♦️In the #Kherson direction, the Russian army shelled AFU positions in the regional centre. Also under attack were #Veletinskoye,# Zelenovka, #Inzhenernoye, #Antonovka, #Sadovoye and #Tyaginka. (Fig. 1)

♦️On the #Donetsk front, the same "hot spots" remain. Russian troops continue their assault on the AFU stronghold in #Maryinka. There are no signs of significant progress. The Ukrainian garrison is resisting desperately.

Another attempt by the RF Armed Forces to attack another AFU stronghold in #Krasnogorovka. Artillery was working on the town.

The Russian army also attacked in the direction of #Vodyanoye. Artillery strikes were launched against a third AFU stronghold in #Avdeyevka. Ukrainian forces retaliated against #Donetsk, #Makeyevka and #Yasynuvata. (Fig. 2)

♦️South of #Bakhmut, the Wagner PMCs attempted to advance towards #Druzhba. In the north they attacked from #Kurdyumovka. Counterattacks continue on the eastern outskirts of #Bakhmut. Artillery is firing on the town itself.

In the south of #Soledar, the Wagner PMC is attacking near #Podgorodnoye and #Bakhmutskoye. And from the north it is trying to reach the city from #Yakovlevka. Fierce fighting on the eastern outskirts of #Soledar itself. (Fig. 3).

♦️On the #Lugansk direction, the AFU are trying to expand their zone of control in the wooded area near #Kremennaya. They are attacking near #Dibrova from the west and #Kuzmino from the south.

In the north, the Russian army takes the initiative. Offensives near #Chervonopovka and at #Nevskoye. Also an attack from the direction of #Ploshchanka. Further north, Russian forces attempt to advance towards #Stelmakhovka and near #Novosyolovskoye. (Fig. 4)

🔸Political and other Events:

▪️ #UK Undersecretary of Defence James Hippy announced the transfer of depleted uranium Challenger 2 tank shells to #Ukraine, disclaiming a commitment to deal with the consequences of their use.

▪️ The Ukrainian PO has unveiled a sanctions plan against #Russia, which plans to supply gas from #Russia to the #EU only through #Ukraine, as well as a total ban on Russian metallurgical products, jewellery and dual use goods.

▪️ Ursula von der Leyen said that the #EU had allocated #Ukraine another 1.5bn euros financial assistance.

▪️ The European Commission has agreed to ban imports of Ukrainian sunflower oil. Additionally, the Turkish authorities said they would impose a 130-per-cent duty on imports of wheat, barley and maize starting from 1 May.

In addition to the boats, our military hit the enemy's deployment point in #Inzhenernoye, which is on the right bank of the #Dnieper River behind #Antonovka.

🔹In #Zaporozhye Direction, our forces have advanced in the wooded areas near #Rabotino. They also took control of several AFU strongholds near #Verbovoye. Our army has made also significant advances north of #Novoprokopovka. Counter fighting continues there.

🔹In #SouthDonetsk Direction, our units have taken control of an AFU stronghold near #Novomikhaylovka. There are successes in the south of the village. Our army has gained a foothold on Ak.Timiryazeva Street. From #Maryinka, our forces are moving towards #Kurakhovo, an important logistics centre of the AFU. The pace and activity of the AFU resistance is in the fog of war. The total distance from #Mariynka to #Kurakhovo is about 15 km.

🔹In #Donetsk Direction, the fog at #Avdeyevka is real, natural fog. Using its veil, our army is attacking in small groups. On the southern flank, the advance of our forces is recorded near #Tonenkoye and #Severnoye. On the northern flank, the powerful work of our artillery is aimed at suppressing the AFU on the territory of the Coke Plant.

🔹In #Bakhmut Direction, our army pushed the AFU back from the village of #Chernomorets. There are about 600 metres left to #Krasnoye (#Ivanovskoye). The AFU attempted an unsuccessful counterattack west of #Bakhmut. They lost two armoured vehicles and retreated under fire from our artillery. In #Kleshcheyevka, the front line is still without advances on our side. But the AFU cannot attack either. Ukrainian resources write that our army has increased the activity of artillery and the number of assault groups. On a video from the road between #Andreyevka and #Kleshcheyevka there are many burnt #NATO vehicles. The whole road is under fire control of our forces.

🔹In #Svatovo Direction, positional battles continue. Fierce attempts by the Russian military to breakthrough the AFU defence near #Sinkovka have so far failed.
