The situation in the #Kherson region has not changed significantly. After several failed attempts, AFU command is replacing losses and reconnoitring Russian positions ahead of another attack on Russian borders.
#Nikolaev Sector:
▪️ The command of the AFU´s 59th Motorized Infantry Brigade conducted communication training between six crews of 122mm Gvozdika SAU near #Shevchenkovo.
#Andreevka Sector:
▪️ A platoon of the 46th Separate Airmobile Brigade with 22 men arrived to replenish losses at a position 12km east of Davydov Brod.
#Berislav Sector:
▪️ A personnel rotation was carried out at the AFU frontlines in Novaya Kamenka. Units of the 17th Tank Brigade were replaced by the 98th Battalion of the 60th Infantry Brigade.
▪️ An Ukrainian SRG is operating on the #Pyatikhatka - #Polyanka line to "probe" the defences of Russian troops. Russian Forces' mortar crews hit the AFU group and forced it to retreat.
▪️ A field ammunition depot of the AFU´s 3rd Consolidated Battalion was set up near #Mikhailovka. A number of ATGM launchers were delivered there today.

▪️ In the #Svatovo area, Ukrainian formations conducted a reconnaissance battle on the #Raygorodka - #Kovalevka line. Russian Forces repulsed the attack. The enemy suffered losses and withdrew its tanks to the #Borovaya area due to a lack of fuel and lubricants.
▪️ In the #Lyman sector, the AFU continues preparations for a large-scale offensive on #Kremennaya from the #Torskoye - #Terny line.
▪️ During the attack on 22 October, the enemy managed to approach #Krasnopopopovka, but the Russian soldiers of the 20th Army beat back the attack and regained almost all the lost positions. The Ukrainian command plans to resume the assault in order to create a bridgehead for an attack on #Kremennaya.
#Soledar Direction (MAP):
▪️ During the advance from #Otradovka, Russian Forces pushed back units of the AFU´s 58th Motorized Infantry Brigade into the reserve lines.
▪️ Units of the 2nd Battalion of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade were moved from Chasov Yar near #Opytnoye to stop the advancing Wagner PMC assault troops.
▪️ Soldiers of the 46th Separate Assault Battalion of the 53rd Mechanized Brigade, supported by artillery, attempted to flank the Russian Forces from the direction of #Kleshcheevka. The attack was repulsed.

▪️ There have been no significant changes in the front lines over the past 24 hours. After capturing all the AFU strongholds on the outskirts of #Opytnoye, Sparta Battalion fighters are preparing to storm the village.
▪️ Ukrainian militants shelled #Donetsk, #Kashtanovoye, #Маkeevka, #Yasinovataya, #Gorlovka, Krasny Partizan and other settlements in the agglomeration.

▪️ The AFU continues to prepare for a major offensive. Several units of the AFU´s 65th Mechanized Brigade have been deployed to the #Gulyaypole section.
▪️ Mobilised men trained at training groundsin Western #Ukraine have been moved to the #Orekhov sector. They have formed assault units with BGM-71 TOW ATGMs.
▪️ At the same time, the AFU is increasing its grouping in the #Vremevka outpost. Two units of the 77th Airmobile Brigade formed in #Zhytomyr region have arrived in Bolshaya Novoselka. A tank platoon, a mechanised company and 20 pickup trucks with personnel have been transferred to #Uspenovka.
On the morning of 23 October, AFU militants carried out a missile attack on a hotel on the eastern outskirts of #Energodar, where Rosenergoatom staff is living. The building was damaged but there were no casualties.

The AFU has moved a company of the 3rd Battalion of the 46th Aeromobile Brigade to a stronghold 4km southeast of Davydov Brod.
▪️ Over the past 24 hours, 32 pieces of military equipment were transferred to the left bank of the #Ingulets River via the crossings in #Ternovka and Bolshoe Artakovo, 27 pieces in the opposite direction.
#Berislav Area:
A meeting of tactical commanders was held at the command and observation post of the 96th Battalion of the 60th AFU Infantry Brigade in #Novonikolaevka to discuss plans for further operations.
▪️ UAV reconnaissance teams of the 97th Battalion of the 60th Separate Infantry Brigade conduct reconnaissance of Russian positions on the #Pyatikhatka - #Polyanka line.
▪️ A platoon of the AFU Territorial Defence has been moved to reinforce the positions of the 9th Composite Battalion in #Chervonoye and #Novoaleksandrovka. And three companies of the 129th Territorial Defence Brigade arrived in Zolotaya Balka.

▪️ ATGMs from the 19th Division, Airborne Special Forces and helicopter crews torched a whole mountain of enemy armour.
▪️ The AFU command decided to further preserve the surviving equipment and sends infantry in waves to "meat assault", trying to gain a foothold on the western outskirts of #Pyatikhatka.
▪️ The fighters are shot down by snipers and mowed down by machine gunners, but they keep coming.
▪️ Soldiers from the scene suggest the fighters are on drugs.
▪️ Heavy fighting continues.
