⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦⚔️ Situation in the #Kherson Direction until 13:00 on 5 September 2023⚡️
🔹In the #Kherson region, the situation remains the same. AFU formations continue to shell the opposite bank, creating conditions for SRGs to cross the #Dnieper.
🔹And if the situation has stabilized in the island zone in the Golaya Pristan section and the AFU are limited only to strikes, then east of #Kherson, the AFU activity does not decrease.
▪️ Under the #Antonovsky bridge, 2 SRGs of the Territorial Defence once again landed on 2 boats with 10 men each. Russian artillery is working on them, but the AFU are using the concrete columns of the bridge as cover.
🔹The fate of the AFU reconnaissance teams of the 124th Territorial Defence Brigade, which were 👉 transferred to the left bank to #Alekseyevsky Island 1 km east of the #Antonovsky bridge a few days ago, also remains unclear.
▪️ There is still an AFU bridgehead several km northwest of #Podstepnoye, where about 10 men from the 126th Territorial Defence Brigade are setting up fortified strongholds and preparing for an attack on Cossack Camps.
❗️At the same time, these areas are rather diversionary, while the main blow, judging by the movements of the AFU, will be concentrated on Pereyaslavsky (Cossack) Island, where a SRG of the 121st Territorial Defence and 131st Separate Brigades of the AFU is planned to be thrown.
▪️ Once they have gained a foothold on the island, they plan to land several assault groups to reach Novaya Kakhovka. In recent days, artillerymen of 406th Separate Artillery Brigade from #Tamarino have been shelling this area with M982 Excalibur high-precision shells.
📌 And the timing of the start of the operation on the #Dnieper depends on the successes of the AFU in the #Orekhov section, since movement inland is possible only if the AFU breaks through the first line of defence of the RF Armed Forces.
