🔹 In the #Kherson direction, Russian artillery intensified in a wide area along the line of the contact. Apart from #Kherson, #Beregovoye, #Tokarevka, #Ivanovka, #Tyaginka, #Lvovo, #Kozatskoye, #Berislav, #Zmeyevka, #Kachkarovka, #Gavrilovka and Zolotaya Balka were under fire.
➖ The AFU launched a missile strike in the #Kalanchak area. This is deep to the rear. (Fig. 1)

🔹 In the #Ugledar sector, the RF Armed Forces conducted offensives near #Novosyolka and #Prechistovka. They also attempted to advance to the south and east of the town itself.
➖ Also under fire were #Novopol, #Vremevka, Bolshaya Novosyolka, Zolotaya Niva and #Novoukrainka.
➖ The AFU were hitting #Nikolskoye. (Fig. 2)

🔹 On the #Donetsk front, the RF Armed Forces, supported by artillery, launched an attack on #Novomikhaylovka and #Pervomayskoye.
➖ On the ground, they attempted to advance near #Vodyanoye.
➖ After heavy shelling, they attacked the AFU stronghold in #Avdeyevka from the southeast and east.
➖ Artillery hit #Pobeda, the western part of #Maryinka, Georgiyevka, #Krasnogorovka, #Nevelskoye, #Kamenka and #Veseloye.
➖ The AFU launched missile attacks on #Donetsk, #Mineralnoye and #Yenakiyevo. (Figure 3)

🔹 Southwest of #Bakhmut, the Ukrainian army again counterattacked near #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye) and somewhat pushed the Wagner PMCs back from the route to #Konstantinovka.
➖ #Kleshchiyevka and #Kurdyumovka were hit by AFU artillery.
➖ "The orchestrators attempted to break through to #Dyleyevka.
➖ They shelled #Predtechino, #Stupochki and Chasov Yar.

🔹 North of #Bakhmut, Wagner continues to attack the AFU garrison, which is unwilling to leave #Paraskoviyevka.
➖ North of #Soledar, the Wagner PMC was conducting an assault in the direction of #Fyodorovka after shelling. The AFU held their positions.
➖ Russian artillery was firing at nearby #Vasyukovka and #Razdolovka.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Orekhov Section until 17:00 on 18 July 2023⚡️

🔹Assault units of 65th Mechanized Brigade on two tanks tried to cut into the Russian defence north of #Rabotino, but unsuccessfully. Archangel of Special Forces reports the destruction of two units.

▪️ At the same time, to the east, the AFU is still holding positions captured earlier from fighters of the 7th Company of the 71st Motorised Rifle Regiment. The Ukrainian formations are moving small groups of infantry along the landings and carrying out rotation.

▪️ Self-propelled guns of the AFU 128th Separate Mountain Assault Brigade to support the forces of the 47th Mechanized Brigade have been transferred to Malaya Tokmachka and #Novoselovka. Artillery units of the 116th and 118th Mechanized Brigades have also taken up positions on the #Primorskoye - #Kamyshevakha line.

❗️Our fighters are bravely holding off the onslaught of the Ukrainian formations. Yes, there are small lapses in the defence, but the Ukrainian command has not achieved significant results, which forced the remove of the Marun tactical group brigade to the frontline.

📌 However, the regular, even uninterrupted, surges of the AFU are wearing down our servicemen. The lack of rotation, a problem raised by Major-General Popov, has not gone anywhere.

Whatever the plan of our command, without rest and regular replacement by reserves, the human resource of the fighters on the frontline will simply run out. And this can already lead to extremely unfortunate consequences.

Ukrainian formations understand this perfectly well and are pressing where there are prerequisites for this. And they carry out rotation on a regular basis, which allows them to attack constantly. We hope that the command of the group of troops understands this.

🔹1. In the #Zaporozhye Direction, the enemy continued attacks in the #Orekhov section, but cannot make any significant progress in the direction of #Pyatikhatki and #Rabotino. Today's attack also failed. Neither another change of tactics nor massive use of cluster munitions helped to reverse the negative trends for the enemy.

🔹2. On the #Vremyevka Ledge, fighting continues in #Staromayorskoye, the enemy controls the northern part of the village and is trying to expand the zone of control around the settlement in order to be able to intensively attack the adjacent heights, which are controlled by the RF Armed Forces.
▪️ The AFU is trying to solve the problem in #Staromayorskoye by attacking #Urozhaynoye, which the RF Armed Forces are holding and preventing the enemy, relying on #Staromayorskoye and #Urozhaynoye, from developing an offensive on #Staromlynovka. As a result, the Ukrainian offensive is stalling here as well, although over the past day the enemy has even managed to hold on to the outskirts of #Urozhaynoye.

🔹3. In the #Ugledar Section, there are no significant changes. Positional battles continue with occasional localised attempts by the sides to improve their position in plantations and in the area of dachas.

🔹4. In the #Maryinka Sector, also without significant changes. In the western part of the town the front stands, in the area of the "Zverinets" and near #Krasnogorovka in the area of the Trudovskaya Mine Ventstol without significant changes.

🔹5. In the #Avdeyevka Sector, positional fighting continues with occasional attacks by the sides near #Vodyanoye, #Pervomayskoye and #Severnoye, as well as near #Nevelskoye, where our forces recently managed to advance to the settlement (however, it is still far from taking #Nevelskoye). Fighting continues west of #Krasnogorovka. The RF Armed Forces are consolidating new positions in the #Kamenka area, from where the AFU has recently been displaced. There is no operational encirclement of #Avdeyevka yet, despite the shelling of the road from #Orlovka.

🔹6. In the #Artyomovsk Direction, the RF Armed Forces continue to repel enemy attacks in the direction of Dubovo-Vasilyevka, #Berkhovka, #Kleshcheyevka, #Andreyevka and #Kurdyumovka. Despite the titanic efforts and reserves transferred here, Syrsky still can not take at least one village to declare at least some tactical success. The resilience of our troops and the huge losses of the enemy have made adjustments to the enemy's plans for the rapid capture of #Artyomovsk in a semi-envelope.
▪️ It should also be noted that the enemy is trying to use SRGs to be active in the area of dachas on the southwestern outskirts of #Artyomovsk. Here the situation is generally controlled, and the enemy has no forces for a direct assault on the city from the west.

🔹7. On the #Seversk Ledge, the situation is generally unchanged. Enemy attacks in the direction of #Soledar were confidently stopped. Our troops, in turn, continue positional battles in the area of #Spornoye and #Belogorovka, but we have no significant progress here either. The main threat to the #Seversk ledge now is the threat of Russian troops to reach the northern bank of the #Seversky Donets to the west of #Belogorovka and take under fire control the #Seversk - #Belogorovka road, which could disrupt the integrity of the ledge's defence.

🔹8. In the #Svatovo Direction, the Russian troops continue their successful offensive. #Novoselovka has been completely liberated, which opens up opportunities for a further offensive on #Kupyansk not only from the north and northeast, but also from the east and southeast. Control of #Novoselovskoye removes the threat from #Kuzemovka and sharply reduces the enemy's prospects in the #Svatovo direction.
▪️ The advance towards #Oskol also continues at an average rate of 1-1.5 km per day. The day before yesterday, 3 km. The enemy continues to move reserves to strengthen the grouping near #Kupyansk and in the #Svatovo direction as a whole. The pressure is intensifying in the area of #Sinkovka.

🔹9. In the Krasny #Liman direction, the enemy is still holding positions in the area of #Torskoye and #Yampolovka, periodically launching counterattacks. Also, the enemy is still holding defences in the western and southwestern part of the forest area west of #Kremennaya.
