a result of such “meat” assaults have reached quite significant numbers.

🔹Despite the activity in #Rabotino, the most intense fighting took place near #Verbovoye, where squads of 82nd Separate Air Assault Brigade and 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade are pushing by numbers. The paratroopers use standard tactics. First, the artillery smashes the strongholds to the ground, and then infantry squads break through there.

▪️ In this way the enemy was able to advance into the landings west of #Verbovoye without counting casualties. To evacuate the wounded and killed, rescue units of the 15th National Guard Brigade arrived at the frontline.

❗️ Judging by the nature of the attacks, the AFU intends to wedge themselves in between the villages and force the Russian troops to retreat from the settlements and thereby levelling the frontline. After that, they will move inland to heights 136.8 and 110.3 west of #Verbovoye.

▪️ To support the offensive, 12 D-30 howitzers from the AFU's 118th Mechanized Brigade were moved to Malya Tokmachka, and five AS-90 self-propelled howitzers from the 117th Mechanized Brigade were moved to #Omelnik and Krasnaya Krinitsa.
