⚡️🇷🇺🇺🇦🔎 Situation in the #Bakhmut Direction - Analysis of Changes on the Southern Flank⚡️

🔹Before we start analysing the situation, I would like to point out the haste of the AFU's "victory relay" about the alleged complete capture of #Kleshcheyevka. It is obvious that the enemy is pursuing the goal of disrupting the logistics for supplying the #Bakhmut grouping of the RF Armed Forces, in connection with which it is trying to cut off one of the arteries feeding the city. The route from #Semigoriye and #Kodema to #Kurdyumovka and #Kleshcheyevka.
❗️By attacking in the #Kleshcheyevka - #Andreyevka - #Kurdyumovka strip, Kiev not only intends to ruin the southern flank, but also to cut into our defence line, blocking the #Bakhmut - #Gorlovka route.

🔹Despite the fact that the situation in the #Kleshcheyevka area is extremely difficult, there is every reason to believe that control over the settlement will be regained. As Boris Rozhin accurately 👉 notes, as of 18.09.2023, the southern and central parts of #Kleshcheyevka are under enemy control. The part where our units pulled back from is still in the grey zone and under our fire control. The positions of the RF Armed Forces are currently located along the northeastern border of the settlement and behind the railway. This information is confirmed by our sources on the ground.

🔹At the moment, the enemy has not yet managed to gain a foothold in the central part of the village, due to the destruction of most of the buildings. Plus it is still being shelled by our artillery. In #Andreyevka the situation is similar. Most of the destroyed village is in the grey zone, and the positions of our forces are along the railway line. The AFU are actually occupying the adjacent plantations and the western outskirts of the settlement.

🔹Given the fact that #Kurdyumovka is under our control, advancing on #Andreyevka and the southern part of #Kleshcheyevka, the enemy fears to be hit in the flank by the reserves transferred from #Kodema. The AFU are clearly afraid of storming #Kurdyumovka in front of them, due to the echeloned mining of the line of contact in this area. Although the fighting here is not subsiding.

🔹One of the reasons for the temporary success of the enemy's attacks in #Kleshcheyevka are the systematic strikes on the #Kodema - #Zaytsevo route, which is actually used to supply the RF Armed Forces stationed there. The enemy's artillery, corrected by UAVs, poses a problem for our logistics, as we have repeatedly reported.

🔹Despite the fact that the AFU has been striking the #Soledar area with enviable regularity, the solution for us at the moment may be a sharp manoeuvre that would allow us to stretch the enemy's forces in the north and in the area of the #Berkhovskoye Reservoir. At the same time reducing their activity in the south. Although it is already obvious that the nearest problem for us could be the strikes of long range artillery on the supply channel of the northern flank in the #Popasnaya - #Soledar strip. The enemy will not storm our positions from the side of #Minkovka in the direction of #Zheleznodorozhnoye, fearing losses of personnel and equipment.

📌 Returning to #Kleshcheyevka, we note that due to the intensity of the fighting, this village has become one of the symbols of the summer-autumn counteroffensive of the AFU, which, like the dominant heights to the west of it, has repeatedly passed from the RF Armed Forces to the enemy and back again. So there is no need to jump to conclusions, it is time to work on mistakes and, looking at the enemy's tactics, to launch an effective counterattack.
