▪️ The RF Armed Forces launched 27 strikes with precision weapons and UAVs against military airfield infrastructure, arsenals, ammunition and weapons storage sites and AFU accommodation facilities during the week - all the facilities were hit, the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD) said;
▪️ The RF Armed Forces repelled 18 attacks of the AFU from 25 November to 2 December in the #Kupyansk direction, the enemy's losses exceeded 315 militants. On the #Krasnyliman direction, 13 attacks of the AFU assault groups were repulsed, the total losses of the enemy exceeded 950 militants, it follows from the weekly summary of MoD;
▪️ Also on the #Kupyansk direction, the RF Armed Forces grouping "West" has improved its position on the frontline, the head of the grouping's press centre told RIA Novosti;
▪️ The RF Armed Forces repelled 17 attacks in the #Donetsk direction, 3 attacks in the #SouthDonetsk direction and 14 attacks in the #Zaporozhye direction during the week. The AFU in these directions cumulatively lost about 2,875 militants over 7 days, the MoD said;
▪️ The AFU made unsuccessful attempts to land troops on islands and on the left bank of the #Dnieper River in the #Kherson direction during the week, losing 450 militants and 23 boats, MoD said;
▪️ Russian air defence on Saturday destroyed two AFU S-200 anti-aircraft missiles converted for strikes on land targets over the Sea of Azov, MoD said;
▪️ Rosatom chief Likhachev and #IAEA chief Grossi agreed on full scale consultations on the #Zaporozhye nuclear power plant in January-February 2024, Rosatom said;
▪️ #Germany intends to cut its contribution to the "European Peace Fund" for #Ukraine. Berlin proposed to count the already transferred aid in the form of equipment. Earlier, the #EU intended to raise 20bn euros for military supplies to Kiev for four years, Western mass media reported.

▪️ Russian air defence shot down 26 Ukrainian drones on the night of 5 December, 15 more were intercepted over the Sea of Azov and Crimea, the Ministry of Defence (MoD) said;
▪️ Another 74 drones and a HARM missile were shot down in various areas of the #LPR and #DPR, #Zaporozhye and #Kherson regions, MoD said;
▪️ Kiev lost two MiG-29 aircraft, an Mi-8 helicopter, up to 695 militants, 12 armoured vehicles, artillery units, including M777 and M109 Paladin, over the day, MoD said;
▪️ The #ZNPP administration announced the 14th rotation of #IAEA inspectors, they will meet at the plant on New Year's Day;
▪️ Russian presidential aide for international affairs Ushakov said Putin would discuss the special operation in talks with the heads of the #UAE, Saudi Arabia and #Iran;
▪️ #NATO will continue to provide assistance to #Ukraine despite the position of #Hungary, #Slovakia and the #Netherlands, the alliance's secretary-general Stoltenberg said;
▪️ The Ukrainian Defence Ministry said that after the talks between the Ukrainian and Belgian defence ministers, Brussels promised to hand over F-16 fighter jets in 2025.
