📋🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Two Majors #Summary for the Morning of 25 May 2024; pub. 08:32📍
🔹In the #Kharkov direction, fierce fighting continues for the town of #Volchansk. According to reports from the North Wind, the RFAF destroyed the enemy at the Medical College defence node and advanced by 150 m. Our assault units are knocking the enemy out of #Tikhoye village, having liberated half of the settlement. Advancement in depth of more than 300 m. At night, the pontoon crossing over the Volchya River near Bochkovo, where the enemy tried to secretly transfer reserves was destroyed. In the #Liptsy section, there are battles for the settlement of #Severny.
🔹West of #Svatovo, the RFAF intensified offensive actions in #Berestovoye and in the area of #Stelmakhovka. This region remained unchanged for a long time.
🔹In the direction to #ChasovYar, our troops are reporting successes in #Kleshcheyevka. The village is a ruin, the AFU hold the heights to the west. In #Ivanovskoye (#Krasnoye) fallen groups of enemy infantry are present on the western outskirts. The complete liberation of the settlement is inevitable. It is stressed from the field that the Stupki-Golubovskiye-2 Reserve south of the #ChasovYar "Kanal Microdistrict" is under full control of our troops, up to the Seversky Donets-Donbass water canal. Along the eastern part of #ChasovYar, RFAF assault groups are entrenched and the town is being assaulted. Battles for the #Kalinovka village.
🔹In the #Pokrovskoye direction (west of #Avdeyevka), the pace of fighting remains high on the #Ocheretino ledge in the Ocheretinsky bulge near #Arkhangelskoye, east of #Novopokrovskoye, in the area of the liberated #Umanskoye and south of #Netaylovo.
🔹In the #Kherson direction, an important element of the situation was the information about the enemy's discharge of water from the #Dnieper HPP upstream. Regardless of the reasons for such actions, a slow rise in the water level was noted in the island zone. Although it does not threaten settlements on our coast, it may impede the actions of our units on the islands. Mutual strikes continue, the AFU is hitting civilians: drones attacked a private house in the settlement of #Dnepryany in the Novokakhovsky urban district.
💥#Belgorod region continues to suffer from enemy terrorist strikes. A UAV dropped an explosive device in the #Krasnoye village of the Shebekinsky urban district. Another UAV attacked the #Murom village, and a power transmission line was damaged. An FPV drone hit a car in the #Malinovka village in the Belgorod district. #Popovka village of Krasnoyaruzhsky district came under AFU shelling. The village of Novaya Tavolzhanka, Shebekinsky urban district, was attacked by the AFU using an FPV drone. Yesterday morning, 25 MLRS shells were fired at Novaya Tavolzhanka.
💥In #Kursk region this morning from the side of #Ukraine shelled the #Korovyakovka village of Glushkovsky district. Yesterday the Sudzha Checkpoint, the settlements of #Oleshnya, #Gueyvo and #Gornal of the Sudzha district, #Yelizavetovka and #Tyotkino of the Glushkovsky district, the settlement of #Korenevo and #Troitskoye of the Korenevsky district, Staraya Nikolayevka of the Rylsky district were shelled. The AFU launched drops from copters on #Sergeyevka, Glushkov district, the Sudzha Checkpoint and the #Oleshnya settlement, and the Krasny Pakhar farms, Rylsk district. In #Yelizavetovka, an AFU drone attacked equipment carrying out agricultural work.
🛡Electronic warfare suppressed UAVs near the settlement of #Khomutovka and the village of #Bogoslovki, Khomutovka district, the Sudzha Checkpoint, #Volfino village, Glushkovsky district, Krupets Station, Rylsky district, #Gornal and Nikolayevo-Daryino villages, Sudzhansky district, and #Gordeyevka, Korenevsky district.
💥In #Donetsk (#DPR), four civilians were wounded as a result of AFU strikes using 155 mm artillery, US M-864 shells with cluster warheads (M-42 cumulative and M-46 fragmentation cartridges).

▪️ Units of the Troops Group "Centre" took control of the #Arkhangelskoye settlement in the #DPR, reported to the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation (MoD);
▪️ In the #Kharkov region, the RFAF continue to advance in the depth of the enemy defence. The defeat of the AFU was inflicted in the areas of #Yurchenkovo and #Baksheyevka settlements, 2 counterattacks were repulsed in #Volchansk and #Glubokoye, more favorable lines were occupied in the area of Stepova Novoselovka, MoD said;
▪️ Air Defence Forces destroyed 7 Ukrainian drones over #Belgorod region and intercepted 1 UAV over #Kursk region, MoD said;
▪️ At the meeting with the management of the defence enterprises, Putin urged to always be one step ahead, to outrun the enemy, then victory will be guaranteed;
▪️ Putin stated that the majority of defence enterprises of #Russia fulfill the tasks of the state defence order in time, and in some positions even ahead of schedule;
▪️ The recruitment of contract volunteers is very active in #Russia and continues, it takes place on a daily basis, Putin has repeatedly noted that, according to the military, there is no need for mobilisation, Peskov commented on the publication of the Financial Times that the Russian Federation is at the end of this or the beginning of the next may have to resort to mobilisation;
▪️ Commander of "Akhmat" Special Forces Major-General Apty Alaudinov handed over a Russian passport to Ukrainian serviceman Alexander Ananyev, who, after being captured, asked not to include him in the exchange list and to give him the opportunity to become a citizen of the Russian Federation;
▪️ The North Atlantic Alliance is increasing its support to #Ukraine, but it will not send its troops, so as not to become a "part of the conflict", NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said.

🔴 The cleansing of #Paraskoviyevka and assault operations from the south in the direction of #Konstantinovka are continuing.
🔴 In #Pobeda are still positional battles, there are no changes on the map.
🔴 #Georgiyevka - the cleanup continues, the enemy has almost already left, leaving only the settlement.
🔴 In #Krasnogorovka on 24 May (? he wrote so) it is very hot, aviation and artillery strikes almost constantly. Intensified assaults are underway.
🔴 #Nevelskoye - without changes.
🔴 #Netaylovo is ours, it remains to clean up and strengthen on the outskirts.

⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation on the Fronts by the End of 25 May 2024⚡️
🔴 Tactical error of the AFU during the defence of #ChasovYar, Liberation of #Arkhangelskoye and destruction of Western equipment by RFAF artillery:
🔵 Simultaneously with the ongoing movement of the Russian Army in #Krasnogorovka, the grinding of enemy reserves is actively underway in #ChasovYar. The main problem and miscalculation of the AFU is the massive and so far ongoing transfer of reserves from #ChasovYar to the #Kharkov direction.
🟡 Arriving units are forced to reenter the outskirts of the city, finding themselves under constant fire from our artillery. Considering the RFAF strikes on railways and other logistics hubs in the #Kharkov region, which destroy not only equipment, but also personnel, it is not known which of the AFU is worse: those near #ChasovYar or those in #Liptsy.
🔵 In the meantime, the Ukrainian command is destroying its own military, launching meaningless counterattacks, the Russian Army is actively destroying Western “additional help” in the #Kharkov direction. Czech Vampires, German self-propelled guns Panzerhaubitze 2000 and all other weapons requested by Kiev are burning under the attacks of the RFAF.
🔵 In the #Avdeyevka direction, the village of #Arkhangelskoye was liberated, which was on the way of the RFAF to #Novoaleksandrovka.
🟡 Our offensive is also developing near #Ocheretino, control over which expanded the bridgehead of the RFAF and will allow us to choose the direction for further maneuvers.

🗓 The Past Week was characterised by yet another showy detentions of high-ranking military officials of the RF MoD. For example, Lieutenant General Shamarin, the MoD's chief liaison officer and deputy chief of the General Staff, and Verteletsky, the head of the directorate of the MoD's Department for the State Defence Order, were arrested. In addition, Lieutenant General Akhmedov, commander of the 20th Army, who is described by sources as a waste of personnel. Contradictory comments were caused by the arrest of the former commander of the 58th Army, General Popov, and even more strange was the fact that he was kept in custody despite the petition of the Investigative Committee of #Russia to mitigate the measure of restraint. Although the principle of "merits - separately, misdemeanours - separately" clearly shows the paradigm of work with regard to even honoured persons.
🟡 The actions are indicative and pointed, sceptics speak of a rather political effect of what is happening and point to the need for a comprehensive audit of the entire MoD, which, however, may be fraught with paralysing the military machine:. The scale of corruption was intuitively clear even before the arrests.
⚔️On the Front, the Russian Army continues to hold the initiative. In the #Kharkov direction, the fighting is moving closer to positional. The enemy has pulled reinforcements from other parts of the front, which opens up new promising directions for the RFAF.
🔹In the #Svatovo-#Kupyansk direction, the offensive actions of our troops have been intensified. #Ivanovka north of #Kislovka has been liberated, there are battles near #Berestovoye and #Stelmakhovka.
🔹In the Battle for #ChasovYar, our troops stormed the eastern outskirts of the town, squeezed the pincers from the north and south, the reserve was occupied, there is fighting on #Kalinovka. To the south the RFAF occupied the ruins of #Kleshcheyevka and #Andreyevka.
🔹In the #Pokrovskoye direction, #Arkhangelskoye on the #Ocheretino ledge was liberated, and to the south, #Umanskoye and #Netaylovo. In the #SouthDonetsk direction there are battles in #Krasnogorovka and #Paraskoviyevka. On the #Vremyevka ledge, in #Staromayorskoye and #Urozhaynoye. On the #Zaporozhye front, gradually, with heavy battles, the "Rabotino Invasion" is eliminated. The #Kherson direction is characterised by the enemy's statements about "withdrawal from #Krynki" and actions on islands in the #Dnieper floodplain.
❗️The Enemy, at the same time, is actively using #NATO weapons in #Crimea, launching terrorist strikes in #Belgorod and #Kursk regions. It uses many aircraft-type UAVs over considerable distances: as far as #Tatarstan. In the Black Sea, the use of drone boats with projectile guides from MLRS on Kinburnskaya was recorded, which forms new security threats to the Russian Black Sea coast.
📌 Thus, despite heavy losses in personnel and some problems with weapons and equipment (greatly exaggerated in the media), the AFU is conducting an organised defence, is able to strike at our rear, and is constantly mobilising the population. The RFAF are likely to become more active in a number of directions: #Kherson, #Zaporozhye, #Sumy, which will further stretch the enemy's forces and continue to break its military machine, depleting the resources replenished by #NATO to prolong the conflict.

🔹On the #Kharkov front, the RFAF are fighting in Volchansk and in the direction of #Liptsy village, while the enemy, having pulled reinforcements from other parts of the front, has slowed down the initial pace of the Russian Army's advance. At #Volchansk, despite four counterattacks by the AFU, the Russian troops advanced up to 600 m in some areas. In the #Lipts section, our units in the dacha Severny Dacha Settlement repelled two counterattacks and advanced by 250 m. New Ukrainian servicemen are reported to have surrendered.
🔹In the #Svatovo-#Kupyansk section, the RFAF are retaining the initiative near #Ivanovka and on the front bulge near #Berestovoye.
🔹The eastern part of #ChasovYar and the Kvartal Microdistrict are being assaulted by our troops. The RFAF are pounding the AFU positions in the built-up area with artillery and heavy bombs. The assault groups are concentrating their efforts, according to the enemy's estimates, in the southeastern part of the built-up area. A multitude of drones and enemy artillery strikes are seriously hampering the pace of our advance.
🔹West of #Avdeyevka, the RFAF are advancing at #Arkhangelskoye on the #Ocheretino ledge, northwest of #Solovyevo, and the zone of control near #Umanskoye and #Netaylovo has been significantly expanded. They report the start of fighting for #Karlovka west of #Netaylovo.
🔹On the #Vremyevka ledge, there is heavy fighting at #Staromayorskoye and #Urozhaynoye. Battles are for every building.
🔹On the #Zaporozhye front, the enemy is hitting behind the frontline, hoping to hit the places where our personnel gather. In #Novogorovka, Vasilyevsky district, a school was hit, in which, in principle, there were no our military personnel.
🔹In the #Kherson direction, without significant changes, the AFU hit civilian objects: the building of the Social Fund in Nizhniye Serogozy, at least 20 arrivals in #Dnepryany, chaotic shelling of Nova Kakhovka from a heavy mortar was carried out.
💥In #Lugansk yesterday, the enemy twice hit the city with HIMARS MLRS rockets with extended range and cluster warheads.
💥In #Belgorod region, the AFU's drone and artillery strikes hit the settlements of #Sovkhozny, #Dronovka in the Grayvoron urban district, #Murom, #Shebekino, #Krasnoye, #Nezhegol in the Shebekino urban district, #Beryozovka in the Borisovsky district, as well as #Grayvoron. A civilian was wounded.
💥In the #Kursk region, the villages of #Tyotkino and #Yelizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district, #Gogolevka and #Sverdlikovo, #Oleshnya in the Sudzhansky district, and #Troitskoye in the Korenevsky district were shelled. Drops of explosive devices from copters and attacks by AFU kamikaze drones were recorded in #Tyotkino, Popovo-Lezhachi and #Yelizavetovka in the Glushkovsky district, #Uspenovka and #Vneszapnoye, #Troitskoye in the Korenevsky district, and #Guyevo in the Suzhansky district. Drones at the Sudzha Checkpoint, #Gornal, Sudzhansky district, #Krupets and #Anatoliyevka, Rylsky district, #Obukhovka and #Uspenovka, Korenevsky district, were suppressed by electronic warfare means. 🔹On the #Kharkov front, the RFAF are fighting in Volchansk and in the direction of #Liptsy village, while the enemy, having pulled reinforcements from other parts of the front, has slowed down the initial pace of the Russian Army's advance. At #Volchansk, despite four counterattacks by the AFU, the Russian troops advanced up to 600 m in some areas. In the #Lipts section, our units in the dacha Severny Dacha Settlement repelled two counterattacks and advanced by 250 m. New Ukrainian servicemen are reported to have surrendered.
🔹In the #Svatovo-#Kupyansk section, the RFAF are retaining the initiative near #Ivanovka and on the front bulge near #Berestovoye.
🔹The eastern part of #ChasovYar and the Kvartal Microdistrict are being assaulted by our troops. The RFAF are pounding the AFU positions in the built-up area with artillery and heavy bombs. The assault groups are concentrating their efforts, according to the enemy's estimates, in the southeastern part of the built-up area. A multitude of drones and enemy artillery strikes are seriously hampering the pace of our advance.
🔹West of #Avdeyevka, the RFAF are advancing at #Arkhangelskoye on the #Ocheretino ledge, northwest of #Solovyevo, and the zone of control near #Umanskoye and #Netaylovo has been significantly expanded. They report the start of fighting for #Karlovka west of #Netaylovo.
🔹On the #Vremyevka ledge, there is heavy fighting at #Staromayorskoye and #Urozhaynoye. Battles are for every building.

🔴 In May, the Russian Army liberated ~280 sq km. A review of the tactical results of the RFAF advance and the future prospects:
🔵 As predicted in the previous Readovka review, the flowering of success that began in April was continued in May. But this did not happen in the #DPR, as expected, but in the #Kharkov region. The main event of the month was the appearance of the “North Group of Troops" across the state border, taking control of part of the border area and the subsequent battles for #Volchansk. The offensive began rapidly after Victory Day. Reports of the liberation of the villages arrived within several days. As a result, there was a breakthrough to #Volchansk, where fighting is currently ongoing. At the same time, an offensive is underway to the west, towards the village of #Liptsy.
🔵 At #ChasovYar was the next success, where at the end of April were already battles on the eastern outskirts of the town. During this time, active assault operations began in the more southern Novy Microdistrict, the Seversk Donets-Donbass Canal was forced, and in the surrounding area a fierce confrontation was resumed for the key village of #Kleshcheyevka, where ours were successful, which meant the desire to begin covering the town in a wide arc.
🔵 In the #Avdeyevka direction, in the #Ocheretino region, which became a symbol of the April victories, #Novokalinovo, #Keramik and #Arkhangelskoye were systematically liberated, and the Russian Army also advanced towards #Solovyevo and, according to the latest data, entered #Novoaleksandrovka. To the south, near the boundaries of the Volchya River, #Netaylovo and #Umanskoye were liberated and the transition to the Battle for #Karlovka was marked. There were also less media, but no less significant, local successes near #Kupyansk and #Lisichansk - #Kislovka, #Kotlyarovka and #Ivanovka were taken in battle, and an effort was also made in #Belogorovka.

🔻1. #Karlovka:
🟡 The RFAF have advanced in the garden community in the east, approaching the immediate outskirts of #Karlovka itself and the Karlovskoye Reservoir.
🟡 The 59th AFU Brigade is still experiencing serious problems with the quality of personnel and the organisation of sustainable defense. Having started backing away even before #Netaylovo, she continues to lose ground at #Karlovka.
🔻2. #Yasnobrodovka:
🟡 The RFAF advanced to the southeast of the village, taking several landings. #Yasnobrodovka itself has not yet been entered, the fighting is not far from the outskirts.
🔻3.#Novopokrovskoye:
